Notre unité Marina Place offre un plaisir toute l'année pour vos prochaines vacances, que vous soyez là pour skier, faire du snowboard, de la voile, du bateau, du vélo, de la randonnée ou simplement vous détendre. Notre condo de deux chambres / deux salles de bains offre une vue imprenable sur le lac et les montagnes environnantes. Notre emplacement à Dillon Colorado est situé non loin de Keystone, du bassin d'Arapahoe, de Breckenridge et de Copper Mountain.
Garez vos voitures dans notre parking couvert et marchez jusqu'aux restaurants locaux ou au brew pub, ou prenez la Summit Stage gratuite jusqu'à Keystone, Breckenridge, Frisco, Copper Mountain ou Silverthorne. L'arrêt de bus est juste en face de la rue. Ou asseyez-vous sur le balcon pour admirer la vue des motards sur le sentier ou des voiliers sur le lac.
La chambre principale comprend un nouvel ensemble de matelas à plateau-coussin queen-size, une salle de bains principale attenante et un accès au balcon. La chambre d'hôtes dispose d'un lit queen-size avec des lits superposés jumeaux. La salle de bain du hall a une vanité à deux lavabos et un combo douche / baignoire.
Notre unité au premier étage est proche de l'ascenseur, vous n'avez donc pas à vous soucier de faire glisser votre équipement de vacances dans les escaliers. Le bain à remous et le sauna sont les plus proches de notre unité. Il suffit de mettre votre costume et de prendre une serviette et de vous éloigner de la détente.
L'été à Marina Place offre des possibilités illimitées pour le vélo, la voile, le canotage et la randonnée. Nous sommes à quelques pas de la piste cyclable de Keystone, Breck, Frisco et Vail. Si vous êtes un vététiste, de grandes possibilités de piste unique sont à proximité de Keystone, Frisco ou Breckenridge. Descendez à la plus haute marina du monde pour naviguer ou asseyez-vous au bord du lac au Tiki Bar. Des concerts gratuits en soirée à l'amphithéâtre en plein air ne sont qu'à une minute à pied, ou emmenez vos enfants dans la nouvelle aire de jeux et aire de pique-nique surplombant le lac.

We really enjoyed staying in Susan's condo. The location is perfect, its close to everything -- marina, restaurants, supermarket, hikes. It also has incredible views of the lake. The condo was very clean. Kitchen is well stocked. Susan called me to check if we arrived ok, which was really nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location and the property was so quiet. The condo was thoughtfully stocked with helpful kitchen items. The main bedroom bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the living room fireplace. The hot tub and pool were clean and well cared for. Covered parking a huge plus. Would definitely rent here again.

Susan was easy to communicate with and prompt with responses. Well stocked kitchen and pantry, great for making your own meals. Condo itself is well laid out. Enjoyed close access to walking trail by the Dillon Marina. Easy access to main roads to ski areas. Would strongly recommend renting for families or a couple couples. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was wonderful to stay at a well stocked condo. Plenty of blankets, every condiment you could need, and easy access to the room. Things to note include a trek through snow to get to the only open clubhouse and covered parking was unavailable due to icy conditions and a difficult angle to a narrow spot. We were able to secure a free space nearby so not a big issue for us. Wonderful host- very responsive!

We enjoyed the condo. The fireplace is warm and cozy. The kitchen was great. Very close to Keystone and Silverthorne, and convenient to Breckenridge. Would definitely stay again.

By far the best stocked condo we ever stayed at. We used the kitchen extensively and didn’t need to supply any soaps or paper products. Full set of knives, pans and anything you would need. Our cat was a little large and didn’t fit the parking. But offsite parking was within a block for a small fee. Definitely recommend

Clean and comfortable condo. Had all we needed for a ski vacation. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Strong wifi also very nice and not always a given in mountain condos. Great communication and check in/out.

Several of my adult sons, and now one of my grandsons, enjoy an annual snow ski trip together, typically to Colorado. We enjoy Dillon, where this condo is located. Very nice condo with plenty of space for the 5 of us. Well maintained and appointed. The owner contacted us and is very pleasant and helpful. I would have give all 5's above except for two things: (1) the rugs in the entry and bathrooms looked like they had not been vacuumed or cleaned; otherwise the condo was very clean (2) the garage parking space was unusable --- very small and tight, with entry on a slant between a concrete retaining wall and a large concrete pillar, with a thick layer of ice across the entry from an adjacent down spout. If there were no ice, only a small vehicle could fit comfortably. Finding a place to park was an issue for the first two nights of our stay. The owner kindly contacted some other owners and found one who allowed us to park in their garage spot in the adjacent building. The City of Dillon now charges for overnight parking in their lots (which adds up over 5-6 nights). These issues should be disclosed up front in the property description, in my opinion.
We would rent this condo again and recommend it to others with the caveat regarding vehicle parking.

Everything was better than expected. Lots of room and extras in the pantry. Little short on hot water, but there's 5 in our family and our kids could take shorter showers. 5 stars all the way!

Clean, well appointed condo in a great location.
The owner’s directions and instructions were incredibly helpful and she called to see how everything was going once we arrived. The location was a block from Dillon main road and very close to the lake walking/riding path. Truly a perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful stay in Dillon. The condo was in a perfect location to everything we needed. And we enjoyed all the amenities Marina Place had to offer. Perfect spot for families! Thanks for being great host!

Location is excellent! Place was clean and well-stocked. Communication was efficient and very good. Be aware that this place is older and could easily be updated. The beds were soft. All the fabrics ( living room furniture, bed clothes and dining room chairs) needs to be refreshed as they have a musty smell. We would stay here again.

Susan was a wonderful host! Very thorough check in information, and great communication during our stay. The location was perfect, right off the water! Plenty of extra blankets for the cold nights. TONS of kitchen supplies and and cooking utensils. My son loved the bunk bed. We especially loved going to the pool! I wish we could have stayed longer!
