Beautiful 3 Bedroom Unit in the Heart of Beaver Creek Village!!
Le Saint- James Place est le premier immeuble en copropriété de Beaver Creek. Situé dans le cœur de Beaver Creek Village. Le Saint- James Place est situé à moins de 200 verges à ski à la base de Beaver Creek Mountain et certains des plus beaux du ski en Amérique du Nord. L'école de ski pour enfants de Beaver Creek est de renommée mondiale et de la montagne offre jusqu'à terrain qui encouragera le novice et le défi le plus expérimenté de skieurs. Une fois que vous êtes enregistré dans le Saint- James Place oublier votre voiture comme le village a toutes les commodités imaginables tout dans une très courte promenade à travers le village de style européen qui comprend une patinoire extérieure et le magnifique Vilar Center pour les arts de la scène. Manger est aussi une courte distance de marche de cuisine pour tout le monde, de la pizza et des hamburgers à la gastronomie. Traitement de spa de classe mondiale est aussi une courte distance de marche avec deux beaux spas à choisir. Si vous décidez de vous détendre à la maison après une journée sur les pentes du Saint- James Place propose plusieurs bains à remous, à la fois intérieur et extérieur, une salle de fitness et bien sûr vous pouvez très bien choisir de simplement s'asseoir par votre foyer et de réfléchir sur une autre journée parfaite au paradis. L'unité de condominium est meublée avec un roi dans la chambre principale, une reine dans le mini maître et deux jumeaux dans la troisième chambre. A tale with two different endings. I have skied Beaver Creek 25 to 30 times over the last 30 plus years. I have stayed at St. James nearly half of these trips. St. James has a responsive staff, nice lobby, complimentary coffee, work-out facility second only to the Park Hyatt Spa within BC village, convenient location, comfortable underground parking, and earns a 5 star rating. These items are part of the reason I have stayed at St. James so many times. All of my prior visits were in units in satisfactory to exceptional condition.
This unit has a nice and comfortable common area/dining area. The kitchen and bathroom are in desperate need of remodels as they are dated with many items in poor/unsatisfactory condition. I believe that the bathrooms are original and probably 25 plus years old. The unit had mildew in the master bath caulk, missing knobs on kitchen cabinet doors, broken lamp on/off switch rendering it useless, toilet seats in poor condition, cheap/plastic plates/bowls, mismatch wine glasses, spotty kitchen wear, and earns a one star rating for the unit. St. James is a wonderful facility, I will rent in the building again, yet this unit needs an upgrade. I have rented on VRBO multiple times and this is my first disappointing experience.

We were 6 adults and 2 kids, 6 & 9. The condo was spacious with lots of room for dining and relaxing. St. James Place is in the village. To get to lifts and ski school is about 100-150 yard walk across the plaza by the ice rink in the village. At the mountain escalators take you up to the slopes from the village plaza. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking in. We cooked in for breakfasts and most dinners. Our family enjoyed the condo and would stay again.

Loved the place. Much larger than anticipated, four bedrooms when we only expxected three. The place works a lot more like a hotel than a normal VRBO and that threw me off at first but it was superior once i figured it out. We would definitely stay again ! Two problems to be aware of...First the place is very very dated. You feel like you walked into a home new from 1979. Minor updates would be nice. Second and this mattered to me, the TV is super tiny...i mean super tiny

You are paying for the convenience of being close to the lifts and in the cute village of Beaver Creek. The condo was great-beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms were newly remodeled. The heated floors were the best! Walking to the lifts in our ski gear was a bit cumbersome. On our last day we found the ski lodge next to Coyote Cafe that would have stored all of our gear. We plan to do that next time!

Was more spacious than expected with a great location in the property and village. Some concern with maintenance of the property - response was quick but many things needed attention. Common areas very clean but bathrooms were not cleaned thoroughly.

The St James Place is located within easy walking distance of everything in the Beaver Creek village. Condo was clean. My only complaints were the dining room chairs were all quite loose (just need an Allen key to retighten the bolts), and there was a very slight odor (cigarette smoke?) noticeable only when you first enter the condo. Otherwise, very clean, well-laid out suite. An enjoyable stay!

St. James place is a great property in a great location in Beaver Creek. The room itself was clean and well kept. Chris (property manager) and his team were very accessible and helpful with any inquiries during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Great layout for our needs. We have stayed in a similar layout before and the 2 queens was far superior to the one with 2 twins. Multiple maintenance issues, many of which we did not address, as we wanted to limit strangers through the unit during our stay. If this unit is to be rented at costly Beaver Creek pricing, it needs to be maintained accordingly.
1. Sink faucet in BOTH the smaller king and the left sided master king bathrooms need to be secured and sealed properly.
2. Several lightbulbs needed replaced throughout the unit. Overall, the place was annoyingly dark all the time.
3. The fan lights in the small king & queens room are not functioning. It is a problem with the fixture, not a lightbulb issue, as both incandescent and LED bulbs were tried. These rooms are VERY dark without the overhead lights working. One table lamp light in each room is not sufficient. We think the place was clean on arrival, but who would know?
4. The dishwasher door catches on the cabinets and is difficult to close. This needs realigned before it further damages the cabinetry and appliance.
5. The towel rack in the master king bathroom easily comes off the wall anchors every time you hang a towel.
6. When renting, the closets need to be clear for guest use. There are many large items on the floor and shelving preventing full use.
7. During a pandemic with no regular housekeeping service, bar soaps and lack of disinfectant is pretty ridiculous. Provisions to disinfect countertops and high touch areas should be required and included in the fees.
