Ceci est une unité sans rendez-vous donc pas besoin de monter tous ces escaliers. L'unité est entièrement meublée avec de nouveaux fauteuils, canapé et lits. Un gril sur le pont permet aux visiteurs de cuisiner tout en profitant du temps et de la vue magnifique. Le condo comprend également une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Le complexe Ledges bénéficie d'un emplacement fantastique au centre du lac. Restaurants, boutiques, golf, randonnées et épiceries sont tous à quelques minutes.
Nous avons un bordereau de bateau couvert 10 x 30 qui est également disponible sur demande pour 15 $ par nuit. Le glissement est situé dans le quai juste à côté du bâtiment, donc la descente est courte.
Pour les GOLFERS, le lac des Ozarks est la première destination de golf du Midwest. Le parcours de golf du lac des Ozarks se compose de 13 parcours fantastiques à distance de conduite. Le complexe Ledges se trouve juste à l'extérieur du club de golf primé Sycamore Creek.
De plus, ne manquez pas les bonnes affaires des Osage Beach Premium Outlets. We were able to access the property without issues. The condo was comfortable and had a great view. Instructions for accessing and departure were well written.

The condo was very nice and clean. Loved not having steps and parking close to door. Beds were comfy and the unit was decorated nicely. Wish it had a grill on the deck. Because of disabilities, it was a struggle to take the bar stools off the bar and bring the dining chairs from the kitchen to the table. It also would be nice to have instructions for the TV remotes. Other than that it was very nice. Thank you!

Great location with no stairs! We had a wonderful time and the property worked very well for our group. Only con and wouldn’t be for all people was the carpet….lots of spots. This would NOT deter us from staying here again though!

We have stayed at the ledges condos several times and have loved every stay! It's the perfect location on the lake, close to PB2 boat launch, and the boat slip with the condo is steps away! The condo was clean and we'll kept, nicely decorated, fireplace, deck, everything we could need! We love staying here and ate thankful for great hosts!

Location was ideal for our group. The option of two pools and beach access to swim in the lake is great. Unit was very clean and gave you a feeling of comfort at the lake. Communication with the host was excellent and very prompt with replies. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lake of the Ozarks!

the condo was very clean and it was nice to have a walk in unit with no stairs. View from Balcony was great and loved the beach access to the lake. There was plenty of seating for the 4 of us. Would have like a TV in the 2nd bedroom but other than that would love to stay here next year.

We are a family of four we rented a condo to fish the big bass Dash. We have two children ages seven and eight accommodations were absolutely beautiful. Perfect for what we needed the owner Corey provide any information you need it we absolutely loved our stay and we plan to be back.

We had a fantastic time at Corey's condo. Had a few issues with some dirty dishes but Corey communicating with the cleaning crew to handle the issue. Always enjoy staying at this condo. I highly recommend it. Great wheelchair accessibility too.

Very nice place with just an occasional glitch
We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was very nice. The view was great and the space was awesome. The WiFi was very in and out and didn’t work in the living room often but was great in the bedroom. The last 2 hours we were there getting ready and packing up there were a few people that walked in the door multiple times (pest control and cleaning) which startled us but we just told them they had to come back. Those are really the only issues and overall aren’t huge issues unless you need WiFi. I only mention them as a heads up. Otherwise it was a great stay. Quiet enough place and very clean. Centrally located. Perfect for the price.

Beautiful Condo
My husband and I loved this condo. It feels like someone's home not a rental. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and very clean. We had a couple of hiccups starting out but the property owner was exceptional in helping us. Very quick response to questions. Will definitely stay here next time we go to the Ozarks.
