Le Lakeshore Lodge est un superbe hôtel 5 chambres sur les rives du magnifique lac Pend O'Reille. Situé à la fin de, une voie de circulation libre-tranquille, Lakeshore Lodge offre la retraite heureuse encore est à seulement 3 minutes de la communauté Dover Bay et à 7 minutes de Sandpoint, Idaho - ont voté «plus belle petite ville» de l'Amérique par USA Today et Rand McNally .

La cour expansive est assez grand pour un match de football de la famille et comprend une grande salle de gym jungle pour les plus petits. Le pont arrière est parfait pour le barbecue et dispose d'un grand jacuzzi pour se détendre les muscles fatigués après une journée de ski ou de la randonnée à Schweitzer de nombreux sentiers de la région.
Le Lakeshore Lodge dispose de cinq chambres: deux au rez-de-chaussée et trois (y compris le maître) sur le deuxième étage. Le lit standard mis en place est trois reines, une double et un double ensemble de lits superposés (assez grand pour les adultes.) Nous avons aussi un lit blow-up reine de haute qualité pour les grands groupes. Deux grandes familles? Trois couples? Pas de problème.
Il dispose de trois salles de bains: (. Maître en suite avec 2 lavabos + salle de bains commune pour les deux autres chambres) un rez de chaussée (2 lavabos, 1 douche, 1 WC) et deux à l'étage

All in our family group repeatedly commented on how very nice the Lake Lodge was: lake location, inside spaces, bed/bathrooms,, laundry,totally outfitted kitchen, outside spaces, waterside spaces, backyard. Scott checked on us on first day and Bridgette, next door, always available by phone or in person for questions. We all very satisfied with our stay. Hopefully can return.

We loved our stay! The house was clean and fit our needs perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet and the lake is absolutely beautiful. The amenities at the home are fantastic. The bedding and towels are great, two refrigerators, two dryers for beach towels, a big back yard and large dock worked really well for our family. We will definitely rent this property again!

What a beautiful house with an amazing view! This property has everything for all ages. The kids loved swimming, playing in the big yard, going for bike rides and having a fire while the adults appreciated having a shady spot to watch them and a well stocked house to prepare family meals and enough rooms for everyone to have their own space ( 6 adults and 6 kids). Plus, it’s only a 40 minute drive to Silverwood!
We will hope to make a return trip in the future! We’d give it 10 stars if we could!

Favorite Vacation
Lakeshore Lodge is the most beautiful, well equipped, comfortable VRBO my family has ever stayed in. Plenty of room for our family of 10. My husband and I had separate rooms on the ground floor which is perfect for us. Kids and grandkids shared the upstairs. We even set up the fold out air bed in the laundry room, which was great for our only grandson. He didn't have to share a room with the girls. Most of our time was spent swimming and jumping off the dock or out on the boat. The location is so beautiful we sat out front every evening to enjoy the sunset. Bridgette is the property manager and she lives next door. She made everything aspect of our check in/ check out process fast and easy. We all agreed that we would like to visit the lodge again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Peaceful Retreat
This is our 4th stay at this location and we absolutely love it! It is always clean, fully stocked with all you need, and quick friendly communication with the owners and property manager. This is an extremely peaceful and quiet part of Dover. We enjoyed several meals outside, multiple walks around Dover, including one where we saw a moose and it’s baby, and lots of water time. Many memories were made with our 4 generation family. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful time with my family at this property. Everything was perfect! The house had everything we needed to enjoy Christmas week as family. Scott and Bridget went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of and felt welcome in the house. We had 6 adults and 4 kids and everyone had plenty of room. We went skiing at Schweitzer every day and loved how close we were to the resort. Could not have asked for anything more!

Wonderful Winter Stay at Lakeshore Lodge
Lakeshore Lodge is a beautiful home in a wonderful location, only a few minutes from Sandpoint and 25 min to Schweitzer. We were two families of four and it was plenty of space for the eight of us. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and family room, the hot tub, and the neighborhood. It was fun walking around Dover, which is peaceful and pretty. We also liked eating at the Dish in Dover which is less than a mile away. We would definitely stay at this home again when we visit Sandpoint/Schweitzer.

