Le condo 3 chambres 3 salles de bain a deux suites principales (toutes deux avec lits KING) et une télévision à écran plat, une salle de bains privative, une chambre supplémentaire avec 2 ensembles de lits superposés. Aucun adulte sur les couchettes supérieures. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec comptoirs en granit, appareils en acier inoxydable, micro-ondes, cafetière, Keurig, mixeur et grille-pain. Salle à manger pouvant accueillir 10 à table et 3 au bar. Salon spacieux avec foyer au bois, TV écran plat 65 "et balcon. Fantastic property that is TRULY ski in, ski out in Beaver Creek. Had an amazing time with our 9 month old and friends who have a 1 year old. Highly recommend!

We had a great time together with the fam while at this Highlands Townhome. You cannot get easier access to the slopes, while being a short walk to the village. We all loved the ski room complete with boot driers on the first level. The owner was very responsive making this trip extremely relaxing. Would definitely consider booking again!

Everything is as advertised and more. Karin communicated early and often and checked in with us via text/email before arrival, at check-in, during our stay, and at check-out to ensure everything went smoothly, which it absolutely did. The condo itself is very well furnished and the beds exceedingly comfortable. The cleaning job was immaculate and even my wife, who is a clean freak, was impressed and comfortable. The offer for a midweek cleaning was much appreciated. The kitchen had all the small things you need in a kitchen that you never bring with you. The ski slope is 10 feet from the building door and an 1 minute ski down an easy green to Beaver Creek Resort. The ski lockers and boot dryers on the first floor are just amazing. It'll be hard to go skiing any other way!

Check-in process was effortless and we were lucky to score a great parking space.
The condo was clean and the location in the building fairly convenient for a quick descent to the ski room. The locker was spacious and able to hold all of our ski equipment.
The condo was clean, very well appointed with nice views. The fire place works great and made our evenings cosy.
The ski in and ski out experience is amazing - quick and straightforward, we were at centennial lift within a minute of getting in our skis. This also makes for a very easy walk to and from the village - 5 minutes.
The host was very responsive and readily available via text and email.
Highly recommend for a great snow sports vacation.

I doubt there will be a property owner who is more accommodating and helpful than Karin. She was very proactive when anything arose that required a response. I was at her place for 6 weeks and she stepped up on every situation.

Wonderful Ski in/Ski our Condo!
What a wonderful and beautiful condo and you can’t beat the location!!! It was truly ski in & ski out with breathtaking views from all windows! Excellent space, 2 master suits with own full bathroom and a wonderful bunk room with hallway bathroom.
Unit has a nice kitchen with all the necessary cookware needed. Also, has a wood burning fireplace and washer and dryer in unit. It’s walking distance to the Village and many restaurants!
Excellent communication from the owners.
Truly an exceptional and magical place to stay right on the base of Beaver Creek Mountain.

Great stay at Beaver Creek
We enjoyed our stay in Beaver Creek very much. The condo was spacious, very clean and comfortable with great views of the mountain. The kitchen had everything you may need for cooking, beds were comfortable, there were plenty of additional towels, and lots of board games. The location cannot be better. It is truly ski-in/ski-out. The center of the Beaver Creek village is within 5-7 minute walk and there is a large grocery store within 10-15 min drive. I should also mention that communication with the owner was excellent. She promptly responded to all our emails and provided comprehensive information about the condo and various amenities. Thanks to that our entire stay went very smoothly and was completely stress-free! When we go back to Beaver Creek we will definitely stay in the same place. Thank you!

This is a very nice condo and great location to the slopes or town. I highly recommend this property. The owner (Karin) is very friendly and quick to communicate.

The condo building has a ski locker and outside hot tub that we used as well. We went somewhat early in the ski season, December 11-15 and BC had not gotten a lot of snow yet. We could still ski out and down to the lifts but the area where you normally ski in to get back to the condo was roped off. It looked like people would still ski through but we had a 3 year old with us, and I didn’t feel comfortable taking her through an area that wasn’t groomed. This is no fault to the owner, just wanted to mention so people were aware that it could happen. Overall, we had a great trip, and we would definitely stay again!

Property and property owner were great. Unfortunately, several apartments were being worked on creating impossible noise. Had to move after 2 days. 4 days refunded by property owner, who was great. VRBO provided NO REFUND on taxes and fees. How can that be?? Used VRBO for years and this is the treatment?

Beautiful and warm home
Our stay was absolutely perfect. Karin was a phenomenal host. Check in was perfect. Location was in walking distance to shops, restaurants, hiking, biking, golfing and entertainment. Looking forward to our next stay. Thank you Karin!

Great location in BC resort. Steps to hiking trails, short walk to village area, gondola, and summer activity center. Would be really easy to access slopes on skis. House had everything we needed for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Ideal location for ski school, everything basic you need in the kitchen. Cozy and spacious living room & no stairs from this particular property to elevators inside Highlanss Westview, which is a plus with all of the ski gear! Will definitely seek this property out again.

Summer Vacation
The condo was very clean and up to date, as well as the building. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Easy walk to the Village, and steps away from heated pool and hot tubs. The underground parking was also convenient. We would definitely stay here again.
