Bienvenue à Breckenridge Colorado. La maison est située dans une zone appelée Highland Park, qui est un quartier rempli de maisons de luxe haut de gamme. La plupart des maisons de cette zone ne sont pas à louer. La maison est 4137 pieds carrés avec deux niveaux. Au niveau principal, vous trouverez deux foyers à gaz, un dans le salon et un dans la suite principale. Chaque chambre est très bien décorée et le mobilier est neuf et luxueux.
Les vues sont à tomber! La plage de dix milles est énorme et vous vous cramponnez au bain à remous privé sur le pont arrière, aux steaks sur le gril, buvez à la main. La maison est entourée de plusieurs domaines skiables de classe mondiale et de certains des plus beaux paysages du monde. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour préparer les repas, et il y a un coin cuisine / collation partiel au deuxième niveau. Il y a aussi un garage pour 3 voitures pour votre commodité. La maison est équipée de télévisions dans la plupart des chambres et d'une table de billard pour se divertir et se divertir. We feel so lucky to have found this place. It was in an amazing neighborhood, the view of the mountains was unbelievable. This was the best family vacation mostly because we felt at home in this place. The kitchen was stocked fully. It was stocked with lawn games, bikes that we could use. The owner reached out prior to arriving and was available through out our trip. Great communication. Next trip to Colorado, we will seek this place out and not spend any time looking anywhere else! This was the best!

This house was the perfect choice for our family ski trip. We had 3 families staying in the home, with 5 kids ranging from 4-12, along with 7 adults. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out when we wanted and to enjoy time together as a family for meals and socializing. The house is beautiful with great amenities, including the well-appointed kitchen. Dennis was great to work with - he was helpful and available for any questions we had. The location was great, too. It was an easy drive to all of the ski resorts we planned to visit.

The house was absolutely perfect for our group. The house is beautiful, well maintained, spacious, and very comfortable. The owners were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. It was close enough to ski at Keystone and also close enough to enjoy down Breckenridge.

Dennis’s house was exactly what we were hoping for! Our family spent thanksgiving week here and it was perfect. Our group included 7 adults and 5 children ranging from 2 to 14. The house is beautiful, clean, VERY spacious and had everything we needed. Having a washer/dryer both upstairs and downstairs was a huge plus. The hot tub was also a big hit and we used it almost every day. Dennis was very kind and easy to work with. The only negative (nothing to do with the house) was Thanksgiving is a little early for a ski trip. We learned that the heavy snow doesn’t usually start until later in December. Very few trails were open which made for very crowded skiing. We’re planning a trip back next year around Christmas/NewYear’s.

We stayed here for our daughters wedding. Just immediate family of the bride and groom. We had the intimate wedding on the deck and the views made for a beautiful scenic background. The home is set up perfectly for a big party. The owner was in contact with me and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Location and neighborhood were fabulous - as advertised. A pleasant surprise was how well stocked the kitchen was - all dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, spices, etc, etc. We had brought much special cooking equipment based on our experience with other VRBO's and we needed none of it. Add to that two refrigerators and two sets of washer/dryers (one up and one down) and the home easily handled a large group.
All furniture was consistent with what you would expect in high end home. No beat up IKEA furniture here.
Owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

The Buffalo terrace house was so great. Communication with Dennis was so easy. We had two families plus grandparents and there was plenty of room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The sitting rooms were large enough for everyone to sit together. TVs in every room were nice for evening when everyone is winding down. The kids room was awesome with bunk bed and two queens. The deck was beautiful with a great hot tub. The location is just a few minutes from Breck and Frisco. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house with plenty if space for everyone. Probably one of the best equipped kitchens of any vrbo we have stayed at. Communication was top notch. Highly recommend!

Dennis thought of everything. He hosted myself and eleven family members for a five-day ski trip. We were never in want.
Everything was clean.
The kitchem featured fully stocked appliances and amenities -- not just dishware and utensils. This included a blender, full knife set, all the spices you could need, common dry goods, kettle, cooking utensils, grill, pots/pans, mixer, coffee pot and keurig, flat top, and more. Even a waffle maker.
The beds were comfortable, and each bedroom had seperate thermostats.
The hot tub was phenomenal. Just remember to turn the temperature up before committing to getting in.
The bottom floor held a quality pool table and bar.
Dennis also accommodated two of our younger members. We found two cribs, a high chair, and a child gate waiting for us.
The neighborhood was quiet and well kept, and the view of the surrounding mountains was fantastic.
The only two negatives that I could think to include here was a shower head and the internet. The shower head in the lower jack-and-jill bathroom sprayed an uneven stream of water. Knowing Dennis, this will likely be mended shortly after this posting. The internet was not the strongest, but, in the mountains, it may be the best available. I was still able to load sites and stream a show.
The week of our trip, Dennis reached out to me to ask if we needed anything and gave me helpful info about the neighborhood and local ordinances.
I will definitely be renting with Dennis during my next trip.

