We had no host, everything was on line and they were responsive. The condo was clean and very comfortable. We had a beautiful view but it said waterfront & view and that was not accurate.

Everything was per email and more instructions would have been nice? I felt like I needed to check my email constantly. They gave strict guidelines on check in and check out but didn't give a heads up that you needed to respond to a email on your check out confirming cleaning can come in. The miscellaneous fees that were added to the room were outrageous. The local restaurant was closed. I know this is Covid time but I felt maybe Vacasa is international and has no idea where these properties are actually located.
