Ce complexe de condos calme n'a que 4 bâtiments de deux étages et seulement 16 unités au total. Il est situé sur une zone très étroite de Gulf Blvd qui se trouve entre la voie navigable Intracoastal et le golfe du Mexique, permettant une expérience de vacances combinée unique.
Asseyez-vous sur le grand quai intracoastal et regardez sur l'eau pour essayer de repérer un lamantin ou un dauphin. Lancez votre bateau ou votre kayak directement depuis la rampe de mise à l'eau sur place. Détendez-vous et nagez dans la piscine chauffée. This was the first time my parents did an extended winter stay in Florida! This condo was everything they needed and more. Being in the path of the trolley was perfect for them to explore the area between. Clearwater and St. Pete. Mike and Anna were amazing hosts - attentive to detail and always checking in to make sure everything was going well.

This rental was very clean and well appointed. It is obvious the owners spend time here as the kitchen was well stocked with spices, etc.. Paper products and various detergents were available for our use. The owners go out of their way to make certain their guests are happy.
The only reason for less than 5 stars is due to the property itself and nothing the owners could control. Please be advised this condo is a third floor walk-up. This was not mentioned in the description. Also the balcony is positioned right over Gulf Boulevard and the traffic noise makes it difficult to enjoy a glass of wine and conversation. On the plus side regarding location, the beach was a very short walk.

Condo was very well kept and nicely updated! Lots of good places to eat/drink nearby and only a 30 min drive from the Tampa airport. Mike was accessible and very communicative, you can tell that he wants you to have a great time! Beds and couches were comfy, felt like "home away from home!" Heated pool was a nice alternative to the beach on the cooler days we were there. Overall our 8 day stay was wonderful and we would definitely go back again! Highly recommend!!

This is the first time that i had rented a Condo that was not on the beach. It was great, you could see the beach from the balcony and it was just like a min walk from the condo. The dock on the intercoastal side was so cool, my girls(8 &9) had the best time fishing from there, it was an overall great place to stay.

This property was beautiful, cozy, and relaxing. Pictures don’t do it justice. We had a wonderful week at the beach, and this was a near-perfect home base. I missed having a waterfront balcony, but the beach was very close and absolutely beautiful. The beach supplies were so helpful and easy to cart across the path each day. I also loved cooking in the beautiful, well-equipped kitchen. Not many properties have such nice cookware and utensils. Plus there are several spices in the cupboard to get you started. Check out what’s there before going grocery shopping. The welcome basket of goodies was a sweet surprise as well.
Mike and Anna are terrific hosts, and they really have thought of everything. You can pack light enough to zoom through airport security and get on with your vacation. Mike also communicated about every detail along the way and was super helpful. If we are able to return to the area, this will be the first property we look up!

We just got back a few days ago but had a wonderful vacation! The place was great, pictures don’t tell the story until you see for yourself. The condo was very clean and nice. We appreciate all the little details the place offered. Loved the short walk to beach and all the great restaurants that were very close, you could even walk to some if you wanted to. The weather was very nice we love the Tampa area, we’ve stayed at Long boat key, Treasure island, but this was by far the nicest room we have ever had. Look forward to staying here in the future. Thanks to the owners for being such great host!

This is a wonderful property, with great amenities. It is incredibly clean and comfortable and has a well appointed kitchen. We like to cook so that was a big plus for us.
The beach access is very close and has a spacious beach. We were there on memorial day weekend and were not crowded on the beach at all.
The owners are very thoughtful and helped us with recommendations to help us get the most out of our trip.
We will definitely be back!

The property & owners were great! The unit was super clean, comfortable and we felt super welcome upon arrival! Walking distance to Caddys restaurant & an easy walk to the beach. Appreciated all of the items in the storage closet to enjoy the beach: chairs, sand toys, cart to wheel it in etc. Owner was great with making sure we had what we needed & made it in the unit ok. Kitchen had lots of items needed for cooking and eating as well as seasonings etc. I would definitely recommend this property to any type of group. We went two adults & 2 young kids and it worked well for us. Thank you! :)

Great spot! Easy access to beach and local restaurants. Lots of extras in the condo! Very comfortable and easy communication with the owner. We appreciated everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation was already at the condo!

