We loved our time here! The home was roomy, very well stocked with supplies, and just a short ride to the village and beach!

The house was very nice and had everything you could need. Lots of towels and bath towels. It was a short drive to Pier Village where all the shops and restaurants were. It was less than a mile so you could also walk or ride bikes (they have bikes but we didnt use them). We went to East Beach which was another short drive. Went to the WW II Home Front Museum and the lighthouse museum. Our grandson had fun at the playgrounds and the mini-golf course.

The weather was fabulous and house was conveniently located within quick ride to beach and village restaurants. Perfect for quick weekend getaway. Host qas great to deal.with and everything was provided.

House felt like home. Extremely well stocked and centrally located for eveything. Would sdefinteky recommned to anyone and return!

This was our 2nd year staying at this perfect house! Has everything you need and it’s in legit the most perfect location! In the middle of everything!!!

The house was clean and the layout was perfect. Even though we only needed two of the bedrooms, it has 3 very nice rooms with a bathroom in each. The location was amazing and communication with the owners was great. We are looking forward to our next visit! Wonderful rental and a wonderful Island to explore.

THE FAMILY WAS VERY RELAXED AND COMFORTABLE WE WERE AND FELT SECURE IN THE HOME / EVERYTHING JUST WORKED OUT SO WELL. IT WAS CLOSE TO THE BEACH WHERE WE ALWAYS BEE. I WILL DEFINITELY CONSIDER THE RENTAL AGAIN.

The home had a bathroom for each bedroom. This was a nice convenience and gave us our individual privacy. Backing out of the driveway could be a little tricky with the high neighbor fence blocking the view. Overall, a comfortable stay

Absolutely loved the property. We spent most of our time in the village or at east beach, which are both only a few minutes away. We had a wonderful time. All the bedrooms were great and spacious for everyone. We didn't have to worry about being cramped in small spaces. Also we saved a lot of money cooking at the house. So I have to say I loved the kitchen. I honestly couldn't think of anything missing at this house.

Family came to the island for a family wedding at the King and Prince resort and found this little gem of a home. It was within walking distance to the wedding venue and downtown (10 mins). But if walking isn’t your thing, we were surprised to see a vast array of bikes available for us to ride. The home was perfectly equipped with everything we could have ever needed. The three bathrooms were especially nice while the girls in the family were getting ready for the weeding (you know how women like their bathroom space lol). Would definitely repeat stay if coming back to St Simons.

The house was amazing! Very walkable to everything but it was awesome having the bicycles. And we had everything for a day at the beach including an umbrella and chairs. The kitchen was completely stocked for meal preparation and the grocery store was very close. Although the restaurants are very good it’s nice to be able to eat at home. Each bedroom has its own bath which is something I’ve never seen. That’s a definite plus. And the sunroom was a plus! I’d definitely stay there again!

We felt very comfortable. All the amenities were there and the owners are great hosts. We are booked for next year.

We had a wonderful time at this house and on St Simons Island. This house is just perfect for all the southern part of the island has to offer: a few blocks from the beach, a bit more than a mile to the Pier and the village, just a mile to groceries yet very quiet and peaceful. We felt very safe in this neighborhood. We walked and biked everywhere. The house was well equipped with all we needed. Internet worked perfectly. Lots of room to spread out. There were bikes and beach chairs and coolers we didn’t use (weather too cool), but others would certainly enjoy. The owners were easy to contact and immediately responsive to any questions we had. The house was well maintained and very clean, with lots of supplies. We would definitely recommend this house to others and we plan to return for another stay!

This was our second time staying here. Everything is better than advertised. We were close to the Village and most of the best restaurants. Everything was nice and clean on our arrival. I highly recommend this property. Jim Johnson

Our time at this house is something I cherish. We've stayed several times at this house. It has a perfect flow, each bedroom has its own bath and the location is awesome! We love making memories at St. Simon's and this house fits our families' needs perfectly.

Property was amazing, had everything we needed from beachchairs and coolers to coffee maker! The house is also a lot bigger then it seems! Would definitely stay again!

The house is setup well with living space being very open and bedrooms being on 1 side. Location is nice as well. Right on bike path and a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

The house had almost everything you would need. My kids loved the backyard area that was fenced in, bikes and all the beach items available. Very close to the beach and the downtown area. I will be back to stay! We loved it.

The house was clean. Plenty of room for all of us to have on bathroom and bedroom. My favorite though was having a bike to ride! My daughter and I rode to the beach and town. It was fun! thank you for providing the bikes! would definitely stay at this property again.

We return every year because the property is great and Stephanie and Tommie are tremendous hosts, responsive to any need and prompt with every communication. Our stays are always a pleasure.

This is our 2nd stay here. Clean, well stocked with basics & then some. We enjoy using the bikes to explore the island. Easy access to beach - even though we do drive to East Beach. Nice location! We will stay again

owners have thought of everything ... we made use of the bikes to tour the village area, and the beach chairs and coolers for the ocean ... nice kitchen, near-new refrigerator ... great washer/dryer ... comfortable furnishings ... quiet neighborhood from 9pm to 7am ... great communication ... we'll be back if we can

My husband & I had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s house in St. Simons. The house was exactly as described & the location was ideal. The bicycles provided to us were the perfect way to travel to the beach, the Village, and the various restaurants. I only wish we had a longer stay.

Love staying at Stephanie and Tommie's great house on St. Simons Island. It has pretty much everything you would need. Great location and not a bad walk to the beach. Stephanie is very easy to communicate with and responds quickly. We did get to meet her this year and that was great! Loved that we got to stay 2months this year. So hard to leave. Can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful week at St Simons after Christmas! The house was stocked with everything we needed. Loved riding the bikes and that we were close to everything. Stephanie was very prompt to reply to my emails. We would love to come back and definitely stay here again!!

This is a great home for a family or group to come enjoy anytime of year!! We enjoyed our Christmas 2021 week there very much. The description and pictures were accurate and it had even more ammenties once we arrived!! We'd definitely stay at Stephanie's house again.

This property was just perfect for our group of three couples. Each couple had a beautiful room with its own full bathroom. The home is perfectly cleaned and very nicely decorated. It’s close to town and there is plenty to see and do. We enjoyed views from the pier and lighthouse and shopping in the village. Also the restaurants we visited had wonderful atmosphere and food. We were glad the house was located close enough to places to eat, shop. We were able ride bikes and walk almost everywhere. The house was well stocked with household essentials, was clean , well furnished.. There were bikes, beach chairs, and beach towels available.. would stay at this house again..
