Entrez dans le Tahoe classique avec ce magnifique cadre en A dans un bel endroit calme et chaleureux à Chamberlands. Un parking pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 véhicules, 10 couchages et un immense pont avant en font un endroit idéal pour une réunion de famille. Endroit calme à Chamberlands, ce cadre A à l'ancienne a une atmosphère confortable. La façade entièrement vitrée et l'immense terrasse en font un endroit idéal pour se détendre et s'échapper dans le désert. Avec suffisamment d'espace pour accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes dans 3 chambres et un loft, il est possible de loger une grande famille. Notez que l'accès au grenier se fait par une échelle murale attachée, peut ne pas convenir à tous. Vous allez adorer le plan d'étage ouvert avec la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon avec un poêle à bois chaleureux. Il y a 2 salles de bain complètes une laveuse et une sécheuse et suffisamment de stationnement pour jusqu'à 4 gros véhicules.

Une navette circule pendant l'été toutes les 30 minutes, ce qui vous permet d'accéder facilement aux commodités. D. L. Bliss, Sugar Pine et Emerald Bay sont tous à une courte distance en voiture et il y a des sentiers de randonnée à distance de marche. En hiver, vous êtes à seulement 5 minutes de la station de ski de Homewood et à 15 minutes de la station de ski Sherwood Access of Alpine Meadows. La face avant de Alpine Meadows et Squaw Valley sont à environ 30 minutes.

There were more than enough spaces to sleep for my family of 4 + mother. We were there on a particularly hot week, but house stayed cool with the number of fans that were provided. Will recommend to friends who ski at Homewood often in the winter.

This was the perfect size rental for two families and our 3 children. They loved sleeping in the loft (keep in mind the only access is by a ladder). The main two bedrooms are large with plenty of room, the third bedroom is smaller. The location is perfect, it's about a 15 minute walk to the private (or public) beach, but we drove to the beach most days. The HOA pool is a great benefit. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed! The large deck in front was perfect for barbeques!

We loved the cabin and really had fun exploring the west shore. The cabin was cozy and warm, bright and sunny during the day. My kids loved occupying the loft and having their own space. The kitchen had no more or less and one would need and we celebrated Thanksgiving and Christmas there.

Nice location, the lake was really close by. Great location which allowed us to explore all of Lake Tahoe without having to drive so far back to the rental.

Very nice A frame in Chambers subdivision. Would be great for family with older kids as the third story is reachable by ladder! The best thing is in Chambers you have access to their private beach and beautiful pool!

This house is in a great location if you want to take advantage of the Chambers private beach and amenities. While there is a shuttle that circles the neighborhood, we found it was a very short walk. We traveled with our dogs and although the private beach does not allow them, the public beach alongside it does. The house itself is small but nice and functional with some upgrades. It is also well stocked with spices etc. Beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent. It was also very clean.

I always love staying at Lake Tahoe, and the cabin I stayed at is very homey and welcoming and in a great location! There are always so many fun things to do, whether it's hiking, swimming, kayaking, or just hanging out at the cabin, there's never a dull moment!

The house was great. The Tahoe Rental Company is awful. They took $400 from our deposit for a “cleaning” even AFTER we paid a professional cleaning company $300 to clean the house upon leaving. The “short list” of things needed cleaned included dishes in the dish washer which is what makes me know they’re lying because we wash our dishes by hand and had never used the dishwasher. All they care about is keeping money from young adults living on minimum wage to pay themselves more.
