Fully remodeled family friendly condo 2 blocks to Main St - 2 king suites
Ce spacieux 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain et mezzanine au dernier étage a été entièrement rénové en 2018! Cela comprenait la cuisine, les salles de bain, les éclairages, les sols, les portes et les accessoires, sans oublier tous les beaux meubles! L'unité est également parfaitement situé à distance de marche de la rue principale et du ski. Beaucoup d'espace pour les familles à profiter de détente après une journée sur les pistes.
Situé dans la ville historique de Breckenridge à seulement 2 pâtés de Main Street, où vous pourrez profiter de tous les magasins et restaurants de la ville a à offrir. Si vous préférez rester aux repas, la cuisine est bien équipée avec de nouvelles armoires, des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable, ainsi que de nombreux petits appareils. Vous trouverez une épicerie à deux pâtés de maisons pour faire le plein de nourriture et de boissons.
Il faut 10 minutes à pied (environ 4 pâtés de maisons) pour rejoindre le télésiège Quicksilver pour accéder aux pistes de ski et de snowboard de niveau international de la station de ski de Breckenridge. Il y a aussi une navette qui arrête devant le bâtiment toutes les 20 minutes en hiver et se déposer à la surface de base Gondola ou Beaver Run.
Aires de couchage comprennent deux chambres à coucher principale avec lits king size et une chambre avec lits superposés avec un double sur la reine journal de tremble lit superposé plus un lit gigogne de déploiement. Il y a aussi un lit queen size canapé-lit gigogne dans la mezzanine. Chaque chambre principale comprend une salle de bains. Il y a aussi un étage salle de bain principale supplémentaire.
Le condo a été équipé avec tous les nouveaux draps et la literie. Le salon dispose d'un 50 "TV HD et un grand canapé en coupe en cuir avec des sièges pour tout le monde à regarder un film tout en profitant de la parole au foyer au plafond. Le loft dispose d'un système 40 "TV UHD et Wii jeux. Il y a aussi une télévision HD dans chacune des chambres.
Le condo est situé juste à côté de Carter Parc avec une colline de traîneau soigné dans les champs d'hiver et de sable de volley-ball, tennis et balle en été. Il y a aussi un sentier situé dans le parc qui est idéal pour la randonnée, la raquette ou le vélo de montagne.
La zone commune dispose d'un atrium avec des sièges confortables. Les espaces communs comprennent également un grand bain à remous, des barbecues à gaz intégrés et un patio extérieur avec des sièges. Un parking pour un véhicule est disponible sur place (dans le garage souterrain chauffé ou sur le terrain en surface). Il existe un parking payant pour la nuit (15 $ par semaine en semaine, 25 $ par semaine du vendredi au dimanche par période de 24 heures) disponible pour les véhicules supplémentaires situés à trois pâtés de maisons. Un local à skis est disponible dans le garage.

Definitely recommend this place! We had a party of 10. It was snug but comfortable. The place was clean. Walkable to town. Kitchen was well stocked. And, of course, the mountain was beautiful. Thanks for a memorable trip!

Our family of 5 spent four nights in this wonderful condo. Plenty of space for all and the proximity to Main Street and the ski resort was key. We were able to walk into town for dinner and walk to the slopes. We also skied at Copper Mountain and A-Basin which were just a short drive away. The condo was very comfortable with it’s fireplace, stocked kitchen, and large living area. Would definite stay here again!

We loved the condo. The location is perfect....short walk to skiing, but your just across Main Street in a residential neighborhood by Carter Park. Easy walk to great restaurants.

Condo was beautiful, worked great for our group of 8! Within walking distance to Main Street attractions was perfect! Loved having Carter park right outside, we enjoyed the sled hill. I would definitely recommend this unit. Management was very helpful with any questions I had.

This was our first stay in Breckenridge and it was PERFECT! The condo itself is very cozy, clean, and comfortable. Location....can't be beat! Walking distance to Main Street made exploring very easy. There is also the bus stop directly in front of the condo if wanting an easy lift to Breckenridge Station (gondola and lift access). Michele was very communicative, including providing us with updated bus route maps during our stay.
The park next door for free sledding......perfect late afternoon fun for the kiddos (and adults!).
We had a great time and hope to be back in the future! Thank you!

The ease of this property and detailed communication was flawless! We were in town for a family wedding. The condo was outstanding and provided a relaxing retreat between wedding events. The location was just perfect for our needs! The property was clean and very well appointed. Carter Park can be viewed from the great room. Fun to watch the sand volleyball games, dog park etc.
We didn't do much cooking but the kitchen seemed to have everything you may need. As an added bonus, Oktoberfest was in full swing and just a short walk to all the action! Thank you Michele and Bruce for your kind hospitality:)

Thanks Michele for a wonderful stay in your amazing place! Beautiful space, fully stocked, super convenient. The hardest part was making it up to the third floor after a full day of skiing :) but we all got a good laugh out of that! We really appreciated adding on an extra night at the last minute - thanks Michele for being so quick to respond and accommodating. Our trip worked out perfectly. Hope to be back!

