Charme de deux étages, chalet de luxe sur la baie dans préféré West End de Ptown. Designer rénové en 2011 dans apaisante palette de couleurs en bord de mer. Vues spectaculaires de l'eau des deux niveaux. Portes françaises ouvrent sur un patio de briques privé et une grande terrasse partagée avec une autre maison. Salon sur les chaises teck steamer rembourrés et d'entendre le clapotis de l'eau sous le pont. Prendre 4 étapes dans la baie de nager ou de lancer votre kayak gratuit. Christopher Peacock cuisine avec des appareils Franke, Miele, Gaggenau et machine à expresso. Un petit séjour / salle à manger, salle de bain carrelée / douche 1er étage chambre queen, coin lecture confortable et privé, balcon Wisteria garnis sur 2ème étage. Internet par câble, flatscreenTV / lecteur / DVD dans le salon / salle à manger, TV à écran plat dans la chambre; La radio Bose Wave avec dock iPod, a / c + chauffage central. This was an amazing visit. The cottage was the perfect size for my husband and me. We loved that it was on the Main Street (Commercial) but far enough down to be quiet and away from all the crowds. We loved being able to walk everywhere but could come back for a short rest midday. We met great neighbors in the next door boathouse and had nice conversations as we enjoyed the water just off the deck. Perfect location for a stay in Ptown!

The cottage is tiny but well laid out, so there's space for everything you need if you're mindful. The refrigerator is just a drawer, so that's something to keep in mind when shopping. Our neighbors in the boathouse were great and because that house has its own deck on the water, we essentially had the big shared deck on the water to ourselves. The area is surprisingly quiet and peaceful and we slept great. Had an absolutely magical 10th anniversary week in our favorite place in the world (and we've lived in a lot of places so trust me: P-town is fantastic).
Tiny niggle: try as we might, we could not get the back door to lock. There was no traffic going by so we just left it, but the owners should look into that.

We had a great week at the cottage. The location was absolutely perfect! The cottage is small but enough room for two people. With the amazing outdoor spaces, we weren’t inside much! Would definitely stay again. Lyn was great with communication. All around wonderful experience!

WOW! What a fantastic place to stay! The beach was right out front and our dog absolutely loved it! The area is quiet so we were able to get a good nights rest but we were also able to walk into town every day! We would absolutely stay there again. Thank you so much!

Clean. Fantastic location. Loved the sound of the tides lapping beneath the deck each day. Just the right size for two people. The outside space was the best part of the experience. Owner was out of town when we arrived but she made sure that we had contact info for the guy that could help us if needed. Looking forward to a return visit next September!

The cottage is a tiny oasis set back from the street and almost on the water; you have direct access via a shared deck. It is a lovely space to enjoy the sound of the waves at night and to get up in the morning to run the dog on the beach. Bit of a hike from the center of town (15 min walk or 5ish bike) but with Relish just down the street you can still get a morning coffee. Absolutely perfect for a solo traveler.

The cottage is darling, small, but fine for two people. Really nice outdoor space, but unfortunately it was a bit cold and rainy during our stay so we weren't able to utilize that space as much as we would have liked to.
The location is fabulous. My only complaint was there was quite a bit of dog hair on the bed and upstairs-- laying out my clothes on the bed, I found there was a fair amount of fur from previous guests...

On the ocean, a peaceful simple cottage. tiny house living but 2 floors and double French doors that open it up to breezes and the sound of the sea. Easy to walk into town or enjoy a bite at the red inn just down the street.

We had a fabulous stay! We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect. It was an easy walk to town and to the Provincetown Inn for the wedding. We loved the deck right on the water. The space was well appointed, neat, clean and comfy.

Lyn's home was beautiful and efficiently uses every space. It remarkably has everything you could need. As someone that enjoys cooking, I was pleasantly surprised at all the gadgets and tools available to make great meals at home. The view and ocean access cannot be beat. Lyn is also incredibly responsive should you need anything or have any questions. Nearby parking is a huge plus and there were really nice details (like providing beach towels). The private patio is a perfect spot to store bikes and two can fit under the overhang in the case of rain. Would love to stay here again and hope to!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Provincetown. Waking up to sounds of the ocean and enjoying coffee on the deck is sure to start your day on a great note. The cottage was clean and well equipped and having a dedicated parking space is a plus (the space is a short walk down the road).

We enjoyed a perfect week of life on the bay ruled by dramatic tides with high-tide coming up right to the deck stairs down to the beach balanced by low-tidal flats for beautiful long walks/runs with our frisky pup. Not much reason to venture out though we did of course. The West End of Ptown is lovely and quieter than much of town, with a few great restaurants !
