Just what we needed for our TC soccer filled weekend. Close the fields and the place had everything. The best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed. The beds were great and the showers hot. And oh so clean! A must stay if you are looking for a home base in TC!

Very good location near the downtown area and close to both Old Mission and Leelanau peninsulas. Condo was very nice inside and had everything we needed for our stay. Good communication with the host. Would definitely stay there again.

Parking pass for the parking area is a plus, as is the key pad entry to the unit. Very walkable to downtown TC and TC neighborhood areas such as NOBO, especially via the tree lined neighborhood streets and beautiful homes/architecture.

This condo was perfect for our family of five. It was much larger and nicer than the photos made it look. We rented kayaks at the beach right across the street. Downtown TC and lots of beaches and wineries and conveniently located. The host was friendly and responsive.

Clean, great location. I walked into town almost every day. Plenty of room, well stocked, comfy beds and living room furniture was very comfy as well. I had a couple of questions and the owner responded right away.

Overall our experience was great! Our only complaint was that the people upstairs sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. It was only one of the nights, so not sure what that was about. The place itself was awesome, and lots of things there for guests to use. Perfect location for anything you want to do in TC.

Laura's condo was the perfect location for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). The condo had everything we needed to prepare our foods and relax after a day out. It was very nice to walk across the street to Sunset Park & Beach. Location is close to many great restaurants and walkable to downtown Traverse City! The only compliant we have is the footsteps of the people upstairs. It's very loud and if you're a light sleeper, it would definitely disturb your stay. Overall, it was a great stay and we would return again!

Had difficulty getting in due to miscommunication. However, after finally getting in the accommodations were terrific! Great location close to many Traverse City happenings. Even had a complimentary bottle of wine. Nice touch!

Great convenient location! Spacious and well stocked with necessities! Laura was very nicet to communicate with! Wish it would have been more on the beach side or view but it all worked out really well for us!

My sisters and I spent a long weekend in TC and this condo was a perfect location for exploring both bays. The living space is much larger than it looks in the photos, and the entire condo was SPOTLESS. (Trust me, my sister is a germaphobe.) The primary bedroom is big and the bed was quite comfortable. Some footsteps from upstairs neighbors, but that's the trade-off for not lugging suitcases & coolers up and down stairs. The beach park right across the street is small, quiet, and perfect for sunsets. Laura was super-responsive and flexible; she even let us check out late when an unexpected work meeting cropped up for me. Best communication I've ever had with a VRBO host. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Celebrated my moms 60th with family and friends. Owners allowed us to get in the place early to decorate, they gave us a bottle of wine, and were awesome at communicating. House was amazing and great location.

We had four adults in the condo unit. Very comfortable and well stocked with cooking items, spices, paper goods, and table service. Our second stay in this unit due to great location to downtown and cleanliness of unit. Owners are very nice and stayed in communication with us during the stay. Thank You!

This condo is located in a perfect area to walk to beaches and downtown. Will definitely refer this condo to friends and relatives looking for a comfortable spot to enjoy the Grand Traverse area. Property manager was very nice to wok with and the place was clean, well stocked and comfortabe.

Laura, the owner, was great. She quickly responded to questions and is super friendly. The condo is super nice wove everything you can think of needing. Location, location, location. We were centrally located to everything and the beach was right across the street.

We rented the ppty for a group of 6…3 adults and 3 teens…to attend a family wedding out on Old Mission peninsula. The VRBO was perfectly located, comfortable and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Laura!

Fantastic place- the photos do not do it justice! We had absolutely everything we needed during our stay. Very convenient location for everything in Traverse City and about 30 min to Sleeping Bear Dunes. Laura was very responsive and helpful. Our only compliant was the noisy upstairs neighbors, but I can’t fault the owners for that. We can’t wait to come back soon!

Very clean condo, just a quick walk to everything in downtown Traverse City! The host, Laura, was very easy to communicate with. Well equipped condo and comfy beds. The condo is located one block from Sunset Beach and 1 block from another large park. Be aware that the condo is located on the ground floor (easy in and out-no stairs) so expect some foot traffic noise overhead.. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend if you are planning to spend a lot of time near downtown Traverse City.

The location of this condo is exceptional if you want to do anything in or around Traverse City. We ended up walking most places, we rented e-bikes right across the street at Windjammer, and drove around for wine tasting one day. The unit itself is well stocked and has everything you need to be comfortable.

This condo’s location is fantastic—walking distance to downtown TC and beaches with a glimpse of the bay from the door. It was clean with very comfortable beds. The condo came stocked with necessities (shampoo & body wash, condiments & other kitchen items, beach chairs, etc). Laura was excellent with communication. Will definitely stay again!

Incredibly perfect place. So many niceties and a great washer/dryer. Everything you think you could need for the beach is there (toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc.) and everything to be comfy inside also (plus a bottle of wine).