We loved our accommodations! Close to town and shuttle was right outside our condo for a very easy pickup and short ride to ski area. The condo was clean, quiet and very comfortable and roomy. If we come back to Breckenridge, we will definitely stay here.

Everything in listing we found as described. Very enjoyable, clean and spacious condo. This is clearly run like a business (in a good sense) catering to renters and not someone who lives there deciding to rent out once in a while. There’s a short walk to drop you right into the thick of everything. Loved Breck-fast for breakfast and BLD (Breakfast Lunch Dinner) for dinner. Giant hot tub hit the spot after skiing. Caught the shuttle right in front of building. Great time all around. I’d stay here again hands down. Oh, btw, not a single reason to need to contact the owner.

Very clean, comfortable, and spacious condo for our ski trip. It had everything we needed. Great location and we were walking distance from downtown. Michele responded very quickly to messages and check in/out process was super easy.

Great condo furnished with everything our group of 4 adults and 2 kids could have wanted. Very well equipped kitchen, comfy sofas and beds / bedding. Love that the 2 main bedrooms had king beds and roomy en-suite bathrooms. Location was excellent - 5 minute walk to Main Street, 8 mins to Peak 9 lifts, and a bus stop literally outside the building front door for the free bus every 20 mins if you don’t want to walk in ski boots.
Especially impressed with the Welcome Binder that listed pretty much every restaurant & take out place in town and listed which meals it served, whether they delivered, did take out etc!
The sledding hill was literally right behind the condo and easily visible from the living room if your kids are old enough to send out by themselves but you still want to keep an eye on them. The sleds provided in the ski locker we’re a lovely touch!
Owner was immediately available via text & phone and very responsive.
The only not so great things were to do with the actual Atrium building. There were several 5 gallon buckets dotted around the Atrium corridors, I’m assuming for catching dripping water from the roof - not a great look. Also the laundry facilities are shared with all the units and on the downstairs garage level, which was a bit of a trek from the 3rd floor with no elevator, but definitely manageable if you’re prepared or lose the coin toss LOL..
Overall the property is fantastic, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was stocked with more than what we expected and was perfect for our family of 7 adults to ski during the day and relax at night.

Great condo! Very spacious, comfortable and best equipped condo we have ever stayed in…had abundant dish ware and everything you could need to prepare meals. All furnishings in nice condition and mattresses comfortable. Very nicely decorated for Christmas which made our trip that much better. Extremely comfortable in every respect. Close to town and a park behind the complex. Would stay again!

This is a great location if you are visiting Breck for skiing or snowboarding. The shuttle is right outside the entrance of the building. You can walk to town in 10 minutes. The unit is very spacious and clean, you won’t need anything!!! The only downside is the stairs. There is no elevator, so be aware of this. We would definitely stay here again.

Very enjoyable off season visit. Condo was exactly as advertised; clean and with a well stocked kitchen. The pack and play and booster seat for the granddaughter that turned 1 during our stay was much appreciated.
If we manage a return visit to Breckenridge this would be at the top of our list.

Very nice and comfortable for us and our 3 adult children. Allowed us to spend a wonderful vacation together. Three flights of stairs carrying suitcases for us was challenging!

We really enjoyed staying at the property. The only drawback was there is no AC and the bunk room got very hot during our stay. The kids were not able to stay in the room. Just something we'd be more aware of in the future if we travel to Breck in August. Everything else was great. Great location! Great kitchen for making meals!

Very nicely appointed place just a 5 minute walk from Main Street makes this an awesome location. Owner has plenty of fans to keep the cool night mountain air moving thru the unit. Parking is tight with only one spot but totally manageable with a lot easily up the street. Owner was excellent and SUPER responsive.

Great Place
Our family of 5 stayed at this property in Breck for our family vacation and it was the perfect place! Location, space, area were all great. Everyone was comfortable and we would come back again! The owners were super responsive when we had a question. One quick call and our problem was fixed within minutes. One note (just for those looking at reviews before you book) this place is on the third floor with no elevator. Be prepared for stairs! Other than that, we had a great time and would love to stay again! Highly recommend!

Loved the place. But the no elevator to the third floor was tricky with 6 peoples luggage!
With no AC, we bought 2 extra box fans & left them behind. No windows to open to the outside air in one bedroom; got stuffy in there.
