L'appartement de 200 mètres carrés sur deux étages dispose de trois grandes chambres avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement, deux grandes salles de bains, et est livré avec une cuisine design entièrement équipée. Il ya téléviseurs intelligents dans toutes les chambres et d'un salon avec une cheminée, une grande télévision et des canapés inclinables confortables. The location is A+. It is spacious, especially for longer stays. Mauro, the property manager couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. The antique furniture is nice but dresser and drawers in master could be more functional for longer stays. We would have appreciated nicer towels and sheets as well considering how long we stayed, but overall, it's a wonderful property.

This apartment is located in the northern end of town and is absolutely beautiful and gives you a very authentic feel for living in Montalcino. It also has all you could ask for from an amenities standpoint as well as a parking permit (which is key) if you have a car as we did. The owner and local property manager are great in terms of communication and support. The private terrace is even better in-person with views that are just unreal. We rented in Sorrento, Florence, Roma and Montalcino on this trip and nothing comes close to this apartment. We plan on returning in the future.

My wife and I had a great time in Montalcino. Lars’ apartment was precisely as advertised - the beautiful view off the balcony, though, can not be adequately depicted in photos. It’s amazing. From checkin to checkout, Mauro made sure everything was right. He was a tremendous support throughout our stay. We will be coming back!

This apartment is just great. Spacious, clean and cool. Absolute highlight is the terrace on the top floor, from which great views on the surrounding valleys. Groceries, coffee, snacks just a few steps away.

This was the most beautiful apartment that made the stay in Montalcino so extraordinary. The view are incredible, the kitchen is well stocked, and the communication with Lars and Mauro was terrific. It was very hard to leave. Can't wait to stay here again!

What a great stay in the quaint town of Montalcino! Lars thought of everything, including a comprehensive wine study for guests, and tons of recommendations. The hosts’s assistant, Mauro, was outstanding as well. Great stay!

This apartment is exactly as advertised. The Medieval city of Montalcino is a truly amazing place. 2 days in Rome was plenty for our group, but we could have stayed here for 2-3 months. Mauro met us and helped us with all of our luggage. He is such a nice man and you can tell how proud he is of where he lives. Can’t say I blame him!!!!

Very well appointed apartment. Some low ceilings upstairs but WHAT A VIEW from the upper deck.
Looked like the kitchen and bathrooms were just remodeled.
Seems everywhere we walk was always up hill!
Gabriel was the best. Get all of our luggage up in the apartment and was a great help.

Beautiful apartment!
Rooftop is wonderful with amazing views! Mauro is the manager and is the best! Entire apartment has been remodeled and very well-stocked. Will definitely stay here again.

Month in Montalcino
This could not have been a better property for what I had wanted my month in Montalcino to be! The location was convenient to all of the town - groceries, restaurants, car park. The apartment itself was spacious and having the two levels with two separate living rooms gave everyone the privacy that being together for a month necessitates. But my absolute favorite part was sitting on the rooftop deck, looking out over the beautiful valley and listening to the church bells. Heaven on earth!

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous views!
My family and I had a wonderful stay in Montalcino. Not only was the apartment beautiful, the location was perfect! The apartment is just steps away from restaurants, wine tasting venues, coffee shops and retail stores. The apartment has plenty of room and the kitchen is well equipped. I highly recommend staying at this lovely apartment while visiting the region of Tuscany!

Exceeded All Expectations
Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The property is awesome and presented in perfect condition. The on-site coordinator is amazing. We fell in love with Montalcino and the location of the apartment is close to everything in town. Treat yourself to sunrise overlooking the value from the amazing deck. This was the best VRBO experience we have ever had.

A wonderful place to stay
Our party of 5 adults were absolutely thrilled to bits with this property. It is beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly need on holiday, the beds were comfortable, the showers very efficient, and the rooftop terrace was perfect for relaxing over an early evening glass of wine before wandering out into the lovely village of Montalcino where we enjoyed several lovely restaurants.
There are several stairs upto and within this apartment, so maybe not too suitable for the elderly or infirm, however one of our party uses a walking aid and coped well as long as not being rushed!
The check in and check out process were both faultless with Mauro being very friendly, helpful and efficient.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic Apartment in a perect location.
An incredible experience staying in this absolutely lovely, charming and comfortable apartment in the heart of Montalcino, Tuscany. Everything needed is foot steps away from the Apartment, great restaurants, wine stores, markets and caffes. Apartment is new and updated with all the amenities of home plus spectacular views off the patio. A truly memorable experience. The owners manager locally in Montalcino was top shelf and a wealth of local knowledge. If we ever found our selves going back, hands down, this is where we would stay.

Perfect Tuscany Wine Country stay with friends
The property was amazing for our group of 6 (3 couples). Great finish, very clean with good facilities (great roof terrace with bbq and amazing views. Host was most helpful with lots of tips on where to wine and dine. Check-in was very easy and the local guide was most helpful.

