We have stayed in a total of 8 places over the years. We have already booked this place for next year and expect to continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Easy access to slops for our kids and the ski locker makes it easy. Had fires every day in fire place and enjoyed the amazing views of the mountains. There were 9 of us and we did not feel like we were on top of each other. Great place and property.

The condo is beautiful!! We had 6 adults and 3 kids, everyone had their own space. We all fit comfortably in the living room together as well. This condo has the best views in the entire building!! We didn't even have to go outside in the cold for the Thursday night fireworks. Access to the lift is steps out the door. The kitchen is very well equipt and makes it easy to cook some meals in. Easy access to the village via the Village Connect shuttle. The heated parking garage and luggage carts made loading and unloading very easy. The ski locker and boot dryers are a huge plus. No lugging skis in the elevator. We are also thankful for the humidifiers in every room. Coming from sea level they made a big difference, especially at night. We would definitely stay here again! Side note - Allie's Cabin was an amazing experience! The sled ride there and back was cold but so much fun! The food is delicious!

Great amenities and plenty of activities both within Beaver Creek as well as via short drives to surrounding towns. This condo exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and in a perfect location with a fantastic view. The pictures do not do it justice! We had 7 people and an abundance of space. The owner was very quick to reply to my questions and very accommodating. We came in June so would love to come back in the winter and enjoy winter activities. Will definitely be back!

Very easy ski in and out that had 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Super convenient for our group of 8. We ate a few meals in the home, but also were able to walk to beaver creek or take the short drive to Avon and vail. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this condo was amazing- lift outside the back door of building, 10 minute walk into village, or use the free shuttle system. Our booking was completed in May, 2021 for our travels in February, 2022. The condo originally listed as having 2 bedrooms with king beds. This was an important factor for our group traveling together. A few days leading up to the trip I checked the VRBO listing again for amenities only to find out that one of the king bedrooms had changed to a queen. This was a huge dissatisfier, as double king listings rent for more. The owner never notified us of the downgrading in beds, and had we known we would have rented elsewhere. Also- several pieces of furniture were broken in the home.

Great property, perfectly located for skiing and great amenities. The host/owners are incredibly responsible and managed all our inquiries promptly and positively. Highly recommend for family or group of friends, had a lovely time and any inconvenience was promptly and adequately dealt with. Great hosts with a beautiful place in a great community at Beaver Creek.

We stayed with our family (8 adults and 2 children). It was wonderful. Walked out the door to the slopes with true ski in and ski out experience. Easy access for lunch and through out the day. Comfortable furniture/bedding and living space, with a very nicely supplied kitchen. A few small problems that were immediately corrected by the manager (like within 2 hours). We will certainly be hoping this is available the next time we come back to Beaver Creek. Would highly recommend!

Location is good. The ability to ski right up to the building was convenient. And skiing right out of the door to the main lift was solid. The ski lockers, and the boot dryers are a nice perk. It was also a very quick walk to the village (much easier to walk downhill to the village, than back uphill to the condo, but both very easy). The people at the front desk were helpful. There was also a complimentary snack area. It had sunscreens, lip balms, hand warmers, pretzels, granola bars, etc. The actual unit was perfect for 6 people. Any more people, and I think it would have been cramped. We all note that the kitchen was not suited for 6 people. There were only 4 or 5 coffee mugs and only 2 wine glasses. One stemmed, and one stemless with a large crack down the side ( so really 1.5 glasses). We had to run the dishwasher more than 1X/ day, because we were frequently out of clean bowls and silverware. When we arrived, the sink was not draining well. By the second day it was totally clogged, and would not drain. We called the House Manager, per the instructions. It took a good 24 hours for someone to show but eventually it was repaired. The bottom line - we could not use the kitchen sink for over a day. In summary, the place was good, but a small investment in some additional kitchen essentials would make the place much better (wine glasses ARE essentials).

This condo was perfect for our group of 7 including 4 Teenagers who needed space! We could have easily slept 3 more guests. This is our 2nd time to stay at the Highland's Lodge and we will return! one of the best Ski in, Ski out locations we have stayed in. The owner was VERY responsive! check in and check out was seamless. Only issue we experienced was having the main TV in the den lose a partial picture. I emailed the owner and she had it replaced with a bigger TV within 24 hours. This unit is well stocked, in a great location and can easily sleep 10 people comfortably. Great mountain views and as close as you can get to a ski lift in Beaver Creek!!

Visited for a guys trip for 7 days. This property was right on the slopes, easy access to village/restaurants, hot tubs right downstairs and the townhome was furnished with everything we needed. Costco trip was key. We cooked almost every night. All 9 of us slept comfortably throughout the house. The only little negative would be the TV in living room. It was Mounted 7 feet high and angled up. Other than that the rental was perfect. I would definitely recommend.

I loved the property and would stay there again. We were first to stay after remodel and there were some loose ends that needed to get worked out. These issues were handled quickly and we enjoyed our stay.

Our family of 5 enjoyed this condo. The views were beautiful and the location was absolutely perfect for our beginner skiers! The condo was spacious and it was nice having 2 master suites. There was a little problem with water pressure and hot water in the master. But overall , a good experience . We would stay here again .

Great location and views. It was wonderful having 4 full baths and flexible sleeping arrangements for our ski group. Excellent ski locker facilities and mountain access. Comfortable living area. Some of the furniture and bed linens are well worn and “broken in” but did not detract from our enjoyment.

This one s a great property. I don’t write many reviews but feel compelled about this property. It is a true ski-in/ski-out. The space allowed our party of 11 to spread out when needed. It is easily walkable to the village or the shuttle is close at hand. Sharon has stocked the unit completely. Thanks for the humidifiers—they helped us flatlanders a ton. Completely recommend.

We visited over the Thanksgiving Holiday with my inlaws and the property was perfect for us all. Plenty of room without feeling over crowded. The property was beautiful and close to everything.

Great location and excellent value. Only issue involved bathroom cabinet door that was broken and one broken window crank.

Location-great! Kitchen amenities and size for our family-perfect. After having stayed 2 previous summers in properties with AC, I didn’t even think to ask or confirm that this property had it, so it was a bit of a shock to arrive and find out it didn’t. The first couple of days were the hottest and after that, it was very manageable. A thorough cleaning, a few updates and some screens on the windows would be great, but overall, considering the price point, we cannot complain. The owner was very responsive to my inquiries and we had a great vacation! Thank you!!

Loved our stay at #400! Perfect for a family vacation!!! Even though the weather was rainy and cool for June, we enjoyed our stay and the condo and staff could not have been more accommodating! We hiked to Beaver Lake, visited and hiked at the Walking Mountain Nature Center, and enjoyed the playground and swimming at Nottingham Park.

This unit was well stocked with everything a family / large group would need for an extended stay. The breathtaking views and access to the mountain’s best features are at your doorstep. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a great family meal. The beds and linens are all very comfortable and there’s ample space for everyone to sleep and shower. Who dat!

We stayed in this condo for spring skiing with 10 adults and had plenty of room, it is well equipped with kitchen supplies humidifiers etc. It is true ski in and ski out, you literally walk out from the ski lockers to the lift or take an easy traverse to the base, skiing in is on an easy green to the back door. Two large hot tubs were a much needed end to hard days skiing. Shuttle service around the village is a quick call or an app on your phone. The grocery store is very close as well. We will definitely be back!

Awesome!!! Plenty of room for two families. Beautiful views and very easy ski in/out. The kids loved the pool area. Very clean and kitchen was stocked with every appliance we needed. Loved this place!
