Uno Mas est une propriété en bord de plage étonnante mettant en vedette:
· Une maison de 2 chambres et une maison d'hôtes 1 chambre. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size, avec une vue incroyable sur l'océan. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et un ensemble de lits superposés. La maison d'hôtes est une unité de type studio avec un lit king size.
· Une cuisine entièrement équipée, y compris un lave-vaisselle et tous les autres appareils principaux. (micro-ondes, mixeur, cafetière et grille-pain).

Wow. What an amazing property. Short walk to the beach, outside shower to rinse off sand. Huge patio to sit and relax. The House has A/C, direct tv, fully loaded kitchen, comfortable beds, wifi, the kids loved that. I would definitely be returning for another stay in the future.

Wow. What an amazing property. Short walk to the beach, outside shower to rinse off sand. Huge patio to sit and relax. The House has A/C, direct tv, fully loaded kitchen, comfortable beds, wifi, the kids loved that. I would definitely be returning for another stay in the future.

Rocky Point Birthday In Paradise
We LOVED LOVED LOVED Uno Mas and can't wait to come back. The house/patio were nicely furnished, even beach towels were provided!! We should have had more soap and toilet paper...after 5 days with only 3 people (we were supposed to have 4 people and stay for 7 days), we were nearly out of both.

The property seems very well kept up and supplied (kitchen necessities were surprisingly generous, compared to my past experience with other properties) with 2 small exceptions:
1) There are no screens on any windows, so it is impossible to get fresh air without letting mosquitoes in.
2) The lockbox is rusting and I had to fight with it to obtain the keys.
Fortunately, these can be easily remedied by the owner.
More concerning is the fact that I sent a message to the owner immediately upon renting, asking for an earlier check-in time. I received no response except the obligatory canned one from the property manager. Hence the one star for communication.

Perfect, AGAIN!!
We had a wonderful time, as always! The only complaint is that time seems to fly far too fast while in Mexico. Looking forward to our next visit, already. Hope to see you soon.

Uno Mas is Incredible!
This place is everything we expected and more. This was our first time going through this process so we had some trepidation; however, the house was perfect and the view from the patio spectacular. We saw that someone had said the walk to the beach was too far. . .odd, as it's about 350 yards and takes 4 mins from the front door to the water, while carrying a large cooler.
The separate quarters downstairs is amazing and allows for some privacy from the main house, which is definitely big enough for a group of 6 to 8. It was stocked how labeled and it couldn't have been easier to take possession of the property or to leave the keys at the end of the stay. When we return to this area, it will definitely be to Uno Mas!
This trip was a college graduation present to my daughter and it was as perfect as can be.

Hi, We were super impressed with our stay. Close to everywhere . The house was nice . ice cold ac down stairs . Beach as a short walk .the patio was open and great .no complaints . we would stay here again.

Terrible beds and bugs
Place was clean, well equipped, and has a great patio, but you have to share the patio if someone is in the other unit. Luckily there wasn't anyone there or we'd have been super mad, as we thought we were renting a single family home and this is actually a duplex with a shared patio. The third bedroom has no A/C and is too hot to sleep in. The beds are old, and super uncomfortable. One of our party got bit by bugs all over his legs. The bites were happening at night and we believe were coming from his bed. It's a short walk to the beach but the pics make you feel like it's right on the beach.

3 day weekend in Las Conchas
The house is very clean, main level with master and one extra bedroom works out well, all the furniture was very nice. The down stairs studio suite was great also. We will stay there again for sure, this was our first time renting a house and not a condo. If you want piece and quite this is the place to come, very large patio with great views and easy access to the beach.

Uno Mas is a great place with enough space to enjoy your beach getaway. The property managers are extremely nice and attentive to your needs. The patio is awesome with plenty of room to lounge and enjoy the view. The name ‘Uno Mas’ says it all . . . We will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home with a perfect view!
The home was clean and had plenty of space. It was also well stocked with towels for the beach, kitchen appliances and utensils. The view from the balcony was gorgeous as you could see the ocean.

This was a wonderful place. Not right on the beach but still very close, less than 2 minute walk. The veranda area was so scenic, built in BBQ pit was a plus, propane tank was full. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you could possibly need. Very clean and spacious. We will definitely rent again. We are very satisfied customers.
Although a plus would be a screen door to be able to open the front door and let fresh air in. The windows were not openable, but that is probably due to people running the AC with windows open. It would nice to let the cool ocean breeze in. However, this is not a deterrent in staying here again, just a suggestion.

I’ve had better. This home is spacious and family friendly but it’s outdated. Furniture is from like the 70’s and not comfortable. No wifi access during our 3 night stay and no respond from the management company. This home has the bare minimum.

We had a great time staying at Uno Mas Casa! The view of the ocean is perfect from the patio with plenty of space to lounge. We watched for dolphins and found bird island. The living area and master suite also look out over the ocean. The living space and kitchen felt spacious, were comfortable, and had all the cooking wear you need. The bathrooms were clean and had good water pressure. We had a small issue with a door knob not turning (sea air will do that!) and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. The beach is about a minute walk and there is no reef in front, so you can float and bounce in the waves without fear of stubbing your toes. Note: this condo is the top story above a garage and smaller unit, but was super quiet and didn't see anyone else around. Great place!
