Ce Clifffield Condo Fairfield Bay est génial dans un excellent emplacement, récemment rénové et à quelques pas de Cool Pool et des courts de tennis. Aussi près de Marina situé sur le Greers Ferry Lake de 40 000 acres. Le condo dort 7 dans 2 chambres avec un lit king size dans le maître et 2 reines et un jumeau dans une deuxième chambre. Il y a un café-bar, une cuisine complète avec coin repas et une terrasse avec de belles vues et des chants d'oiseaux.

Lovely place to stay. View of the valley was gorgeous. The condo could have used some serving bowls and a better way to use the TV. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful. Thank you to the Hackneys who are the property owners.

The property was handicapped accessible and close to the cool pool and pool cafe. The costs in the area were very reasonable and there was not a huge number of people when compared to the lake areas in Missouri. There are 8-10 hiking trails close by. The predominant sport is with ATV’s and there are ATV trails all over the area and are marked.

Great location in FFB
Great location close to the cool pool. We had a party just around the corner at one of the private homes, so this worked great for us. Condo is well decorated, and cozy. Great spot to stay.

Convenient
Very convenient to get into property with no stairs. Close to grocery. We were there to visit with family and for a memorial service. Location was very close to where we needed to go.

Weekend Escape
It was a great weekend of walking, hiking and resting. This was the perfect Cliffside condo. It had everything advertised and then some. We wanted for nothing during our stay.

Spring Break
Beautiful, peaceful stay. The view alone deserves 5 stars. Wonderful week at this cute condo with our grandkids. They said they would rather be here than at the beach. Very well stocked. The only negative is the king mattress needs to be replaced.

Our Happy Place
This is our 2nd year at this location. Our family had such a great time. The condo is so comfortable & conveniently located near the Cool Pool! The owner is so easy to work with & I actually got to meet her this year. We look for to coming back next year at this same location.

We were very comfortable. Everything was as advertised. The tips that the owners provided for places to eat were spot on.

When we arrived, we had to use our Clorox wipes to clean the toilet seat (hair and smeared poop?). Floors were sticky. Long, black hairs in the shower. Spider webs all over the balcony, to the point we couldn’t sit out there. Coffee grounds in the bottom of the coffee pot. And the night before we checked out, we opened the dishwasher to load it and found it was full of dirty dishes. That is what prompted our complaint to the host. Host was apologetic and said their usual housekeeper was on vacation. I get it but still not acceptable. Because of these issues, we would not stay here again.

A few issues...

Great weekend getaway
We had a great time and the condo was perfect. We found plenty to do while we were there, went bowling our first night. Then the next morning we got breakfast at Jacks then took the shuttle over to hike sugar loaf it’s an amazing view. We also hiked the Indian falls trail to see the beautiful waterfalls and the Indian cave trail to see the cool caves. Finished up the night at The Dock for Pizza and watched the Razorbacks win! It was the perfect weekend.

The beautiful pictures and location will meet, if not exceed your expectations of this Arkansas lake community. Fairfield Bay is one of the best kept secrets around and this condo is fabulous!!

Great place to relax
My husband and I enjoyed staying here very much! Super clean and well stocked. We especially were thankful for the beautiful view from the balcony and being able to walk directly in with no steps:)

Fall getaway
The condo was very clean and cozy. We loved the area and filled every day with lots of activities that were nearby. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the accommodations or communication with the owners. One recommendation for travelers, if you want to hike Sugarloaf Mountain, call and reserve a boat shuttle beforehand. We had to go to Heber Springs instead to hike it because the shuttles in Fairfield Bay Area were already full that weekend.

Great family atmosphere!
If you want a slow pace vacation this is the place! It was a very relaxing get away. The lake is beautiful and the Cool Pool is relaxing with a beautiful view. Our Condo was very clean and cozy. The check in and check out process was very easy. I will definitely stay here again.

nice fairfield bay getaway location.
Nice 2 bedroom condo. It was located on the middle section of the Complex so no stairs to climb which was great since my wife was recovering from knee surgery. quiet area close to pool. the kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need to prepare your own meals. Owners responded to all questions and were easy to deal with.

Perfect Getaway
We drove the back roads to get to this quaint little condo. The place was squeaky clean when we arrived. The windows faced the lake and we enjoyed a lovely view. The neighbors were very quiet. The place was easy enough to find. There was enough for us to keep us busy all weekend. Great place, thanks y'all.
