We had a wonderful time! Zack was a great host and made check in very easy. Showed us everything about the house and the docks. The house was perfect for our family and we all had room to spread out. Will definitely be planning to visit again!

Our family had a wonderfully peaceful vacation. We spent most of our time on the back deck enjoying the view and the hot tub. The house was clean and well-kept, with large bedrooms. The outdoor kitchen next to the dock was quite impressive, although a steep trip down the path on foot or a short drive down the side road is needed. Lynchburg is a small, quaint town, and Jack Daniels just reopened for tours (with masks). We chose to drive into Tullahoma (~45 min) for no-contact grocery pickups and take-out a few times. Lots of walking trails at Tim’s Ford, Tullahoma, and Manchester. Zack was an excellent host!

My family & i truly had the best time here. The layout of the house was perfect. Spacious bedrooms ,fully loaded kitchen & the back porch was super chill. Already planning our next trip!!!!

This place was the perfect getaway! First, the pictures in the listing don't really do this place justice. The bedrooms were huge, and we had no problem fitting our whole crew. We never felt crowded and the layout of the house was perfect for those who stayed up late not to bother those who went to bed early. If I could give communication with the owner a 10 star rating I would. Zack was so easy to communicate with and always available. From the very start of the booking process when I called him to make a few special request til check-out. He was courteous and professional. I am not sure if I've ever had a better experience. He met us upon arrival to go over the ins and outs of the place, which made our stay a breeze. Next, the location. This lake is a gem I have never heard about before since I live in LA. This place is gorgeous, and the lake was so clean and refreshing. It truly felt like we had the lake to ourselves most of the week, it got a little busier on Friday, but still not over crowded. Tubing with the younger kids never felt dangerous. We rented a boat from Lakeview Marina and they were so helpful as well. The doc at Zack's place was absolutely perfect for young kids. Very few other docs in this cove and lots of space for the kids to swim and play with no boat traffic. It was quiet and peaceful. The kids had a blast! Fishing was also great here. The kids were able to catch lots of bream right off the doc, which made it fun for them. The adults went out on the boat to catch. If you're not from here, do your research on where and when to catch them if that's your thing. It took us the whole week to finally find them. For shopping and dining, you have to go about 20-30 minutes out, but that was not a huge issue for us. If you like to hike, Tullahoma had some great hikes, the Machine Falls hike was so nice, and pretty kid friendly. Our stay here was memorable to say the least and we will definitely return! This property was exactly as Zack advertised it and in very good condition. The cove is a little quieter than some of the other coves on the lake which makes it nice for avoiding all day wake and noise. There is a dock that is ready to use for your boating adventures. Zack was on site when we arrived and ready to answer any questions, he was also available and ready to help with any questions via text. Zack is a top notch host and this property/house on Tim Fords is well kept and cleanly with everything you need on site. I would definitely recommend Zack's place to anyone thinking of a lake trip to Tennesse.

We loved staying at this house and would stay again, but we were a little disappointed that the house was not very clean when we arrived. But it all worked out and we are happy. Thank you

We had a great time and owner was very accommodating for our check in and check out times. We walked down to the lake once but drove down every other time which was very nice :) The house was well stocked with bath towels and kitchen items. We enjoyed the big back porch. The back yard fence was secure and we were able to let our 2 puppies roam without too much supervision when we were around (left them crated when we were away because puppies love to chew things up). It was great to have a washer / dryer for our lake towels and we never seemed to run out of hot water. We rented a pontoon from Lakeview Marina to complete the stay. Thanks for a good lake vacation!

This was our second time to spend a long weekend for my Birthday at this beautiful home on Tim’s Ford Lake. We love it here! We love the private dock In a cove and kitchen pavilion. We always have so much fun here. Thank you Zack for meeting our every need while staying in your home. We hope to visit again soon.

Great weekend getaway for a place right on the lake.

We had a great time at the property. Beds were really comfortable. Property was in excellent condition. Owner was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. Three bedroom with 2 kings and one queen. View from back porch was beautiful of the lake. Quiet and peaceful location. Easy drive into the quaint downtown Lynchburg (about 10 min to Jack Daniels and 20-25 to Tullahoma.). Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels. Room for everyone to sit and hangout together. Back porch covers with seating. I highly recommend this property. We definitely would stay here again.

This house had everything we needed and more. It’s a cozy, clean, spacious house with an amazing view. Kitchen is fully equipped. We cooked everyday. The hike down to the lake is tough but we did it. You do have the option to drive down to the lake but we needed the excercise. The jacuzzi was so clean and awesome to be in on those cold nights. Zack was very helpful with all our questions and needs. We went for our Christmas vacation & he even put up a tree for us which was a great touch. It’s located in a small town but we found plenty to do. The Jack Daniels distillery is a must if you stay here. This little town is something out of a Hallmark movie. We saw deer, blue jays & squirrels on this property. If you love nature, this is the place to stay.

We rented the house for our family Thanksgiving holiday and it was amazing. Zack the owner met us at the house to make sure we had everything we needed for our vacation. The property has a big fenced yard that was perfect for our fur babies. The hot tub and covered porch was a nice area to hang out and view the lake. The house was spotless and nicely furnished . It exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to our next visit!

We loved staying here. The location is beautiful with an awesome view. House is spacious with large bedrooms and an open floor living space. Bathrooms are newly redone and the whole place was very clean. Highly reccommend staying here. Zach, the owner, is very attentive, easy to reach, and helpful!

We had a fantastic weekend at Zacks house. He was super helpful and everything we needed was in the house. And I know that if we happened to have needed anything else, Zack would have helped us out. The house was immaculately clean and comfortable. I was super happy we could have our dog come with us even if she couldn’t go in the house. The fenced in portion of the yard was great for her and she was able to sleep in her crate in the garage so it worked out nicely. I would highly recommend staying here and we will be sure to rent it again.

The house was great with all the amenities needed. We chose it mostly for the location and the available boat dock. The covered area down by the boat dock was especially nice as we spent evenings down there with a fire. Great Place!

We greatly enjoyed our long weekend here! Very clean, comfortable, nice kitchen amenities, great deck with amazing views, good dock location to float in the water and a fun party pavilion. Zach was a fantastic host and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and were comfortable for our stay. Looking forward to making another trip during the off season to enjoy the hot tub and fire pit on cool evenings.
