Le 7ème Cottage par la mer est une belle maison de plage avec toutes les commodités dont vous aurez besoin pour des vacances reposantes à la plage. Nous sommes 7 maisons du front du quartier et à quelques 100 verges à pied dans la rue à l'accès privé aux plus belles plages du monde! La piscine chauffée Magnolia Cottages est également à seulement 2 maisons plus loin. Notre maison est nichée le long Scenic Hwy 30-A, dans les Magnolia Cottages par le voisinage de la mer entre Rosemary / Plage Alys et Mer. Un vélo / courir / sentier pédestre longe toute tronçon 20-mile de notre petit coin de paradis. Vous pouvez passer la semaine à explorer chaque ville en bord de plage, ou vous détendre sur notre porche blindé. On ne pouvait pas demander un meilleur emplacement.
La 7ème Cottage jouit d'un master suite privée au deuxième étage avec un balcon privé donnant sur le quartier, un roi salle de bains chambre à l'étage principal, et une chambre avec lits superposés avec deux ensembles de lits superposés. Les lits sont meublées avec des draps de qualité supérieure, housses de couette, et salle de bain en coton / serviettes de toilette. Nous avons plancher de bois dans toute la maison. Toutes les chambres à coucher et la salle familiale disposent d'une télévision à écran plat.
Venez vous détendre et se ressourcer en famille ou entre amis dans notre charmante maison de plage. La 7e est un gîte 3 chambres, 3 salles de bains, qui dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée et barbecue. La cuisine moderne est aménagée avec des armoires en bois de luxe et noir comptoirs en granit. Ces appareils incluent réfrigérateur, cuisinière, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, et l'élimination. Beautiful, well maintained property, just minutes from the beach in a quiet and serene neighborhood allowed the while family to relax and truly enjoy our vacation. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating as well.

This house was perfect for our family! It was clean and well kept. I thought the house was actually nicer than the photos depicted.
Side note…if you plan to book beach rental chairs & umbrellas, plan to do so weeks/months ahead of time as they were sold out upon arrival. Although the rental gives you “private beach access”, you aren’t allowed to set up chairs or tents in this area (we had to walk down to the public beach to do so). Don’t let this scare you though…the public beach is literally steps away.

The home is just as pictured. It’s cozy both inside and outside on the covered front porch. It was the perfect size for our family of six (2 adults and kids age 10,12,15,16). It was very clean. Convenient to everything on 30A. Quick walk to the beach. This section on the beach is far more peaceful and quiet than what we have experienced in the past at Miramar and Sandestin. The surrounding restaurants were wonderful too! We enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was wonderful. This is our 4th time at Magnolia Cottages and this house was the best. The location can’t be beat. Only issue is the upper bunk bed needs a thinner mattress to allow for a safer situation with the railing. My kid was afraid of falling out and I was worried too. But overall the house was fantastic, modern and clean! Thank you.

Beautiful updated home in a prime location walking distance to the beach. Also close to The Hub, which has coffee, food, shopping, and sometimes live music. Love that beach umbrella and bicycles were provided. I would return to this property.

Our family of six enjoyed our stay at the Cottage. The house had everything we needed for cooking, plenty of towels, and other starter items. The house was a great place for us to relax. Very close to the pool, which was nice with our children.

Perfect mother/daughter trip
We had a wonderful stay and loved the location of your home. It was so nice to be steps away from the pool, a short walk to the beach and be right between the popular destination spots of Rosemary Beach and Seaside. We loved the quiet neighborhood. The home is delightful and comfortable and worked well with our two babies that were with their mamas. Unfortunately we could not get the beach umbrella to stay opened so we couldn’t use it but we didn’t last long at the beach anyway. Thanks for a wonderful time on 30A!

Awesome house in great location
This house was perfect for our family of four plus mother in law. It’s very nicely updated with a great beach house feel and is super clean. It’s walking distance to the beach and pool, and just a short bike ride or drive to activities/shopping. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes are a huge plus as they will save you $$ not having to rent separately. The gas grill and back patio are nice to have too. Everything about this house is as described and I would highly recommend it.

We loved the house and the neighborhood. Everything was clean and working well. Kitchen was stocked with nice cookware and tools. We had everything we needed. Appreciated the bikes and enjoyed many bike rides. Beds very comfy. Showers fantastic!! Location wonderful as well. Would stay here over and over again. Didn’t want to go home.

Charming Beach Cottage
What a charming cottage and a beautiful area! My husband and I had the pleasure of relaxing at 7th Cottage By the Sea for 10 days. Our adult children came and joined us during part of our stay. First of all, the cottage is in a quaint neighborhood of cottages, all tucked under and around trees, but the gorgeous, white beach is only a short walk away. After a day on the beach, we welcomed the shade of the trees and the pleasant screened porch for a late afternoon tall glass of iced tea and reading. The bicycles (with bike locks--thank you for those!) were a hit as we spent time biking on 30A . We took a late evening walk (take a small flashlight) to the Hub to grab a superb BBQ dinner, watch a football game on outdoor big screen, and mingle with the crowd. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the quiet community surrounding the cottage, the bricked roadways, close proximity to the pool, just 3 doors away. The cottage itself is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. I loved it; I relaxed the moment I walked in the door. The only thing I would change is the length of the bunkbeds ; our grown son had a little trouble fitting his 6' frame on one of them. Ha! All that to say, we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you, Kevin and Julie, for sharing your cottage with us.

Completely enjoyed ourselves at this property - it had every amenity that we could want and the beach was beautiful. It allowed my family and I to enjoy ourselves and make some great memories. We will be coming back.

Beautiful house in perfect location
We loved our stay in magnolia cottages. The house was beautiful - furnishings were top quality and everything was new and attractive. The house itself was well appointed with kitchen items and household goods such as a broom and dustpan, laundry, etc. the screened in porch was a huge hit and the master bedroom with porch was wonderful. The house is less than 3 minutes to walk to the beach with private access. Located central to all the restaurants and attractions we wanted. We had an 10/10 trip and would absolutely stay again. The only negative (which is not related to the house or in the control of the hosts) was that the beach access was higher up than we expected and you had to climb quite a few steep stairs to get to and from the beach. That didn’t deter us, but we were a bit winded each day after climbing the stairs. Just an FYI that we didn’t know ahead of time.

Great house! Cleanliness and furnishings were great. Separate air conditioner for master upstairs which made it very comfortable up there! First house we have stayed in this neighborhood that had this great addition! One feedback if you could add some additional frying pans that would be awesome! Thank you ! Loved the screened porch!
