Porche de couchage avant a un lit complet et un canapé qui se déplie en un lit complet. Le salon dispose d'un canapé et d'un fauteuil inclinable que nous nettoyons régulièrement à la vapeur.
Disneyland et Knott's Berry Farm sont à seulement 20 minutes.

We had a fantastic time at this sweet cottage. We loved having a cute sandy backyard for when our kids weren't at the beach. Close to the beach, shops, and restaurants.....we had a blast! This place had everything, so well stocked...loved it.

So close to beach the backyard is sand! Lots of kids toys and bikes, beach chairs in garage. Note: only fits 2 smaller cars but during week easy parking on street.
Kids immediately started playing with toys and didnt make it into house for a while
Beds comfortable, everything clean, no dishwasher so you do that. Pier, shops and restaurants just a short walk down the boardwalk.

This house was absolutely wonderful. They have spared no expense making sure that anything you could need for a nice beach getaway is already there. From towels and beach toys to perfect spaces to lay your head. Everything was wonderful and clean. Can't wait to make this a yearly trip and hopefully even longer next time. Thank you Matt for the wonderful experience. Also loved all the family history in the home. Made it feel even more cozy.

This was a repeat stay for us at a house with lots of family memories and perfect accommodations just feet from the beach . Who wants to go home after this?!

The location is great. The listing is totally accurate. Look at the pictures. This a cute little cottage that is just steps from the beach. We took walks along the beach to the pier. We walked to local restaurants and had a great time. The bathroom is small like the one I grew up with - no just a sink, tub and toilet and a little bit of storage. The wi-fi worked well.

This house was perfect for our little family of 4. The house is perfectly located to the beach and we were able to walk to all our favorite spots. The house had everything we needed and the backyard and garage were a great bonus. Would gladly stay here again!!

This was a great property in a perfect location. I parked my car in the garage and never had to drive. We were able to walk to everything or ride the bikes that were part of the rental. I would definitely rent this adorable cottage again.

We enjoyed playing freebie and attempting to surf. The home and area was clean and seemed safe.
The kids and I appreciated we were not on the main boardwalk, and when you step out of the front door, you can see the beach.
I would love to stay there again.

Our family loved staying at this little home so close to the sand at Newport Beach. It was private, had everything we needed, and so close to everything! We will definitely come back! What a bonus to have beach chairs and bikes available for use. The cherry on top was being able to park in the garage out back (we were able to fit our minivan no problem). Thank you Matt for opening your home up to our family for a relaxing vacation!

Awesome week at the Beach!
We have stayed at this nice little beach house for the past 2 summers and my kids & have enjoyed our stays. The house is close to the end of the street so the beach is close and walkable all day long as we can enjoy the beach and then get out of the sun when needed. The house is old and cozy and feels like a home.

The bedrooms were stocked with extra pillows and blankets, the heater kept us toasty as the January weather at the beach was a bit overcast and foggy. (But we didn't care! Went for walks on the beach anyway!) There were great restaurants nearby, lots of places to explore.. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this home. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This home welcomes you in such a cozy way, you feel enveloped in a big hug as soon as you walk in through the front door. Everything was bright and beachy, full amenities, everything you might want was readily available. We stayed for 3 nights in November. We have 2 kids, 3 and 4 years old. They had a blast. The sand yard is awesome if you don't want to go to the actual beach. The kitchen is fully stocked and so cute! There were some fun games for the kids to play inside too. Thank you for being so family friendly!

What a great place to stay and vacation. Steps to the beach and a few short blocks to the pier, shops and restaurants.
House is fully equipped with everything from beach towels, sand toys,, beach chairs, boogie boards and bikes, very affordable housing.

This house was the sweetest. Our teenagers loved being able to go out in the morning and walk to the donut shop. Also walking distance to many food and bar options.
The house was thoughtfully lay out. Plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. Also, plenty of hooks in the closets and bathrooms. I know that's an odd observation, but those hooks are so helpful when you have a lot of jackets and sweatshirts! There is only one bathroom, but outside the bathroom is an additional sink, mirror, and shelves, allowing others to get ready if someone is using the bathroom. The garage meant that we didn't have to fight for parking. That was a huge gift! It was too cold (for us) to use the boogie boards, but we loved using the bikes in the garage to ride around town.
Our entire family agrees that we will return!

This house was perfect for our family of 4, and an excellent location for our kiddos ages 3 and 5. Having everything in walking distance (beach, bike/scooter path and restaurants) was golden when traveling with little ones! Such a convenient location and it was so helpful to have bikes and scooters and sand toys at the house, as well as a little backyard which I imagine is rare in the area. The house is adorable and cozy, loved looking at the old photos and imagining the history there. Would love to stay again!
