Cette copropriété lumineuse et spacieuse de quatre chambres de niveau inférieur est située à seulement 1,5 pâté de maisons des plages et de la promenade de Wildwood. Le Wildwood Convention Center est à quelques pas. La promenade est de 2,5 km de long avec des jetées d'amusement, des restaurants et des boutiques spécialisées.

The house was spacious, very well maintained, very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. It was close to the beach and boardwalk. I really enjoyed our stay.

To preface, choosing this rental was a large group effort, and I personally would never have chosen this place. I do not choose places without ANY linen or towel option, at the beach, at the very least it would be appropriate to offer a linen rental. Further, there are cameras everywhere, to include at the back yard shower and on the private balcony. Additionally, cleanliness was lacking. Back yard shower was understandably sandy, but there were also large dead bugs everywhere and an entire ensemble of used loofa, shampoo, conditioner, soap AND USED razor left behind, so obviously not cleaned. Dirty rags and a throw rug just laying in the washer upon arrival. There was a question of separating garbage for recycling. We did not put trash in the recycle bin, which was 2/3 full and smelled awful upon arrival but we did have recycling in the trash and the trash lady who came to put the bins out walked in unannounced, threw a fit and left without putting it out. And this included our garbage/recycling as well a large amount already present upon our arrival. We were subsequently charged $150 for not separating. This was allegedly for to the recycling laws/fines. Also our third vehicle sat on the street about 6 blocks away to avoid the street parking fee outside the condo, which is about $5/hr, not cheap if you're considering the total around the clock for a 4 night stay. The parking for the other condo sat empty all weekend though.

This house was an amazing find. It was very close to the board walks, and within easy walking distance to the convention center and a bunch of great restaurants.
The Good: The house was very clean. There were sheets and light blankets there for us. The garage was roomy and easy to access (used to store kids bikes for the week). There were chairs and boards available in the garage. Kitchen was well equiped and easy supported cooking for a large group. We had 8 at the most, but could have easily cooked meals for 12. Living room was large and comfortable, a good gathering place for the teens. The deck was comfortable and had seating for 6. The property Manage, Ann, was quick to respond to my 1 and only question (unfamiliar with the power garage door).
The less good: Absolutely nothing wrong with the house, but if you're unfamiliar with the area, there is a trade off for being closer to everything. There is more traffic and more noise on the street during the day. It is quiet at night, so overall not bad.
The Bad: Nothing.. there was no bad side to this house, you will not be disappointed if you rent this house.

The property is exactly as listed. The kitchen appears to be newly renovated, and we had everything we needed to cook meals & store dry foods in the pantry. The close location to the beach & boarwalk was ideal. Everything was clean & well-maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this rental again in the future.

It was such a pleasure staying at Ann’s place! The property was even better in person! The condo was extremely clean, spacious, and very accommodating for my family. Attractions are extremely close and I enjoyed the fact that there was even a park nearby that I was able to take my little one to. :) Ann is extremely responsive whether it was email or phone call. The condo exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back in the future!

It was a very brief stay for a weekend cheer competition. The space was perfect for three cheerleaders and the moms. The house is very conveniently located near the venue and the boardwalk. It was a winter visit so we didn’t really get to experience this cute beach community.

Anne’s house was perfect for what we were looking for. It was super clean and had everything you could possible need. The internet was spotty but we managed. If we come back to wildwood, we would definitely book with Anne again!

Wished we stayed longer!
Great location for a beach vacation! We felt very comfortable in the VRBO and it was just as the owner described. Ann was always available to answer questions and was there when we arrived to help us navigate the check in process. Very happy with our choice. Only "complaint" was that we wished we could have stayed a few more days!

Weekend away
Wedding planning has left me feeling defeated lately and this past weekend was just what I needed.
We had such a great time at this property. Everything was so beachy, clean and updated. Beautiful appliances and decor. All of the tools we needed to cook our meals was in the kitchen which was super convenient. The owner is really easy to communicate with and very friendly. We want to make this an annual trip and will definitely be staying here if it’s available! Thank you so much.

Great space
