the hotel is located very near the beaches and restaurants. it was new and clean. there is a pool area, but it’s very functional. every room has either a balcony or a little seat outside

The position of the Hotel was good. Some of the staff were extremely helpful.

The pool is too small for the amount of people. Breakfast was OK but very disjointed and often they ran out of fruit and yoghurt. The cleanliness was OK except for the outside.

The location was out of the main town, which suited us and a lovely coastal walk available opposite the hotel.

The breakfast was poor, more staff needed, only the one guy trying to do everything and would have preferred if the balconies were more private and not overlooking the rear of the bar.

Everything about the Hotel was excellent - big exception was food in restaurant - poor!

Great position clean and comfortable,easy access to bars and restaurants.

On site bar/restaurant closed after breakfast and opened for lunch which was disappointing. We could not even get a cup of tea except from a machine which was hidden away in a back room. The tea and coffee were not good!!

Nice view! Close to the beach and to the boulevard of Foz. Staff was kind and tried to be helpfull. It's a new hotel and in general is was clean. Good breakfast!

Communication and the lack of facilities; no lunch available (not even snacks), restaurant was completely closed during our stay and there was only a snack menu after 20:30. Swimming pool outside was closed and the indoor pool was only available for certain hours at extra cost. There was dirty underwear from the previous guests hanging in our bathroom.

the hotel is in a good position overlooking the beach, also plenty of free parking outside. The rooms are modern and very clean and also include a fridge.
