Clean, convenient and great hosts

Our host was amazing!! The room was just perfect!! The view was amazing!! We slept great! The host had us drinks and snacks!! Highly recommend!!

The building that our efficiency was in was a bit outdated, but the unit we rented was spotless and comfortable. The hosts were quick to answer any messages. We enjoyed our short stay and walked to one of our favorite restaurants.

Very clean nice place

This property is in an excellent location. The view from the balcony is great. The building is older and the condo could use a remodel. The dresser is old and musty smelling. We did not use it for fear our clothes would smell. The shower is terrible. The drain is higher than the rest of the shower so your feet are always in an inch of water. The tile grout is black in spots. The fan is so full of dust I doubt much air is being drawn out. Basically, the place needs a refresh. We spent 2 weeks, but were so busy we didn’t spend much time in the condo. It was just a place to sleep and the bed was comfortable!

Everything we hoped for in a 2 week vacation, we would get up at 530 am just to see the sunrise over the ocean from our balcony, it was the perfect size condo for us. Clean and tidy, comfortable, nice building overall and everyone was pleasant and friendly, accessible to everything just a walk away, you will love it, we did and scheduled it for next year before we left. 100% satisfied.

Looks just like the pictures, great view of the ocean. Condo was beautiful. We had everything we needed for our week stay. Hosts are very prompt in returning any messages sent. We will stay here again in the future.

This condo is in the perfect location for food, fun and good food. It is located right on the beach with a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. Sitting on the balcony is very serene with the constant sound of the surf. I travel quite a bit, and I was very impressed upon my arrival in this condo! I felt so welcome with the personal touch shown by the owners. I would elaborate further, but you should experience it fit yourself without spoiling the welcome. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing host. We will definitely stay at this gorgeous property again, very comfortable bed. Came with everything you needed on the beach. She got us in early which was amazing as we drove all night. So got to relax even sooner. We only had one hiccup with the air conditioner it leaked by the door. We messaged her and she responded very fast to let us know it does that when the unit is over worked. It was in the middle 90s and wasn’t no fault of hers. The condo and host made our vacation an amazing one to remember.

This room was absolutely amazing! The owners were fantastic and responsive, and the pool and beach access were great. The only issue we had was with parking- there were lots of people without parking passes taking up hotel spots. Will vacation here again for sure!

Such a cute place that had everything we needed. Easy beach access. Very clean and fully stocked.

Condo is exactly as pictured in ad. It is clean and stocked with cleaning supplies. There are plenty of silverware, plates, cups, etc. to cook if you choose. Keurig machine with a supply of coffee and tea. Ample supply of towels, as well as beach chairs, umbrella and a variety of ins and outs in the closet. The condo is located approx. 10 buildings from the SunGlow Pier. It’s a short distance to walk to the pier, which we did often. 6th floor allows you to view the beach and area with limited noise from the pool area. There are a couple of restaurants in the area that you could walk to but you would have to drive to get to a beach restaurant with a patio besides Crabby Joe’s on the pier. The condo does have blinds which actually work really well considering how much sun comes into the condo esp. in the morning. The queen bed had plenty of pillows and was comfortable. The little blue futon was a bit hard to sleep on; bring your own sheets and blankets if you want use. The condo is easy gotten to by either elevators. I even used the stairs quite a few times. There were a few luggage racks to use in the lobby but note they fit pretty tight in the small elevators. There is no front desk so get your parking pass in the condo. The atrium of the hotel is a little dated but has beautiful detail and is kept clean. There are pay laundry machines on the bottom floor where the pool is. The gym has many work out machines inside; but it looks and smells like the floor has gotten wet. The pool was wonderful and refreshing. It is 10 feet deep on one side and 3 on the other with steps to walk in. There are chairs and tables out on the deck. A pool company came daily and cleaned. The balcony has two Adirondack chairs and a small table. We were able to sit out there and eat or people watch. In the morning, the sun hits the balcony directly and it can be quiet warm. Balcony was great to watch the sunrise; sunset or waves. The only complaint about the condo isn’t the owners fault. The ad states the building is smoke free. The building also has signs posted no smoking. The unit below, there was a man constantly smoking on his balcony; sometimes cigarettes; sometimes marijuana. He was up early and in and out all day long. There were plants and many items on his balcony so he may be the owner and not a renter. We were not able to keep our balcony door open. Sometimes we just left and waited until he went in to sit outside.