Everything we wanted
This property is everything it shows online. Gorgeous views of the water and we had amazing fall colors. Our littles really enjoyed the play equipment and the trampoline! It was roomy enough for all 11 of us! Would definitely rent this property again! The Brixens were awesome to deal with and Bridgett was very helpful as well!

This was our second year staying here with our family. The home and property are outstanding, everything from appliances to art is thoughtfully curated. Great place to stay if you have lots of ages to entertain. Close to marina and trails and quiet neighborhood.

Perfect family Summer Getaway
This is the 2nd stay at Lakeshore house for our family. It is the perfect getaway. The house has everything you need, just show up. The area is quiet and safe for children with little to no traffic. The yard is large enough for yard games and the little ones love the big toy. The dock can accommodate 2 boats easily and the lake is so quiet and private, it's your own giant pool. The lakeshore house is our favorite summer destination.

Wonderful place
We have been renting places for the past 10 years on Pend Orielle and this was one of our favorites! Very clean and lots of room for my family. The home is very well made and sound proof which was nice when we had 2 babies. It was also very well stocked with all the necessities we needed. The dock was great and the kids had a blast jumping into the water. It was big enough for all our floaties too! We will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing stay!

This was an incredible house for our party of 12, which included adults all the way down to a baby. The property is as described, if not better. Couple things to note - the house doesn't come with life jackets or lake toys. Bring your own or be prepared to rent from the marina that is just around the corner.

Making Memories
We had 4 generations staying at the property and it fit all of our needs and more. We love this location/property so much that this is our 2nd stay and we already booked for next summer. The property manager is prompt to respond and helpful. Scott is easy to work with as well. We enjoyed eating at the gazebo and the beautiful views of the water. Wonderful lakeside home
Beautiful home. We rent homes a lot and this was the most equipped home we’ve ever stayed with kitchen tools, a huge dining table that easily folds out for 10, beach towels, lawn chairs, yard games, water toys - everything you could ever need. Home is wonderful, newer, and super clean and quiet. Great neighbors. Communication with managers (next door) was easy and responsive. Huge yard a big plus for outdoor games and water fights with the playground equipment a huge bonus for our three year olds. Great multi level dock with shaded area. The only slight downside would be no easy beachy access to water, especially for toddlers. Water access only from the dock. Firepit and hot tub available. House easily accesses walking/bike trail to Dover Bay and Sandpoint as well as close access to mountain biking park. All in all a great place to stay and one of our favorites. Would definitely return.

If you are looking for a fantastic lakefront property in the Sandpoint area with a highly communicative owner and property manager, look no farther than the Lakeshore Lodge! The location, lot/home size, cleanliness, and appointments throughout this property all add up to tremendous value and an excellent overall experience. We are a blended family with 5 kiddos and a larger extended family, all of our kids were excited by the bunk room, lake views, dock, and of course the hot tub out back!? During our stay, extended family dropped by for dinner and a bonfire by the lake and consistently shared how beautiful and nice both the property and home were, and all definitely put this property on their shortlist for the next time they visit Sandpoint. Bottom line, I’m a tough customer and Scott, Bridgett and the experience my family had while staying at the Lakeshore Lodge significantly exceeded my expectations! We’ll be back! :-)

Amazing Getaway on the Lake
This property was absolutely fantastic. The house is beautiful, clean and very nicely furnished. Location was right on the lake in little Dover. We swam from the dock every day and enjoyed the multiple patio settings. Inside the house was amazing - kitchen was extremely well stocked, the rooms were beautiful, the beds were comfy. Our party of 8 had ample room to relax. Highly recommend this place!