Vacation to remember and return!
My family celebrated a big birthday in Montalcino in this lovely apartment. Well equipped to manage the intense heat, we found a place of cool calm. The views were spectacular from the top terrace. The bathrooms are modern. Be prepared to walk up many stairs. A nice glass of brunello as you gaze over the countryside makes it all worth it. The property manager is a gem and the owner is extremely informative of the local area. The location is perfect to dine in the surrounding gardens or shop. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Location
We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Montalcino. The apartment if fully equipped with everything you may need. Beds were comfortable, showers were great, and the property manager Mauro was amazing!!! He made sure we new how everything in the apartment functioned and was easy to communicate with. Wonderful experience in every way. Large bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, plenty of room in living and dining areas. Entire property is updated and provides all the comforts of home. The owner and local manager provide great detail to ensure you make the best of your time in Tuscany. And did you see the stunning patio? Get some Brunello, pecorino, and enjoy hours of views.

Wonderful stay!
We just stayed at the apartment this past month and had a wonderful time. The apartment is totally remodeled and is right in the center of the beautiful hill town. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to enjoy the view after our days of touring wineries and neighboring towns.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment in Montalcino.
On two floors, it is modern and has a boutique feel. Well appointed kitchen and bathrooms, very comfortable beds. The terrace has outstanding views. The owner, Lars, is extremely helpful and gives a lot of information and tips towards your enjoyment of staying in Montalcino….and for sampling the Brunello and Rosso wines! The local apartment manager, Mauro, is also very helpful and friendly. Very highly recommended.

Most enjoyable! Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Clean and well taken care of.
Mauro was attentive and gave wonderful instructions for the apartment. We hired a chef, Tuscan Chef Alessandro, and he prepared a fabulous meal in a well stocked kitchen. There were six of us staying in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The biggest selling point is the terrace.

Wonderful property and location!
This clean, comfortable apartment is located in the heart of Montalcino. As you can see from the photos, it has a lot of character and amazing views of the Tuscan countryside. The local property manager (Mauro) was very helpful and friendly, and the owner (Lars) knows wine quite well and gave us some really good advice. We highly recommend this spot!

Great Stay
The apartment is in a great location that is easily walkable to restaurants, shops and other places of interest in one of my favorite towns in Italy. The apartment is very tastefully renovated and furnished with a magnificent view of the Montalcino countryside from its rooftop terrace. The owner of the apartment provided an abundance of very helpful information about the town, restaurants, wineries and things to do and the local apartment manager, Mauro, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

A wonderful Hilltop home
We loved our wonderful apartment in glorious Montalcino. Fully equipped, central to all of historic Tusacany and comfortable in every way. Lars notes on what to see and where to go were invaluable as was the help fro Mauro. The apartment itself has stunning views from its private balcony over the Val d'Orchia, with Pienza and even Moltepulchiano visable in the distance. The lovely hill town itself is a feast of places to eat and walk and drink! We loved the town museum which is well worth an hour visit. We highly recommend this apartment and location.....they made our vacation

Gorgeous apartment with stunning views in the center of town
Everything was perfect from the moment we had arrived. We were greeted by the local property manager, Mauro, who was very kind, courteous and helpful during our entire stay. The apartment was spotless, kitchen fully stocked, and beds were very comfortable. It was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for more. Prior to our stay, Lars had sent us a comprehensive guide to Montalcino, which was extremely helpful in planning our trip. We hope to stay here again in the future.

A wonderful apartment.
This is a lovely apartment that has been restored using high quality materials while maintaining the historic charm of its building. It is in an excellent location just off the town’s Main Street. The bedrooms have good beds that feature quality, Northern European linens, and the bathrooms have all the modern conveniences. Montalcino is a magical town to use as a base to explore the hill towns of Tuscany. We were often greeted by locals on the streets and treated warmly by many shopkeepers, making us feel very welcome during our weeklong stay. Owner Lars provided excellent recommendations about wineries and restaurants, and his local contact, Mauro, was great. We highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful apartment with views in Montalcino
5 female friends stayed in the apartment in late October - it has been recently renovated and the kitchen and bathrooms are very nice and up-to-date. Plenty of space for all of us with 3 bedrooms and two living areas. Very clean, nice linens, comfortable beds. But, the main attraction of the apartment is the balcony with amazing views of the Tuscan countryside and beautiful sunsets! A wonderful place to enjoy a bottle of wine and soak in the views!

Perfect location for your stay in beautiful Montalcino
We stayed at this beautifully appointed villa in the heart of Montalcino during our trip to Tuscany in September. The location is perfect and the views of the Tuscan countryside from the roof top balcony are not to be missed! Very spacious with plenty of room to relax and enjoy an amazing Brunello from one of the many local wineries. Chefs kitchen is a dream. The villa has 3 large bedrooms, and 2 beautiful bathrooms! Shopping and many great restaurants are just a short walk away. The owner Lars Godell was great to work with. He provided us with great information on Montalcino and it’s many local restaurants, shops. He also gave us a great contact for a private driving service that was excellent. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Montalcino. It certainly was a highlight of our 2 weeks in Italy.

Absolutely Amazing
This was our first stay in Montalcino and it did not disappoint. We absolutely loved it. The apartment is just like the pictures represent and even better. The pictures can't describe the views from the terrace for the early morning sunrises or the relaxed evening dinners or glasses of wine. Quiet but yet in the middle of everything that is Montalcino. You can smell the pancetta and pane being prepared by the downtown shops early in the morning from the terrace. Perfect.
The apartment has been recently updated and they did a wonderful job. It's updated but yet still rustic and traditional. The property manager that met us on site was super accommodating and responded instantly to texts for information about the apartment or restaurant recommendations. Overall, a great experience and will be going back in 12 to 18 months for an extended stay. Thanks Lars for opening your home to us.
