The whole place was clean and comfortable. Nice room's, spacious kitchen, nicely stocked. Great porch for watching sunset's, neighbor's tree blocked the final setting but still beautiful. Only downside was small slow elevator and I had to call office twice ( 2 different cars) about someone taking my T42 parking spot but they called one and ticketed one. Overall was a great stay. Would come back again.

Very beautiful beach. Lovely spacious unit. It's peaceful at Jamaica Royale, not a party atmosphere. Just know to bring all basics with you, salt and pepper, tp, coffee filters, ect.

Lovely condo and magnificent beach. Kim was great to reply with any questions. Great info in the condo for places to go in the area. Having a car is very helpful too. Largest beach we’ve ever seen and so clean and beautiful.

Lovely condo with spacious accommodations and nice furnishings. It definitely met expectations. The main living area is very large, bedrooms are good size and bathrooms not huge but very adequate. Beautiful 4th-floor views from both sides of the condo made it feel very open and bright. You can hardly get closer to the beach and pool. The condo has a large private balcony on which we ate many of our meals.
Some beach toys and chairs are provided but the resort also has plenty of chairs available on the beach. The only very small down-side to the unit was the lack of an entry rug or mat to help with the sticky sand.
We were there at Christmas and the whole place had a great family atmosphere and nights were quiet. The location on Siesta is great with easy access off the key but also fairly close to the downtown life.

We had such a fabulous vacation at Jamaican Royale. This condo is spacious and very nicely decorated. The deck is enormous, and we enjoyed cocktails every night watching the beautiful sunsets. I highly recommend!!!

The property was in pristine condition!! The unit was spotless and had plenty of kitchen items (dishes, cups, pots & pans, silverware, towels, etc.). We loved the view and location to Siesta Key Village. I would highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself!

The condo was quite nice. There was an extensive outdoor balcony which had many chairs and a table and chairs. It had a partial view of the Gulf and looked over the parking area and construction.
Kitchen was well stocked. Perhaps more than two dishwasher pellets and some trash bags would be something to consider or plan to bring your own. It had two sinks but their placement made one of them difficult to use. Appliances were plentiful.
The guest room had beds which were elevated and challenging to get into. Bathrooms are very, very small.
We liked the keypad entry which eliminated the need for a key. TV had many channels and was quite large.
The owner and onsite staff were prompt in answering questions and resolving any issue.
The beach is absolutely beautiful and there is a company that will set up different coverings for a fee to avoid the sun and give privacy.

The owner Kim was very helpful throughout my many questions about the Siesta Key area. This condo is very comfortable. I am always concerned about the comfort of the beds but these were great. Just steps from the beach and Ohhh that cool sand and blue beautiful water. I would go back. The management of the property is also very helpful and attentive.

This was a Spring Break trip and only our second time on Siesta Key. This condo is beautiful and set-up nicely! We have gone to Ft. Myers in the past and the traffic on Siesta Key is so much easier to navigate! We cooked in most nights and it had everything we needed to prepare meals. Beds were great as we all slept well! (I actually think they were probably the comfiest VRBO beds we have slept in!) The unit has a washer & dryer which was great! We rented bikes and this made it easy to get downtown although walking is about 20 min. one way. There is also a trolley that runs quite frequently and has a stop very close to this resort. The public beach is within walking distance and that was nice as well as we had friends & family that came to the public beach. One small note would be to make sure you bring your own beach towels as we did not find any in unit. That was ok because I had thrown some in at the last minute! I had a question for the owner of the condo before we came down and she promptly got back with me. If you have any questions or needs while staying here there is staff on hand Monday-Friday durning Business hours. We truly loved this place and would enjoy coming back!!! Thank you for an awesome stay!!

The condo was clean, as were the property grounds. The pools were clean and warm.
The location was perfect for beach access and the shuttle to/from the Village was convenient. Parking was also convenient. There did not appear to be any restaurants within walking distance. Grocery store is conveniently nearby just off the island.
Beach chairs and toys were provided. Would have been nice if a beach umbrella was provided but due to the cooler weather we were fine without one.
The pictures are accurate with respect to the beautiful view. We would come back!

The condo is big and spacious, very clean . The beach is fabulous and the sunsets are gorgeous. The property is very nice but they did not tell us construction was going on and the main pool by the beach was closed . The master bedroom had two queen beds , one was perfectly comfortable the other needs a new mattress. The view from the balcony is a side view , its still very nice but the full on front view is from the front door . The furniture on the balcony is very nice and there is plenty of seating . There is more than enough pillows and bedding . The washer and dryer are very nice. We had a wonderful time , I highly reccommend this property

Only disappointment was that the pool listed in the picture which was closed because of construction on Tower 1. This was not due to the hurricane so I felt we should have been told about that. That was one of the reasons we choose that location.

I can’t speak enough about how perfect this property was. Quick walk to the elevator and down to the beach immediately. Location was spectacular. Private beach was not very crowded and the weather was perfectly sunny in the high 90’s. The ammediites supplied such as beach cart and chairs, along with the electric pump to blow up rafts were a great addition. The owner is very quick to respond in any situation and the check in and out process was smooth. I loved siesta key, very quiet and small. Lots of great restaurants. The sunset at the public beach along with the drum circle on sunday nights is a must. We had a fabulous trip and i will be looking forward to returning to this location in the future. The public transportation such as the trolley does take a long time when waiting and you have to walk out to the main road which was very far for my mother. Frog hopper was excellent and quick to pick up directly at the unit and only required tips. Rented a golf cart to get around, which was fun and made it easier for some of the party to get around. Highly recommend the clam chowder at captain curt and the Italian restaurant in the town of siesta village.

