Vieques Island - Recently built Luxury Villa
Villa Iguana est un tout nouveau trésor de luxe récemment ajouté à la belle île de Vieques. La villa dort huit invités et est le paradis isolé parfait. Avec un total de trois chambres et deux salles de bains et demi, Villa Iguana assurera un séjour paisible avec des équipements haut de gamme. Ouvrez les portes arrière du patio et découvrez le paradis juste à l'arrière-cour. Ce petit paradis comprend une douche extérieure et une salle de bains. Faites un bassin dans une piscine rafraîchissante ou un salon avec un verre de vin sur une chaise de piscine, les possibilités sont infinies. La villa se trouve à environ trois minutes de la ville principale d'Isabel II et à 10 minutes en voiture des plages isolées de la réserve naturelle. Villa Iguana est une destination incontournable pour les invités affamés qui veulent profiter de l'île de Vieques, mais aussi de l'intimité et de la tranquillité d'une maison loin de chez eux.

First time visiting Vieques,PR. This house was exactly as described. Very clean and neat, very safe and it has everything we needed for our stay. The pool area and pool itself were a great plus, specially with the island hot weather. The location is a little far from convenient stores, even though the island is not big, a car is definitely needed! It is has some beaches close by like 6 minutes at a driving distance. The manager was very responsive and kind. Also the housekeeping assistance was very helpful. The rent doesn’t include laundry access, it’s optional and payable in cash to the manager. Overall this house was awesome, I would definitely come back!

I was nice and very home like
He was nice only problem was he said we broke the security door and we rented 2 house and we were mostly at the other house cause it was but bigger but he was nice about everything just waiting on how much the screw cost that came out

Lovely house
This is a great vacation property with plenty of room for the 6 of us. It actually could fit more than 8 as the 2 bunk beds are actually queen bunks so 3 of us from one family stayed in the bunk bedroom and the other family of 3 stayed in the other 2 bedrooms. We didn't end up spending much time in the pool as we only had 2 full days in Vieques. It is about 6 minutes from Isabel and 15 minutes from Esperanza and you definitely need a car. They have a pretty fully stocked kitchen although, as someone had said previously, no sponge or paper kitchen towels so a little difficult to wash dishes. No issues with any cement factory noise even though we were there Thursday to Sunday. The manager was there to open the house when we arrived and came when we left to get the keys. All in all, a very good experience.

Nice House but....
House is relatively new. Very clean. Fluffy new towels and comfortable beds. Outdoor area was pleasant with nice seating, and pool was good. Kitchen area was smallish. We admit that we probably have too many cooks. Property manager was friendly but unfortunately we didn't speak much Spanish and he didn't speak much English. We stayed 18 nights, and he and housekeeper came once. Also, it was not clear then that we had to pay an extra $95. to use washer and dryer.
Our biggest problem was the noisy location, two doors away from a concrete plant. They often got going even before 7 AM and sometimes (not always) the noise was terrible. If you can handle that, the house itself is a good buy for the money.

Spacious property. New construction. Saltwater pool. Centrally located. Gated. Great A/C. Full kitchen. Highly recommend for couples and families.

Fantastic place on Vieques!
Very clean, very modern and a great find for us! Pool was amazing and the kids loved swimming late into the evening. The place is fairly inland (no beach) but Vieques is such a small island that you can get about anywhere you want in just a few minutes.
Patricia was great to work with and was very helpful in getting us to her home and settled!

Wonderful stay!
The property was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Vieques! Great location with easy access to town and beaches and great communication with Xavier, the caretaker, at check-in and check out. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Awesome stay!
The property was really amazing, very clean, very comfortable, the location was great they have a beach that is 3 minutes from the house and is amazing. The only thing that we had trouble was with the check in, they say is at 2:00 pm but is actually at 3:00 pm, but they gave us 1 more hour for checkout. Also I would recommend a bit more of restocking of toilet paper, trash bags, and towel paper. Otherwise the property has beach chairs, beach towels, 2 BBQ, they have a beach umbrella. It was awesome and the pool is perfect.

Everything was better than expected. The stay had everything we needed and it made our trip complete. Would book this place whenever I find myself with a group of friends or family in Vieques.

Beautiful, Relaxing, Secure
The Donato family house is so beautiful the pictures don’t do it justice! The entire place exceeded expectations, super clean, very comfortable, the beds were like sleeping in a could that hugs you! The kids loved it, the pool was perfect, literally everything was great we will be back for sure!

BEAUTIFUL VIEQUES HOME!
This home is absolutely gorgeous. From the time we arrived to the time we left the home & communication was immaculate. The island is beautiful as well.
When we arrived on the ferry we had no clue what we were doing. I reached out to Xavier who is the handyman/property manager. He was extremely helpful and responsive. We arrived on the property late, around 9PM. We did not realize everything would be closed. We saw the curfew was 10 so we figured we had time but, we didn't. Xavier went out of his way to bring us food. Milk and cereal for the morning, ravioli to hold us over for the night. I was so grateful considering I had 2 teenagers and a 10 year old. He is amazing!! Everyone on the island is extremely nice & helpful.
The island has the BEST BEACHES ever! They all have their own qualities. We would definitely suggest beach hopping.

Great stay at Villa Iguana
Our recent visit to Villa Iguana was great. The house is awesome and has everything you need. Nicely decorated, high ceilings, a/c and fans in every room. The beds were very comfortable. My 3 young kids loved the pool, especially at night. Xavier the caretaker was very helpful and answered all our questions. The house is a bit remote from the tourist spots and beaches. You definitely have to rent a car. There was one issue: mosquitos in the house. We did our best keeping all doors and windows closed, but the problem persisted (maybe a broken screen). All in all, a great spot that we would gladly rent again.

Beautiful Home in Paradise!!!s
Stunning property with everything you need for a great vacation! Exceptionably clean and comfortable. Beautifully landscaped backyard was a great place to relax after a day at the beach. Will for sure come back to stay again soon!

Great getaway at Vieques
Mi group and I had a great experience. I would suggest renting a car or golf car to move from the house to the beach areas since taxis can be quite expensive.
