Situé sur Ocean Drive (A1A) à Deerfield Beach, ce quadruplex récemment rénové comprend trois suites de luxe à une chambre et une à 2 chambres.
Cette grande suite n ° 3 lumineuse et récemment rénovée avec une chambre est entièrement meublée et joliment décorée.
La nouvelle cuisine a des comptoirs de quartz et des appareils en acier inoxydable.
Les appareils sont tous neufs: réfrigérateur, machine à glaçons, four, plaque vitrocéramique, lave-vaisselle, poubelle, machine à café Keurig, grille-pain, etc. La cuisine est bien équipée avec des casseroles et des poêles, des ustensiles de cuisine, de la vaisselle, des verres, des ustensiles de cuisine, des couteaux de cuisine, etc. pour préparer les repas.
Dans le salon, vous pourrez vous détendre devant le téléviseur Smart HD 60 pouces ou surfer sur Internet avec une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite.

We just returned from a one week stay at Paul and Hally’s place. The unit is perfect for a couple. It is spotless, modern, with a very comfortable king bed and nice linens. The kitchen is well-stocked for meal prep. The outdoor patio is very comfortable and charming. The location is excellent! Right across the street from the ocean. You can walk to restaurants, cafes, and shops. It’s just a great place to stay for relaxation and exploration!! Thank you for the excellent vacation!

My husband and I had a wonderful and relaxing 2 week vacation at this 1 bedroom luxury apartment. The unit was updated, beautifully decorated, spotless and well equipped to meet our needs. The location was an easy walk to the beach using their beach equipment and a pleasant walk to "downtown" for dinners at the different restaurants. We thouroughly enjoyed our evenings sipping drinks and listening to music at our personal courtyard area. We highly recommend this unit. The owners were very attentive to our needs to make our trip go smoothly. We hope to return soon!

I stayed at this property with my husband and 3 year old daughter. It was very clean and extremely spacious. Check in was super convenient. Location was 2-5 min walk to the beach. We would definitely book again. Had a great time!

What a great spot for our Deerfield Beach vacation. Property was immaculate - clean, modern, and with everything we needed. Paul & Hally were great hosts and personally greeted us upon arrival. Paul did a great job. Attentive and the property along with unit spotless. Restaurants and Deerfield beach minutes away walking. Close proximity by car to Boca Raton and Del Ray.

Meticulously maintained property
Property owners were an absolute pleasure to work with. They take incredible pride in overseeing the entire process and stay. Easy to reach, and they truly want everything to be perfect. Paul even offered to bring us a drip coffee maker on day one to supplement the Keurig. The apartment looks and feels brand new. Great location. Extremely convenient for spending time at the beach which is literally across the street. The unit has all the amenities you could possibly need. Including a new large wall mounted TV in the living room.

Nice compact apartment with the beach across the road. Clean, neat and with all the conveniences. Modern upgraded kitchen. Everything worked well. Would highly recommend for a short stay in Deerfield Beach close to the beach and all the amenities.

Best Place to Stay in South Florida!
Our unit was the most comfortable, quiet, clean and beautiful rental unit we have experienced in south Florida...so nice, that we extended our stay. Hated to leave!! We're in complete agreement with the other reviews...forget about staying at a hotel! This unit is brand new....spotless, and across the street from a almost private beach. The owners are by far the best and most accommodating we have ever rented from. Peaceful...no kids, pets or parties....just a quiet haven that is walking distance to great food and drinks (The Whales Rib). We'll be back!

A Little Slice Of Heaven
This is a perfect property. Everything is exactly like pictured - incredibly clean, spacious, comfortable, and located in precisely the right spot. Being here encourages you to walk to the beach as often as possible - as it is only a two minute walk away. Everything has been carefully and tastefully thought of - simply couldn't have been better - hotels do not compare. Would recommend this to any and all of my family and friends.

Nice place - steps from the beach
Very very clean, updated nice and quiet. Host was great. Perfect for one or two people. Not a lot of sunlight in the unit, but just steps from the beach made up for it! Did I mention how clean it was? Walk to restaurants and bars - location is awesome!

What a gem!
We stayed on Ocean Drive for two glorious weeks in February. The owners were fantastic, friendly, attentive, and accommodating. We flew in overnight and they were able to work with us to gain early entry into the unit. Once inside, we found the condo in immaculate condition! Everything was new and extremely clean.
The kitchen was so bright and had all the items a kitchen should have (even extra k-cups so you could have an immediate cup of coffee). There were beach chairs for our use and better yet, the beach was across the street! There was a lovely outdoor patio, perfect for having morning coffee and soaking in the sun! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our time in Deerfield was. Not only was the unit fully renovated, the owners were lovely, the location was amazing and I would not hesitate to book with Hally and Paul again.

Beautiful property, steps from the ocean!
Such a pleasant surprise after booking on short notice!
I received a phone call on Friday evening from our initial rental owner saying there was a plumbing issue and they would have to cancel our reservation within less than 48hrs of our arrival. We searched VRBO and went ahead and booked this suite in Deerfield Beach, thinking it looked too good to be true, but there weren't many options on such short notice. After driving from NH to FL and arriving at 8pm Sunday evening I was relieved to find it as beautiful as advertised on line. The location itself is private, but at the same time is in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops with many attractions in the area that only require a quick drive. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

New condition, white, clean in excellent condition. Sound proof, private parking space, safe and 1/4 mile walk to the pier, beach, restaurants and casual shopping. The owner is there for a few hours most days and caters to individual needs and wants you to have a nice stay and experience.