We had a spectacular time for a Winter ski trip with another family. There was plenty of space for 2 families and great spaces to hang out and play games. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Breck.

We were lucky enough to stay in this home with family as we celebrated our sons marriage to his now bride. The accommodations were perfect for both sets of parents and siblings.. as well as bride/groom. Enjoyed beautiful decor, well appointed kitchen, amazing views and location and superb contact with owner as needed. If traveling/staying here in winter I would recommended 4WD..the driveway is sloped and in wintry conditions not having 4WD could be a challenge. We enjoyed all of the amenities and even spotted a moose from the kitchen window while cooking breakfast one morning! Perfect Breckenridge rental!

This beautiful home was perfect for our Christmas holiday. Having 8 adults, one teenager and 2 littles, this house had everything we needed from a crib to high chair and all the wonderful amenities. We had some skiers and some who just wanted to relax, ski lift was minutes away and finding a spa was easy as well. The home was decorated with a beautiful 15’ Christmas tree to add to the experience. Dennis was a gracious host when we had questions and interrupted his holiday, he got back to us very quickly. We would definitely recommend this home to any family looking for an amazing get away in the Breckinridge area.

The home is clean, beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for little ones to play and adults to gather. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and then some. The pool table and hot tub are a lovely bonus. We also saw a moose out the window sauntering down the road and through the Nordic track! The property was close to everything we wanted to do. We loved it and didn’t want to leave.
The owner was very easy to contact with any questions and was quick to resolve a minor issue. We highly recommend this property!

My extended family rented this house over the Thanksgiving holiday and could not have asked for a better place to stay. The house is beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained. We enjoyed skiing and shopping in Breckenridge, but also just really enjoyed hanging at the house. All the amenities and beautiful views made it easy for all ages to relax and enjoy. This property lived up to its billing, from stunning views to more than ample room for our large group. We cooked breakfast and dinner at the home in the more than equipped kitchen. We loved spending our evenings watching stars from the hot tub.
I was most impressed with Dennis’s communication a few days before we were scheduled to leave. We had a great conversation about the property, neighbor’s expectations, and just let me know to not hesitate to call if we needed anything. I hung up the phone and told my wife that he did an amazing job of customer service. We will be back!

Great house with amazing views
We booked a trip to Breckenridge for a four generation family trip. We had people aged 4 to 87 years old. Everyone enjoined the house and it was roomy enough for all of us to spread out and have our own space. Views are breathtaking and we enjoyed breakfast each morning from the breakfast nook and dinner from the large dining room.
Communication with homeowners was clear and they responded very quickly to all our questions.
There are two ensuites upstairs and three bedrooms downstairs including two that have a connecting bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a bunk and two full size beds for the kids to all sleep in one room.
Only thing I would mention is that the cleaning fee was pretty steep considering that we had to take out the trash to the garage and remove the sheets from the beds. Not the end of the world but wanted to point it out.

Beautiful home in a great location.
Looked for a home that could accommodate 12 in our extended family. That included our three sons, spouses, and four grandchildren who ranged in age from 19-6. This home was great! Gave us room to spread out but also had spaces for all of us to be together. The views were impressive any time of the day. The owner was quick to respond to texts and called before we arrived to share some more details about the house as well as offer suggestions for restaurants, things to do, etc. Would highly recommend this property!

Perfect stay
Perfect house size for our family and friends. My husband and I took our grown daughter, husband and 4 month old son, along with my 25 yr old son and 4 of his friends. Plenty of space to spread out and perfect arrangement. My son and his buddies could be downstairs entertaining themselves while the baby could enjoy the quiet upstairs. Gorgeous views, great kitchen with everything you need to cook any meal. Drive to mountain was easy and didn’t take more than 10 minutes. Owners were super nice, helpful and responsive. Will definitely be going back.

Great Place.
This is a very nice property for a group of around ten people to have a very quiet and relaxing time. The facility has everything you need to enjoy the house as a perfect gathering spot for meals and entertainment. The home is fancy enough to satisfy most anyone, but not so fancy that you are afraid to live in it as if it was your own home. The views from the deck are lovely. The house's close proximity to Frisco and Breckenridge and cycling trails is a major plus. Close and excellent fishing opportunities are also a plus.

Great spot for Mountain biking
Great place. Owner was very responsive and helpful with requests. When we asked him beforehand if there were board games, he wasn't sure, so he had some shipped to the place for our stay. Perfect place to stretch out for the three generations we had in the house. Kids had a great time downstairs with the pool table, and we adults could relax upstairs in the living room or on the deck. We went several times from the house for great mountain biking along the CO trail. Downtown is 4 miles away, completely accessible along a wide road and bike path if you want the exercise. The culdesac location was good to throw a baseball around too. Entire house was impeccably cleaned. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!
