Le paradis devient réalité! Si vous n'êtes pas allé à Panama City depuis un moment, vous ne le reconnaîtrez pas. C'est le nouveau Destin. Finis les adolescents déchaînés. C'est le lieu où il faut être. Détendez-vous et profitez de l'eau cristalline et des belles plages immaculées. Cette unité est aussi confortable que belle. Nous avons récemment passé un contrat avec le service de plage et mettons à la disposition de nos clients deux chaises longues sur la plage, gratuitement ou gratuitement! Deux chaises avec un parasol pendant tout votre séjour dans notre condo.
Il est décoré par des professionnels et dispose de toutes les commodités de première qualité qui distinguent les propriétés Platinum des autres propriétés. Cette unité peut accueillir six personnes confortablement. Il y a un lit king-size dans la chambre principale, deux lits superposés et un canapé-lit queen-size.
Les jardins sont charmants et les Seychelles se trouvent juste à côté d'un site emblématique de Panama City Beach appelé "Schooner's". Vous pouvez vous promener pour le déjeuner ou le dîner, ou pour prendre un bon cocktail glacé pendant que vous êtes à la plage ou à la piscine.

We are sad we are having to leave PCB but we wanted you and your family to know how much we enjoyed our stay in your condo. It was very well furnished with everything you could possibly need or want. The bed was comfy and the couch was also! Loved the balcony chairs! Views were amazing! We will be looking forward to booking again!

Steve was great to work with! He actually gets to know his guests a little before letting them stay. Our door code didn’t work when we arrived but I was able to call Steve and immediately receive a new code! We had a great time and would definitely rent from him again when in Panama City or wherever else he may purchase another beachfront condo!

Steve takes great care of this condo. It is definitely the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. The location is great. Being next to Schooner’s was really nice and it is a great place to eat. We were within a decent driving distance at other places, such as Dusty’s, Bayou on the Beach, and Pier Park. The area is away from all the the young spring breakers, which is nice when you have little kids. I definitely recommend staying here.

Everything this condo was excellent. Owners are great to work with and very accommodating. Everything in the condo is updated and, of course, the view is spectacular. We will be back.

The Seychelles building is well-taken care of, and this owner takes particularly good care of his unit, which he uses personally at times. Everything inside (towels, rugs, appliances, furniture) is of high quality and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, with every appliance, utensil, dish, etc. that I needed. There was plenty of dishwasher detergent, even laundry detergent, and beach chairs & beach toys available for use. The floor plan makes it a great location for two grown ups in the king size bed and two kids in bunk beds. You could also sleep one or two people on the sofa & get a roll-away. Steve took the time to personally call me, and his check-in/check-out procedures and other communications were very timely and accurate.

Away from the action. (If you have girl or boy crazy teens you wilk enjoy this). Condo has everything you will need. If your cooking a big dinner just beaware the stove doesnt open all the way. But it worked great for our dinners for 5. We will definitely recommend and be back!! Thank You for sharing your home!

I stayed in this unit while in town for work. It was an amazing unit with everything I needed and more. Though I didn’t get to explore the property much due to work what I did see was very nice and seemed to be very family friendly. I go to PCB every year with my family for summer vacation and have always stayed closer to Pier park. Since staying at this property I have already booked my next summer vacation at this unit. The owner is nice and quick to respond to questions or concerns I had.

We enjoyed daily walks on the beach the local restaurants. Steve was a pleasure to work with and he's right Panama City Beach is better Destin . We will be back.
