We had two families - four adults, five children and a baby - in our group and the house worked perfectly for us. The main floor is well laid out with a big fireplace in the center of the living space and a well appointed kitchen and dining area. The bunk rooms and extra space with a double bed allowed the kids to spread out in the downstairs/lower floor. Having two masters was ideal for our family as well. Dawn was very communicative and friendly with everything we needed. The location is just as described - a short walk to the mountain. Windham is an adorable town! We truly loved our stay and would love to return in the future! Don’t hesitate to book this home!

We stayed at Dawns beautiful home for two nights and didn’t want to leave. It was so cozy and had everything you needed plus more! Tons of space for adults and kids and a very short walk to ski. I HIGHLY recommend and can’t wait to return next season. It will definitely be our go to now. Dawn was SO quick to respond when I had a question. She’s great to work with. Don’t hesitate to book!

Location was great. You can walk to skiing on Windham. Very close to the town of Windham. Owner was very communicative and responsive and immediately fixed a minor issue that we had on the first day. The house is large and the beds were comfortable. The large upstairs primary suite was very nice. Internet worked great. We would stay here again. Family friendly.

Their home is absolutely gorgeous!!! There was nothing more we could ask for. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, warm and comfortable living spaces and peaceful surroundings. The backdrop of Windam Mountain was breathtaking with all its fall colors and our overall experience of outdoor activities was perfect. Anniversary Weekend

Beautiful Windham getaway with gorgeous views
Our family of five (5) stayed here for a late ski season getaway. The location was perfect! My husband and son were able to walk from the front door right to the ski lift. The condo is located right on the mountain, so the views were beautiful! There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and gather. In addition to the spacious living room and dining room, there is also an upstairs loft that is comfortable and convenient. I enjoyed reading up there in the afternoons. In addition to the four bedrooms, there are also three full bathrooms plus a half bath. Plenty of space for everyone! The owners promptly answered every question I had and were a pleasure to deal with. We had a wonderful family vacation with lots of fun memories! Thank you, Dawn and Dan for being wonderful hosts!

Wonderful decor, cozy beds and living room, well stocked kitchen with dishes and cooking utensils and pots/pans. They stocked it well with many necessaries - paper products, condiments and kitchen staples, and soap and shampoo and extra sheets, blankets, pillows etc. Two lovely outdoor porches and great views over the valley. Great TVs, video and other games which was fun for the kids. As was the hot cocoa bar - my kids indulged several times a day! So convenient to have the ski and boot room to store everything when done for the day. And boot warmers/dryers. Lovely welcome basket was much appreciated. Though the week ended up being warmer than usual even for end of ski season, we had a great time because the house was so comfortable, lovely and fun to hang out in and we loved the short walk to the slopes which made the skiing we did very easy. I give this property an A+ and we hope to return!

Exceeded all expectations
We could not have had a more wonderful stay at Dawn’s townhouse on Windham mountain. The house itself was beautifully decorated and as clean as can be. The bedrooms were all extremely comfortable and all of the amenities you can think of were available. The location was also perfect for our family of skiers. The closest trail is down the road a little bit but was managed fine by all of us (including my 6 year old). It really is a wonderful ski house in a perfect location. Dawn was available and so easy and enjoyable to communicate with. I highly, highly recommend!!

What a wonderful home!
Dawn was wonderful each step of the way from initial inquiry to check out! What a wonderful home — even more luxurious and beautiful than the photos suggested. We enjoyed close proximity to the slopes, the good luck of recent snow, and an incredibly comfortable place to rest our heads. We can’t recommend this listing highly enough!

Exceptional Property for Family Stay
We truly enjoyed our time away at this property at Windham Mountain. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for a family of skiers- wonderful to only walk a short distance to ski onto the trails and easy to walk back for a quick lunch before afternoon skiing. The owners were very easy to work with. We would highly recommend this house for a family getaway!

Super comfy mountain side escape
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Windham. We spent the most time in the kitchen and living room. The kitchen was well equipped for all the food we cooked. The living room was very comfortable and the fireplace kept us nice and cozy.

year-round getaway, perfect for summer as well as winter
I came up here with 5 friends for a summer weekend away from the city. Dawn & Don were very easy to get in touch with & prompt with their responses. The house blew us away - spotlessly clean, stunningly bright and comfortable, and huge. It felt like a luxurious weekend away at a much needed time. Thanks so much to our hosts for the wonderful weekend!

Lovely!
Dawn and Don have such a lovely place there in Windham! My now husband and I were in need of a place to host closest friends and family for our wedding weekend. (This was the plan B backup of course due to COVID-19 not allowing us the big party we initially planned.) They are excellent hosts and were so kind and accommodating! The home is larger than it looks and so clean! The only small bother was that the master bedroom was really hot at night. There are not windows with screens directly in the bedrooms, and even with fans we just felt it a tad bit warm for sleeping. That’s really the only critique but of course, we knew there was no AC when we booked the place - so no fault of the hosts at all! Had a great time and made memories that will last forever!

Mountain retreat
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The place is spacious and has thoughtful touches throughout the property. We can only imagine how beautiful it must be during winters. Nonetheless we had an excellent time spending time with friends, cooking dinner, playing games and just being in the mountains!
