ATTRACTIONS
Le Lake Home est à seulement quelques minutes d’historique Main Street Hardy, de Spring River et de restaurants. Les cafés Ice Cream et Gourmet Coffee sont populaires. Musées d'art, magasins d'antiquités et spectacles musicaux. La Spring River propose des locations de canoë et des parcs pour toute la famille.
Cherokee Village est une communauté familiale qui propose Natural Ozark Beauty, 2 parcours de golf privés de 18 trous, 6 piscines, une plage privée et des courts de tennis. La location de canoë et les aires de camping-car sont à proximité.
La maison du lac a été construite en 2010 et a un charme, elle-même, et vous vous retrouverez à la maison lorsque vous frappez à la porte. WiFi et TV / DVD. Juste un pâté de maisons du centre-ville Cherokee Village. Courte distance de Walmart et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre séjour.

The place was clean, and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Fish weren't biting, but we still had a great time. Will definitely look to staying here again and renting the pontoon next time. Thanks for hosting us.

We came up for a weekend trip, the place was perfect. With a porch to sit and look over the lake in the evening, and even a lake-side patio to sit at with a fire pit. Would stay here again.

This property is a very relaxing lake front rental tucked away in nature. Owner was receptive to any and all concerns. There were only 2 of us plus a small dog so we had plenty of room. This house has all the amenities you will need for your stay. Overall excellent experience and will look to return.

The property was excellent with everything in working order. Enjoyed the deck overlooking the lake. The walk up and down the hill was a challenge during loading and unloading.

My wife and daughter stayed for a couple of nights during the 2024 solar eclipse. The property was as described in the listing. Very clean, very quiet neighborhood. Good Lord willing, we'll return for the next solar eclipse in August 2045, ha!

Everything was great! The only glitch was being given the wrong code to get in, causing a good deal of anxiety after a long trip and a full bladder. Resolved fairly quickly though.

We rented the property to attend our granddaughters wedding in Ash Flats, Arkansas. The property was very nice, clean, calming and beautiful!! Just what we needed! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay here on the Thunderbird Lake rental. My husband’s only negative point was the sharp decline to the ground floor from the parking area. He has trouble with the incline coming back up. We brought a motorized cart but it would not go up the steep incline. Otherwise it would have been perfect. The inside accommodations were clean, modern and nicely decorated.

Great location on Lake Thunderbird. Everyone enjoyed our stay. The house was as advertised online. We really liked the stained concrete floors, because my daughter is sensitive to dust. The lake is beautiful. The water was clear. Thank you, Arne!

The condo was nice and a beautiful location - very relaxing.
We did have some difficulty finding it, but if I had read the instructions sent the day of our visit and not just looked for the key code we wouldn't have had any issues. They did provide instructions on how to get to the correct house, I just didn't read them.
We had an issue with the smoke alarm battery in the upstairs unit going off, but when we texted the contact they were very responsive and came out and fixed it.
We would stay her again.

Everything is as advertised. It is in a quite cove. Porch is amazing! Only negatives for us was if you want pancakes for breakfast bring a griddle and if you are cold natured bring extra blankets. Would definitely recommend!

The house is nice. Has great view of the lake. Owner communicated in a timely manner when messaged. We enjoyed the home as we have stayed here three times now. We had trouble with the boat but may have been operator error. Owner worked with us and had boat looked at. They couldn’t find anything wrong with it.

It was all good except for we wished there would have been a flat access for a wheelchair but that was my fault for not checking. But it was a great stay with plenty to do.

We enjoyed our stay at this home on the lake. It's a great location close to the Thunderbird pool. It's a very cute and spacious home. It's got a nice patio and a great view of the lake. We will be back.

The cob webs under the bed was having me panic about spiders but over all the stay was fine the 2 queen beds ain’t that comfortable at all you better call the king bed the view was beautiful some doors that can’t be opened had me kinda weary to

This rental is in a beautiful home with modern appliances. The neighborhood is charming and safe. We rented the boat too, and that was the best part of the week we stayed. Out last day at the lake house, a storm rolled in and several tornados touched down in the middle part of Arkansas. Though we were in the North Central part, I was relieved to be in a home that boasts it's own storm shelter. There was great communication with the owner and all of the procedures for boats and amenities was fully explained in detailed notes. You will love this home, the lake, and the community.

Arkansas is my happy place and this home made it so hard to leave. The house was pretty and clean and had every amenity I could have asked for. The House sits at a dead end of a street making it nice and quiet and private for my family and my two dogs too. Sitting on the deck looking out at Lake Thunderbird is beautiful and that is where you would find me most of the week. There is a full sized grill on the deck. And a paddle boat on the boat dock. Now let me talk about having access to their boat. Having the boat in our own dock available for us to rent made this vacation one of my favorite. You’ll need to plan ahead to get passes to the pool for your week so just know that. No worries about it because the caretaker is very attentive to your needs for that sort of thing. Just don’t miss out on the Cherokee Village pool because it is so nice. I’m planning my next trip back to this wonderful vacation home this year.