We had an amazing week at Indian Sands. It is even better than the pictures. The condo was spotless. It was the best stocked VRBO we have ever rented. The kitchen was amazing. We enjoyed cooking each night and rarely went out to eat. We especially appreciated the beach towels, chairs and cart that were available to use. And we enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony. The location is perfect. We highly recommend a stay and we hope to make another visit again in the future. Thank you Mike and Anna for sharing your beautiful condo.

We had a wonderful week in Mike & Anna’s beautiful condo ! We have stayed here a few times and it never disappoints! It is beautifully decorated and so clean! We had everything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach! We also arrived to a welcome basket full of wonderful treats !

This home is terrific. It is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The kitchen is the best outfitted kitchen of any rental property we have used, and that is quite a few. There were sharp knives ! , high end cookware, upscale cutlery, serving utensils and bowls, even storage containers! The beds were comfy with nice sheets. There were lots of towels, including nice beach towels. The beach chairs were nice and easily accessible in an organized storage closet. There were lots of nice extras (phone charging pads beside the beds, laundry detergent, dish soap etc.) The location is right across from the beach with very easy access via a cross walk. Over all this is a great home with wonderfully responsive owners. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

First visit to the area and we loved the location. The condo itself is nicely renovated and includes all the amenities you will need, plus some. Owners here go above and beyond on communication and providing the extras that make it a home away from home. Great location with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. We spent Thanksgiving at this wonderful Indian Shores condo, our first visit to the area, and we loved every moment. The condo itself is spacious, well located and beautifully decorated. The beach cart made transporting chairs and gear a breeze; it is literally just steps to the gorgeous white sand shoreline. It is an easy drive north to Clearwater or south for more restaurants and shopping. The condo is walking distance to a restaurant/bar, mini golf, souvenir shop, convenience store and ice cream and coffee shops. I loved running along the flat, safe Gulf Blvd. and returning with a walk on the beach, admiring the dolphins and scooping up seashells. Mike was available, helpful and gracious. Everything we needed was available, from cookware to board games. The late November weather was lovely- the water was a little chilly and some days were breezy, but we were able to enjoy the beach daily and loved not having oppressive heat and humidity that the coast sometimes delivers in the summer months. It was really a wonderful stay. I would happily recommend to family and friends. Definitely a five star(fish) experience ;)

We started visiting IRB during winter break with our youngest to visit our daughter at the University of Tampa. Our youngest is now at the University and we continue to rent Mike & Anna's place when we need a beach vacation and want to visit our daughter. The attention to decor detail, cleanliness, and knowing precisely what guests need upon their arrival on their travel day is impressive. We treat the rental as our own while visiting because it is scarce to find something close to perfect

This was a great place to stay with my family! Conveniently located near an access point to the beach and everything you’d need for the beach and living quarters was available. The owners were great with communication and very friendly. Cleanliness is a top priority for me and this location met my expectations (which my family would say is higher than the average person’s). I highly recommend this location to any family looking to visit the Indian Shores/Clearwater Beach area and I would absolutely stay here again.

My family and I spent a week at Indian Shores staying in Mike and Anna's condo. Our first time to both places and we loved it. Indian Shores is a quaint beach town, very quiet and calm. We definitely preferred staying in Indian Shores over some of the other towns along the Gulf. And the condo was absolutely stunning. Modern, updated and clean with a beachy vibe, we felt at home and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Definitely recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

Close to the beach access and excellent restaurants! Went kayaking and fishing in the Intercostal Waterway and caught a couple of fish. Saw a number of dolphins, horseshoe crabs and lots of herons and other shore birds. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation home!

Perfect Spring Break Condo
We had another great week staying in Mike and Anna’s condo. It is as beautiful as we remembered. We’ve stayed here three times. This beautifully appointed condo has everything you need - well stocked kitchen, beach towels, pool towels, beach cart, cooler and so much more. Loved being here and hope to be back again soon!