Very clean and nicely decorated. Pool chairs were all broken in some shape or form but they replaced them with brown and much nicer chairs during my stay. Property manager very nice and accommodating. I fully enjoyed my stay and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a vacation rental.

There is a lot to love about this property, but it is not perfect. The host is everything you would want in a VRBO host. Prompt, professional, courteous communication. They even helped me change my reservation to add a day when my plans changed. The bottle of wine, lemon water, and fresh flowers were a very nice personal touch. The unit itself was clean and well stocked. It is conveniently located to access any of the local attractions. The balcony overlooking the beach is unbeatable. I do have a few negative comments., and these aren’t things easily fixed by the host. There is only one elevator to the beach, and it was broken for part of our stay. The light in the walkway outside the unit was burnt out, making it difficult to see the keypad to unlock the door, and it felt really unsafe at night. The biggest disappointment was the shower, which looked awesome in the photos, but in reality wasn’t working properly. The floor in the shower was lower than the drain, causing a permanent puddle of murky water to stand in. The big rain shower head constantly dripped water, even if it was turned off, which was annoying if you didn’t want to wash your hair.

We spent a few days here for our anniversary weekend. The condo was super clean and we felt very welcomed. We rented it based on the reviews, and we have high cleanliness standards for any stay. This unit exceeded those expectations. The beachfront view is spectacular! The weather was so nice that we spent a good bit of time on the balcony and took some walks on the beach as well. This will 100% be our first choice for future getaways. It is perfect for 2 adults, though if you had a little one in a pack and play it could work as well. . The owners were great and our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer!

It was exactly as advertised. It was a little piece of heaven in a hectic world. We were only going to spend the weekend but ended up extend the stay a few days!

We so enjoyed the cleanliness, view, art sound of the surf access to the beach and the beach chairs and umbrella. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows. There was fresh lemon water, a sweet bouquet of flowers and a bowl of fruit. So tastefully decorated. Plenty of towels.

We are past residents of the area, so knew pirates cove well. While the building itself is dingy and needs an overhaul, the unit was very nice and you cannot beat the view and location. The communication with the owner was great until the end. The listing had errors for both check in (there is no front desk and the parking pass is in the room) as well as 2 different check out times. We thought it was 11, good thing we asked if we could stay a bit later only to find out that our question was only answered with a cold "check out is actually at 10." That was disheartening considering everything was going well up until then. Also, as soon as you turn the shower on, one head works and the drain is so backed up you are standing on water the whole time. If you go after someone, now you are in theirs and yours. The touches of fresh flowers, fruit, netflix capabilities were welcomed. Just would have preferred more hospitable responses when trying to communicate.

My daughter and I enjoyed Easter weekend at Condo on the Beach. The condo was clean and well furnished with several added touches to make it feel even more welcoming - fresh flowers, lemon water, coffee and even a welcome note from the host. The best part was being able to watch the sunrise from under the covers of the comfy bed. The futon and small table and chairs provided extra space for us to relax and enjoy coffee and breakfast as it was a bit windy and chilly while we were there so didn't get to use the balcony as much as we would have liked - fluke cold front with strong winds. Overall a great place for the price.

Condo looked exactly like the photos. Owner/Host very responsive and helpful. If you like the beach and listening to the waves, this is a perfect location for 2.

The room was very cute, and clean. The view of the sunrise from balcony was amazing. It was unfortunate that the pool was to cold to use but we had plenty of other things to do. Had a small inconvenient issue with the lock but it was eventually taken care.

My husband and I enjoyed our time at the condo. It the perfect size and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway.

Love owners decor style, very clean, previous renters out early so we got in early way before check in time! Best view on the beach! Amenities all perfect amount and size! I will be purchasing the next trip over in the same place if available!

We stayed here for our weekend/beach elopement. Location is great and easy to access! I haven’t actually stayed in Daytona beach shores before, as we normally stay in Daytona. But I’m so glad we did! It was way less crowded. Great views, great location and a great condo! Our only complaint was that it’s not infant friendly. Lol. Our 2 year old kept wanting to mess with everything. & the internet was touchy. But i believe that she did mention this. Other than that, it was a great experience. We would definitely stay here again.
