This condo provided everything we needed and was a great base for SML adventures! We rented a pontoon boat one day and explored the waterways all around the lake. Even anchored in a couple of coves for swims and floating! Our dogs enjoyed themselves too. We spent one day at the State Park which is very close, enjoyed the walking trails and fireworks over the water. We relaxed at the pool enjoyed meeting our neighbors. We always make time to visit Jake’s Place for burgers. We also enjoyed Drifter’s and Vinnie’s for pizza. Overall a fun packed few days! Thanks for the hospitality!

Had a wonderful time staying here. The community was nice and we loved being put back and away from the city for awhile. This was our 2nd stay in the same ondo and im sure it won't be our last!

We really enjoyed ourselves. The condo was clean, and the renovations were super. Nice up to date kitchen. We always love staying here because the sunset is phenomenal!! Thank you Patti again for letting us stay there and make special memories on our 25th wedding anniversary!!

We enjoyed our stay in the lovely studio condo with a Murphy bed and trundle sofa. The condo has full size appliances and small dining table. There is a pool and you can walk or drive down to a small dock on the property.

Beautiful property with great accommodations

This rental accommodation was severely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The pictures look nice and the finishings were clearly updated, but that did not compensate for the absence of towels and bedding which have been provided at every single vacation accommodation we have ever booked. To be fair, this was specified in the fine print so it was my fault for not reading closely enough; however, given my experience with short term rentals, I had assumed it was a given and so I didn’t bother to check. Needless to say it made for an unpleasant night as we didn’t arrive there until 9:30 PM. It also smelled quite musty and the air was stale and the curtains were insufficient for darkness let alone privacy. The pool is a nice perk but only recommended if you brought towels to dry off afterward…Finally, you’re supposed to take your garbage out with you. No dumpster outside or anything. At this point, one might as well be camping as you’d have to pack nearly the same amount but you’d get a much lower price tag.

Nice view of the lake, relaxing with a beautiful sunset. It met our needs and was equipped with necessities. It was comber some to bring all our bedding including pillows and a quilt. Also the floor was not swept clean.

Exactly as expected. Very cozy. The hostess responded very quickly. I will definitely visit again, soon.

The place was small no covers no towels but the stay was nice

This was our second stay at this unit and served us well again. Very well equipped condo, beautiful views, and cozy. Hope to stay there again on our future trips to SML.

Clean, and what we needed for a wedding. A little noise in the evening and the curtains don’t close all the way so you have to get dressed in the bathroom, but the shower is great, and the pull out couch is comfortable.

The room was just as it showed online. The only issue with stay was there was stuff left over from the previous people. There was pizza and ice cream left in fridge. There was stuff left in bathroom, don’t know why that stuff wasn’t tossed out when the place was cleaned. But other then that we enjoyed the area, the pool and where comfortable in the condo

This condo and location are beautiful, airy, and relaxing. The murphy bed and sofa were really very comfortable. Although the murphy bed mattress was covered, the box springs below did have old rusty-looking stains on the sides (maybe from the springs/frame of the bed?). We did not see the DVDs that were supposed to be there, but we really did not look for them. We all had a great time, including our dogs, and we would love to stay at this property again!

Love all the new up grades

Things happened that were NOT in the control of the owner- with the condo pool- and she was amazingly understanding about our disappointment. The location was close to the Parkway Marina where we rented a boat from. Only disappointing factor was the condo location from the water was 'all downhill' so not walkable ( for our family with foot handicaps) but view was fine. It is an efficiency and small, but all of that is disclosed in the description. Would rent again

Very nice stay.

Very calm and relaxing - totally enjoyed the stay and the neighbors we met - best part of stay was the fireworks were only a mile away or so - easy to get in and out from firework display - the pull down bed was comfortable enough for me but got some complaints from hubby - the fan in the bathroom could have been cleaner and the light didn't work on the deck, but I am sure these were just minor overlooks that will be fixed for any future visitors

Everything was great. The communication with Patti was very clear as to getting into the condo and access to the pool. The room was very clean and we enjoyed the view of the cove and sitting on the balcony and watching the fireworks.

We normally stay at condo elsewhere at lake but decided to do something different so we rented a Vrbo. This place was OK…nothing really special to say about it, other than it was clean. The Murphy bed was ok. The space below TV could have been better utilized by having a dresser there instead of shelf because there is no where to put clothes. There is no closet to hang clothes. The only place you have to hang clothes on is bathroom door. The shower was good. The patio is very tiny but the view is ok. The pool was great. The screen door does not close well. I cooked a full course meal one night and things were a little tight but it worked. It was just OK. It’s a studio, so it’s gonna be small!

The perfect place to get away from the hustle of everyday life. Clean and comfortable, nicely updated studio condo. Beautiful view of the lake, deer roaming the grounds, quiet and peaceful. Loved it. Hope to get back there at some point!

Perfect cozy location for two for a last minute getaway. Easy access to State Park, winery and restaurants. Quieter side of Lake which suited us. Enjoy!