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful week! The condo was great for room to play for the kids but I could still enjoy a lovely ocean view. We spent the majority of our time bouncing between the amazing beach and pool. Appreciated the umbrella, chairs, beach cart that came with the place. We already loved Siesta Key but this was our favorite stay. Would love to return!

Beautiful place with great views and gorgeous sunsets. Great shower pressure. Beds are comfy. Beware there are no condiments, seasonings, etc for cooking or laundry, dishwasing supplies. Bring your own toilet paper if you r picky. Nice location, grounds, and pools. Nice staff in office. Overall, definitely recommend!

Great condo
The condo was great, very clean, on a quite part of the Beach which was great since we were there over spring break, it was a little far from restaurants , about a 25-30 min walk , the trolly was hard to use because it was busy . The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were large with a lot of closet space . It was equipped with a lot of things that came in handy, a fan, power strip,a small cooler and ice packs . The only thing it didn’t have that would have been nice was boogie boards, but it did have beach toys/games chairs and umbrellas . I would definitely stay here again and one of the best condos I’ve rented on the beach .

Nice condo, extremely noisy property ruined our visit
We liked the condo we stayed in although a few hiccups which the owner and mgmt handled very well. Its nicely decorated and comfortable. The view was like the pictures. The cleaning was just ok, the rugs and sofa in the unit, along with baseboards, need a deep clean and the floor needs a serious deep clean mop not just a once over vacuum by cleaners. This wasn't the gorgeous sand from the beach. It was dirt on the floor. The windows were also dirty, ones in 2nd bedroom and dining area looked like they hadn't been washed in months. The dishes and silverware are well used, not sure 4 people would find enough if they cook a lot. We did ok. The complex itself is extremely noisy . Our balcony was up from a parking area as are most units in this building. Across our balcony was the back of another property complex where people and workmen park and all the maintenance and garbage events occur. Everything is a hard surface so hammering, sawing, drilling, employees yelling work stuff to each other, slamming doors, noisy maintenance carts, leaf blowers, lawnmowers, one day a sewage truck was doing something noisy for hours, it was nerve wracking. ALL day long. ALL 2 weeks long. The walkway to our unit has a fantastic view of the Gulf but the very large and loud filters by the complex's pool can be heard day and night in the unit and of course those filters louder outside so looking at that view is out of the question for longer than a minute. By 8 am every workday the renos and lawn etc work in one or the other complexes started. The trucks arrived the doors slammed the guys yelled at each other etc etc. Then at 9:01 am there was ongoing hammering sawing and etc in the other complex until 5 pm. In the unit below, a yapping dog, hammering and pounding until 9 pm for 3-4 days (the previous week there was a large and loud group of 8, including 2 kids who talked louder than the "parents"). Yes we walked the beach a lot and hung out in the village and went places. Some days we just wanted to chill with the doorwalls open and listen to the Gulf. No way. The noise pollution ruined our visit.

The condo was excellent, communication with management was great and our vacation was excellent! Biking distance to downtown and not as busy as during peak times so made it even better. The beach was so beautiful and again, not crowded at all!

Girls trip- perfect place
The condo was exactly as pictured/advertised. It was fully stocked with everything we would need. The red tide was disappointing and kept us out of the gulf. But, the beach is cleaned every morning and the sand was perfect. The condo and pools were very clean. There are even some palm trees to sit under by the pool in the afternoon. There are not many umbrellas available at the pool. The only negative was the sanding/remodeling in the buildings around us that was a loud constant grinding noise while at the pool. It interfered with the napping. (LOL).

Love Siesta Key
This was our 3rd time staying at Siesta Key and 2nd time at Jamaica Royale. Loved everything about it. One minor complaint was the drilling and sanding noise we heard on and off throughout the day but other than that it was perfect !

Beautiful views!!
Beautifully accommodated! Location was great! Sunset views amazing! There are loungers and chairs available to use at beach. The only suggestion I have is one of the mattresses in the guest bedroom needs to be replaced! It was so loud and crackily every move you made and very uncomfortable.
The couch was roomy for all of us to get comfy and watch a movie. My mom loved the groovy recliner. The balcony gets good sun if you don’t want to go to pool or beach.
We arrived on a Sunday and I failed to recognize I had needed to call ahead to have entry code in lock box. Kim, the owner was so responsive and quickly helped us with the situation!
We used the trolley to go to the village a couple times! We would definitely return! Thank you!

Wonderful Location
Location was wonderful! Property was good. The beach itself is amazing!!! The unit we stayed in had everything we needed. We did run out of toilet paper and had to make a trip to the store but would definitely recommend this property to all our friends. Views were amazing!!!! You cannot go wrong with booking this property. We will be back!!

Property was perfect. Loved everything about it. Water pressure was great. Pool temperature was nice and warm. Loved being so close to the beach. Parking spot was very close to elevator. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint is pool closes at dusk. Should be open to at least 11.

The private beach was amazing. Keyless entry was appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils/pots/pans. We had to buy our own trash bags and bring laundry soap otherwise dishwasher soap and dish soap were provided.

We enjoyed our stay
We live in South Florida but where we live there is no beach that compares to the beautiful Siesta Key beach. It is exactly as we imagined it and while staying at this apartment you are literally steps away from the sand. We enjoyed our lunches on the spacious terrace overlooking the beach. The apartment is furnished with style - like you can see in the photos. Kim, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with.
