et une courte promenade ou en voiture des sentiers de randonnée locaux. Notre rue cachée se trouve juste derrière Tinker Street, qui comprend toutes sortes de restaurants familiaux, un supermarché bio, des boutiques, des magasins d'épargne et métaphysiques et une pharmacie.
Excursions d'une journée. Nous sommes à quelques minutes en voiture des domaines de ski de Hunter, Windham et Belleayre. Nous sommes à seulement 15 heures du Vermont, à 2 heures de New York et à 2 heures des Adirondacks. Vous pourrez donc faire une excursion d'une journée à la découverte et revenir dans le temps pour dîner au restaurant bio de la rue.

Dave's home is a wonderful property located in the center of Woodstock. Comfortable, clean with a wonderful fenced in yard that our dog loves. We have stayed here numerous times and continue to enjoy the wonderful feel of this home away from home!
Love the wood burning fireplace on chilly and cold evenings. Beautiful yard! Quiet and relaxing! Very comfortable spaces in the home.
Dave always responds within a very short period of time and is always helpful.
Love the upgrades! We will definetly be back!

The house was in a great location; within walking distance of the village, a CVS, and food store. We had a great time walking into town to shop, have meals, dessert, and loads of adventure with our toddler and family black lab. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dog and our on-the-go toddler. We had a great family stay.
Upon arrival at the scheduled check in tim,e the house wasn’t readily cleaned after the previous guests. It was frustrating after traveling with a car sick toddler. Dave was quick to respond to our inquiry and the cleaning employee showed promptly. We left the house for town for about 2 hours. When we arrived back the floors still seemed untouched as when we first arrived which made us uneasy to let our toddler play freely. We brushed it off and decided to enjoy the evening with a cocktail and relax in the hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working properly, no jets. Dave again responded promptly to the issue, but it wasn’t able to be fixed for us to fully enjoy the amenities.
Dave did offer us an additional night's stay, free of charge, to help accommodate the couple of issues, which was was very generous of him! Besides the few unexpected mishaps, we definitely enjoyed our stay, and hope to return in the future with expectations that the season opening quirks will be worked out.

Dave’s place was exactly as advertised if not better! Everything in town was a quick walk away yet his property still felt intimate and private. We loved the chess board and other games/fun little things provided in the house!

This adorable house is in the heart of Woodstock, walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. And about 30 minutes to local ski areas. We love the hot tub and the loft and all the games-perfect for our family with teens!

The house was very cozy and warm—easy and fast to heat woodstove, and comfy skylight lit upstairs loft! We loved the outdoor are with firepit—perfect to sit with our dog. The location can’t be beat, right in downtown and even walking distance to grocery store. Loved spending Christmas there with my husband and son!

We stayed here in July, and could not have asked for a more wonderful stay! We brought our dogs, who LOVED running through the wrap-around yard. The space is beautifully landscaped and the neighborhood is super quiet. The jacuzzi was awesome too!

I came back home with my family to visit family and friends during the memorial day holiday. This rental was perfectly situated right in town so all we did was leave and walk around all day.

Perfect location and walkable to everything. I'd been concerned about noise since the place is right off the main drag, but this was not a problem at all. Once you're off that road, you're in paradise. Enjoyed the fenced-in yard for our dog and loved hanging out in the loft. Hope to stay again sometime!

Dave is always easy to contact and work with. The house is in a great location and easy to walk around town. The wood burning stove is great for chilly winter nights. The house is a rental, so it does get a little beat up. But we do enjoy it every time we stay.

We stayed for New Years and it was a great time. The house was perfect for our family of 4. We especially enjoyed throwing logs in the wood burning stove and watching movies and playing board games. Neighborhood was great and convenient to town. Would definitely stay again. Dave was easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed.

Quintessential cozy cabin in the heart of Woodstock. It was warm and inviting with a wood burning stove. 2 living room spaces-when you walk in and the loft is large and comfy. It was perfect to have the teens have a separate hang out space. And the hot tub after a long day of skiing was heavenly. We went to nearby Belleayre, Hunter & Windham, all between 35-50 minutes away. And were able to mostly walk to restaurants each night, such a treat.

Great family trip
Our family had a great stay in Woodstock. Thank you to Dave our host for checking in and making sure we were comfortable.
The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. We brought our own sheets, blankets and towels but these items were available by our host and were in very good condition. We enjoyed grilling and light cooking and were pleased to find very nice pots, pans and dinnerware. The heating kept us warm during the chilly nights. Our host provided a great amount of wood for the indoor wood stove and outdoor fire pit which we appreciated but with asthma sufferers we unfortunately had to pass on. Our teens loved the loft area and were very comfortable. We appreciated the fenced in yard for our pooch and the outdoor sitting areas. The location was perfect for walking and exploring the town and surrounding area. Thank you Dave for everything. We hope to be back again soon.

Great house, great location
Comfortable and cozy house in a great location. Easy to walk around town, you won’t even need to use a car. Dave was easy to work with and accommodating. He was very good at responding to any messages. We stayed in winter and the wood burning stove kept the house warm. This was one our favorite rentals we’ve done and we’ll definitely be back.

Great property and location
Everything about this experience was great. The house was very clean and more well-stocked than any rental we have ever stayed in. The space was great for us - two adults, two kids (ages 9 and 11), and two dogs. We especially appreciated the flexibility around bringing dogs. Our kids loved the hot tub and the yard - the younger kid spent downtime running around the yard in her own world. She also played guitar a lot, something she hasn't done in a long time! We were able to walk to everything in town, and the hikes were took were a short drive away. Such a great town and property. We would definitely stay here again or recommend it to friends.

One of our favorites!
Amazing location to walk into the Village of Woodstock, CVS, or the wonderful Sun Market. Nice and quiet neighborhood, also convenient to Levon Helm Studios and a beautiful hike, Overlook Mountain. Well appointed and fun house, comfortable beds, lots of conveniences provided. The outdoor space is fantastic! Perfect place to bring your dog! We will definitely return to this one!

Great place in town
This is a darling little place right in town. Easy walking to everything. Despite that it was very quiet. The grounds around the cottage are lovely, not that we could enjoy them because of all the rain. We were able to enjoy the great hot tub. Dave, the owner, was very accommodating and charming. In the kitchen, the stove is great and the knives nice and sharp. The bed was comfy. I would stay here again.

Wonderful location and property!
I took a mother daughter trip with my mom and furry family member. The location was perfect. Parking but located just behind a Main Street so amazing restaurants and markets and shops all within walking distance. The house was cozy yet spacious and had everything you could need. Dave was a wonderful host and quick to communicate about any questions we had. Looking forward to coming back soon!!

Fabulous Stay at the Sled Hill House
There was so much to love about this space! It was our first time staying right in town and it was so great to be able to stroll around without the need for the car. The area was quiet, the bedroom comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and I created a little yoga space in the loft area. The tv was a great size...and the hot tub is such a perk and the fenced- in space would be great for those with pets. Dave was super helpful and a delight to speak with. We already look forward to our next visit and when we can relax by the wood stove. Lovely spot and lovely host!

A cozy retreat
We had a great experience with Dave and his property. Location was great, his landscaping skills made you feel like you were in a private oasis, but you were steps away from the main street! Loved being able to bring our dog, relax in hot tub after hikes, and warm up by the fire. Can't wait to come back and experience the different seasons here!
