Mistral 3 est une chambre avec lits superposés, une salle de bain, une unité face à la mer au rez-de-chaussée avec une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan. Il est également à distance de marche de la plage d'Alys et du lac Camp Creek. Les restaurants et boutiques incroyables de Rosemary Beach, Seagrove, Watercolour and Seaside sont également à seulement quelques minutes en vélo ou en voiture.
Ceci est une unité au rez-de-chaussée avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe. Le balcon couvert est grand avec des sièges confortables. Ouvrez simplement la porte et descendez votre propre promenade directement à la plage! Ce n'est pas plus facile ni plus pratique que cela! The location of this condo is perfect for our family. The back door opens up to the steps down to the beach. Having the beach chairs already at the beach is really convenient!
We love that we can still bike down to Seacrest and Rosemary or to The Big Chill by Water Sound.
The condo is always clean and easy to check in and out of.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!!! The location and accommodations are perfect, and the hosts are super easy to communicate with. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay long enough!

My family and I had the best time here. The condo was very clean and well equipped with the basics for our stay. With 3 young kids, it was great being on the first floor and having super easy access to the beach. We loved the fact that the beach chair service (2 chairs and an umbrella) was included as well. It was wondering having a spot on the beach set up and ready for us when we came out. Overall, I’d highly recommend staying here!

My wife and I spent three nights here in the interim period between Spring Break and the start of summer. It was a great unit: clean, stocked with the basics, and located on a private section of the beach reserved for condo residents. One of the best amenities is the complimentary chair/umbrella service. Check in/check out is very smooth, and the owner made sure to reach out to us throughout to see if we needed anything (which we didn’t). It was as smooth a stay as possible, and we would definitely book this place again.

Perfect week for 2 on 30a!
This was our first time staying here, and we’re already planning our next stay. Loved the private beach access and the rental chairs were an added bonus! Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Wonderful stay!

The condo has been updated with a new bath, new flooring,
new appliances, cabinets, granite, etc.!!!
I'm guessing there is a fourth visit within the next couple of years!

Oustanding condo!
This is our third stay here at Mistral 3. It has recently been remodeled and is BEAUTIFUL! (Though is was very nice before the remodel.) They have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The owner was very easy to contact with questions. The beach service (an umbrella and two chairs) set up each morning for you is a PLUS! You cannot go wrong with this condo. See you next year, guys! :-)

Amazing
This spot is perfect for our family. We can walk right onto the beach which is convenient with small kids. The beach isn’t crowded and the condo is always clean. The owners communicate quickly. This was our second year staying here and definitely not our last.

Always a pleasure
We are frequent guests here and appreciate the high level of consistency, ease, and comfort. This was our first time to stay after the new renovation and it's great- updated and welcoming without feeling over the top. Sip coffee on the porch & watch the ocean for dolphins, easily prepare meals in a nicely updated kitchen, enjoy the sand & sea breeze in the provided beach chairs. Lovely!

We Return Again and Again
The best recommendation? Coming back for more :) Great location, reasonable price, great accommodations. The owners are on top of communications and the unit itself is unfussy and comfortable. We love walking right out the door and down to the beach with a fresh cup of coffee and even on a rainy day, the porch offers a great view of the ocean. Many thanks for another delightful trip!

Good Location Reasonably Priced
This is our 2nd stay at this unit. Complex is quiet, laid back, and This unit comes with beach chair service which is awesome especially during busy times. We didn’t have to worry about rushing down stairs To find a spot. Property owner is very quick to respond and worked with us during the early Covid months to reschedule our trip. The cleaning service is not the best and the furniture is starting to look dingy. The porch had a nice view and the private beach access was convenient.

9/14/2020-9/18/2020 - "Sally"
This was not our ideal vacation. We had to endure Hurricane Sally. Things were closed and we were unable to get on the beach. The location is good, just not a good week to be at the beach. The unit is in need of some updates, especially the kitchen and bathroom. There was mold on the shower curtain. The coffee pot and the refrigerator need to be replaced. The stove worked, but is out of date. All of the furniture, (sofa, chair, and bed) were uncomfortable. The outside table is nice, just couldn't really enjoy due to the weather. Overall, it was not what we had hoped for and we were very disappointed. We cut our trip short and came home a day early. We will stay in the area again, but will not choose this unit.

Perfect location but needs a deep clean
We loved our week at the beach! This unit is in a perfect location and has direct access to the private beach which is wonderful. We did find the unit, while decorated nicely, to be pretty worn and in need of a deep clean. The owners seemed to be responsive and replaced the broken dishwasher while we were there.

Great beach spot
Fantastic family spot. The beach is easy to access and beautiful. Great location to ride bikes to The Hub, Seacrest, and other great shopping and restaurants. We can’t wait to go back.

Cozy place to stay RIGHT on the beach. Great getaway with no crowds! Easy distance from all areas.
This is a hidden gem!! Will definitely be returning. We could fit 4 people comfortably and had a lot of fun. Beach chairs are included, there is a full kitchen, and its a great location in-between Rosemary/Alys and Seaside! We loved going to different places for dinner each night, and nothing was ever too far away.

Perfectly located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Quiet peaceful
We loved the unit, it was perfectly clean, located on the first floor with beach access. Beach was not crowded, very family friendly and a perfect distance to Destin, Panama City and all the surrounding beaches of 30A. Will definitely book this unit again, possibly just the wife and I before the end of this year.

Saturday to Saturday, the time went so quickly! Super convenient location, just walk a little and you are there. Not crowded. Overall we had great time. Host communication great!

You really could not ask for a more perfect location, and I've stayed all over 30-A. To get up in the morning and drink your coffee on a balcony right off the beach - divine! The condo has everything you need, and it's the perfect size for two people. The beach chair service is a real plus - it was so nice not to worry about tracking down the chair guys every morning.
I thought the bed was very comfortable, which is a big deal to me. Slept better than I do at home. One of the bedroom windows faces the street, and I thought that might be a problem, but the black-out shades effectively blocked out the light.
The beach was gorgeous, as usual. There had been a big storm before we got there, so it was rough for the first few days, but relatively clear and calm after that. Still just a little too cold for me to do a lot of swimming, but I'm a wuss.
The owner contacted us the first day to make sure we had everything we needed. I hope to stay there again soon!

Our 3 night stay was just wonderful! The interior of the unit looks like it had been freshly painted - the unit was clean and nicely decorated! The deck has a fresh coat of sealant on it with a new bistro/bar height table and 4 chairs! Loved sitting out there with morning coffee! Beach access was easy with only 53 stair steps! And the 2 free beach rental chairs and umbrella were so nice to have but we also were able to use one of the unit's extra beach chairs for our 3rd person. Loved the blackout curtains in the den for those trying to sleep in the bunks in the morning. Communication was excellent! We will be back!!

Brought my two children here for spring break. We could not have been more perfectly situated for convenient beach access to soft, white sand and sparkling, clear water. We spent almost all of our time here and had the luxury of running up to the room if we needed a snack, restroom, or beach toy - which was so much better than feeling like we needed to lug everything down all at once! The condo itself was simple, clean, and functional. Beds were comfortable and kitchen stocked with basic necessities. It was wonderful to have access to a washer and dryer. I would absolutely stay here again!
