Bienvenue à Lago Vista. Nous offrons notre maison comme une retraite pour de vieux amis et de nouveaux amis à apprécier. Nous pensons que vous trouverez que c'est une escapade relaxante, peu importe la saison. Profitez de la vue panoramique à couper le souffle sur Greer's Ferry Lake et le Sugarloaf Mountain et miles et miles au-delà. Golf, Boating, and beautiful views at the house.

Very nice home with an incredible view of the lake. Pictures on VRBO don’t do it justice. The outside upper and lower decks run the entire length of the home and were perfect for an evening meal or morning coffee. Lots of thought went into the kitchen supplies, utensils, knives, etc. Great selection of movies, books, games, acoustic guitar, ping-pong, and other entertaining options. The location is close to the community pickleball, tennis, pool, park, and gym. Property owners were very kind and quick to respond to my questions. And the condition of the home was better than any other VRBO rental I've experienced. Would definitely book this house again if we return to this area.

Had our children and grandchildren with us. Plenty of room for each family. Separated upstairs/downstairs was great for adults/kids and the sunroom was fabulous for quiet reading time.
The view from the balcony was incredible both rain and shine. Saw deer on a daily basis.
Craven's Grocery was great for our grocery needs, Crafter's Social House had fabulous locally made items and Baker's Market homemade goodies.
Took advantage of the park and Cool Pool for kids. Rented a pontoon from the marina.

This was the perfect spot for my family to come and unwind. The house was beautiful and very clean. It was spacious enough for both couples to have their own comfortable space. The best part is the view. Everyone raved about how lovely the back decks were. Perfect place to spend some time hanging out on a nice day.

Beautiful house with a view that pictures will never do justice. The house is fantastic. Very nice with huge TV's in the two living room spaces and two large decks with a great view of the trees and lake. You can see for miles! You will not regret staying here! Our only regret is that we didn't get to spend more time! We will definitely be back someday.

We absolutely LOVED this home! The view is incredible!!!! Super clean, host is AMAZING to work with! Home is so big and spacious. We had 4 families with small children and it was absolutely perfect!! Spring Break Family Trip
This was our second visit at Lago Vista. It’s the view that has us hooked! The house is cozy and beautifully decorated with all the conveniences of home. The updates to the bedrooms only enhance the home. Fred and Kelly were great at responding to every concern. Comfy beds, big tv’s, a fully stocked kitchen and the best decks in AR keeps this home at the top of my favorites list.

Our family had a wonderful time in Ark as a pre-Thanksgiving getaway. The home, both inside and out, exceeded our expectations. The views off of the back decks are incredible and the home is furnished very well. The owners were immediately responsive to our emails and the welcome packet was highly informational. Beautiful, Serene Getaway
This is beautiful property with a breathtaking view that exceeded our expectations! We were looking for tranquility after battling the devastation of two major hurricanes and found what we were searching for! We had a delightful stay enjoying the lovely and beautifully decorated spaces! We enjoyed the decks overlooking the lake and mountain with the changing leaves of fall. It was quiet and peaceful and very relaxing! We will definitely be booking another stay sometime in the future! This is the best experience we have ever had! Directions, expectations, and communication with the owner was perfect!

Labor Day weekend at Lago Vista
This was our second stay at Lago Vista for a family getaway. The view is amazing and we had everything we needed for a family of 11. It was a private setting but still close to all the activities too. We will be back.

Beautiful View
We loved Lago Vista. The house is beautifully decorated and extremely cozy. We travelled as 2 sets of parents with 3 teenagers. The 2 master bedrooms were perfect for the parents and the kids had a ton of space with the split floor plan downstairs. The ping pong table was a hit with the kids, but the patio space and view was the highlight. Morning coffee and evening beverages were our favorite parts of the trip. Our only suggestion would be to add a larger television in the downstairs master. Overall, we loved it and plan to visit again.

Wonderful 4th of July
This is our family's favorite place to stay in Fairfield Bay. Although we come back every year, this was our first time being here on the 4th of July. We were able to see the fireworks from the top deck. The house is very spacious and comfortable. I love that the kitchen has double ovens. It has everything you need to cook for a small crowd. I especially love that there's a master bedroom upstairs. The kids enjoy having the downstairs to themselves. I do miss the Direct TV but it gave me a chance to get familiar with Roku TV. Thanks for another memorable weekend Fred and Lori!

Beautiful and well planned out home. It worked well for just the two of us on the main floor. We had our grandkids come and join us and the downstairs was great for them. Beautiful views of Sugarloaf and the rest of the lake. Very quiet and private. The decks across the back were perfect. We relaxed, we ate, we slept, and enjoyed the views. Marina is very close. Easy to get to lake.

A Perfect Getaway
We celebrated Thanksgiving and had 11 adults. We could not be more pleased. The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We had 12 people stay in this house, kids and adults, and we loved it! The gameroom downstairs was so much fun and the views from the decks were amazing. We even saw deer right next to the deck one day. Super clean and comfortable house close to lots of attractions. Definitely recommend this place for families!

Cousins that wanted their kids to get to know each other so they can have a great relationship like their parents have! This was the perfect place to get to reconnect and spend quality time! The house was laid out great and was very roomy! No one was on top of each other. We had 6 adults and 6 kids!

Second time around
This was our second visit to Lago Vista this summer. It's such a nice and spacious home. Perfect for a family or a group of friends. The home has two large decks that span the length of the house. The view overlooking the lake is incredible! We did a lot of cooking in the well-equipped kitchen but we did venture out for lunch one day. We went to the Little Red at Indian Hills Cafe. The food was excellent, I highly recommend. This is our favorite place to stay in Fairfield Bay!

Fun for the whole family
This home is lovely with a beautiful view. We had 5 adults and 4 children and all were very comfortable. The neighborhood activities are very convenient (we played mini-golf and went to the pool) and we loved our afternoon on the lake with a rental boat and tube! We hope to return.

Beautiful Home and Perfect Location!
Our family of 6 stayed at Lago Vista over Spring Break and all we can say is wow! The home was amazing and the wall of windows provided one of the most scenic views in the area. Everything was spotless and the decor was first rate for sure with tons of seating and comfortable furniture to relax in. The downstairs area was favorite hangout and perfect for watching movies or a little fun competition for bragging rights on ping pong or pool.
What really impressed us was the floor plan of the home. There was always a quiet place for someone to go and it was hard to tell that there were 6 of us there. It could easily accommodate a much larger group very comfortably with no feeling whatsoever of being crowded.
The location of this home could not be better. It sits at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac and there's a lot of space between this home and the few others that were there. When inside the house there no other residences in view - just the lake and trees. The property location is also very convenient with a very short walk to the tennis court and quick access to gas, restaurants, shopping, fitness center, miniature golf, hiking trails, and of course, the lake!
The homeowners (Fred and Lori) were very responsive to our questions and whenever I contacted them, the reply was very quick, courteous, and helpful. They are sincerely dedicated to providing a wonderful experience for their guests. We will definitely return to Lago Vista in the future.