Great place, perfect location
My wife and I stayed there with two of our adult son's and their families. There was plenty of room for everyone, 6 adults and 6 kids. the yard is great for kids.
The location is great, 10 minutes by boat to Sandpoint. There is no beach but the dock is nice and there is a covered sitting areadjust above the dock. FYI the dock has no breakwater so our waverunner did not do well tied up to the dock, that might change with the water level but it was no problem, we just anchored a little ways from the dock.

Exceptional!!
I can’t say enough great things about this property. We traveled with 4 generations and it met and exceeded all our needs. Each family had their own space and bathroom, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances you could ever need, the outdoor dock and gazebo area was also fantastic. We loved the hot tub and great room. We loved it so much we are already planning our next trip. The owner, along with the property manager, have been great to work with. This is by far the most clean, organized and beautiful property we have stayed at. Thank you!!! Many family memories were made here.

Perfect Family Vacation
This is the perfect setting for a family vacation. All you have to do is show up. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and welcoming. The owner was exceptionally flexible due to the current events and travel restrictions. The property manager was a pleasure to work with. My 3 yr old granddaughter especially loved the backyard big toy and spent a lot of time "at the park." The dock is big enough to easily moor 2 boats for the week and great for enjoying the weather and spectacular scenery. And the deck chairs were available at the house. This home is warm and welcoming and has every conceivable amenity.
In this time of COVID, we were able to have a perfect family vacation and be safe from exposure. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will definitely consider a return visit .

Loved Lakeshore Lodge!
We had a great stay at Lakeshore Lodge! The house is as described and as pictured - very clean, nicely decorated, well appointed, spacious, and has gorgeous water views. I loved sitting on the deck upstairs with a book. We appreciated the supply of beach towels, sunscreen, bug spray, and cooler. We enjoyed jumping off the dock, cooking over the fire pit, scrabble and family lawn games (bought a bocce set and donated that to the house), some great hiking, and soaking in the hot tub, which is freshly refilled between guests and really clean. We rented kayaks during our stay and had fun exploring the coastline (walked to the Dover Marina half a mile away and then paddled them back). The house is on the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and feels very private. We also appreciated that it was only a 10 minute drive into Sandpoint for supplies. Scott was very responsive and friendly and provided helpful area information before our arrival. Bridgett, the property manager, made herself available to answer questions before our travel and was also very responsive and friendly when I reached out with a couple of items during our stay. We loved our time at Lakeshore Lodge and would highly recommend it as a special place to vacation in Northern Idaho.

Hands down the #1 VRBO/AirBnB we've ever rented
The house was perfect. The location was magnificent. We want to move in permanently. Seriously. There aren't many places that are right off a lake and so close to a ski mountain and near a cute town. But let me tell you about the house. In the listing, it mentions that everything is provided and that is 100% accurate. I did not believe this to be the case, because whenever I rent a house I have to bring my own beach towels, beach chairs, water toys, coolers, drying racks, toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, coffee, soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, ice containers, BBQ utensils, oven mitts, dish towels, and tea kettle. (I'm a tea drinker). Well, so I packed these all in my car and guess what - the house was so stocked we couldn't believe it. There is even a huge walk-in closet full of kitchen supplies that I don't even own in my own house. We didn't end up using anything in there because there was no reason to. We woke up every morning to the most gorgeous view. We brought with blow up SUPs and a blow up kayak and our boys loved going out for multiple paddles. We went on a lovely walk every day. We found awesome hikes nearby and the owner provided tons of recommendations along with personal memories for them. There are a ton of grocery stores nearby and it was very comfortable making all our meals at home. We were nervous renting during a pandemic and they took extra precautions to make sure that all surfaces were cleaned. We felt very safe. Thank you for the most wonderful stay.

We took our family and two friends to stay at the Lakeview lodge, and it did not disappoint. The house was high quality, large, clean, and well setup to accommodate our ski trip. Fantastic house on the lake. A few minutes outside of Sandpoint so quiet, but easy access to town and to skiing at Schweitzer. The house is beautifully-appointed and well-stocked, with every convenience. Great kitchen, great hot tub, lots of room for families and groups. Highly recommend.
