The property was exactly as advertised and very clean. It was centrally located between everything we wanted to see and only a 15 minute walk to Surfside’s bars and restaurants. Jodie was extremely prompt in responding to any questions that I had. Definitely will be returning.

Spent Thanksgiving break here and it was the absolute best respite from the cold up north. Awesome location on the beach meant morning coffee with the ocean. The unit was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities our family needed. Highly recommend!

We visited for a long weekend with some of our family and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Condo was clean and homey and perfect for 4 adults. The beach was great and the location was ideal. The property owner was very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Home looked just like the pictures on VRBO website. Walking in the front door, your eyes go immediately to the sliding doors overlooking your balcony and the ocean !! Unit was very clean and well stocked with beach items. An adjustable magnifying mirror in the bathroom along with a very nice full length mirror was really appreciated. Perfect location! Jody the owner was always available to answer any of our questions. We invited Jodi and her property Manager Ruby, to stop by to say hello. Jodi and Ruby take great pride in their units and it shows! My husband and I are looking forward to next year already.

Property was GREAT!!!
We can’t wait to book again for next year!!! Everything was very nice and clean. I asked for an iron and board and they were provided. New mattresses were great. One thing I really liked.. there was a magnifying mirror in the master bedroom!!! We even met a couple who has been staying at the condo next to us owned by Jodi and her family and this was their 3rd year!! I can’t wait to book again. Wonderful owners!!

SURFSIDE BEACH PARADISE
We had the most perfect week long stay at this beautiful property in Surfside Beach. Everything was exactly as pictured and then some. Jodie is a most gracious host. We had never traveled to this town before and was so pleased with the community and the beautiful beaches. We were within walking distance to town and restaurants. We came for sun and it did not disappoint. Would highly recommend this property to anyone and hope to be back next year. Thanks Jodie for an awesome vacation.

Perfect getaway
This was the perfect winter getaway for our little family. The condo is beautiful, the ocean views are incredible, and Jodie is fantastic. Everything was wonderful. The sheets on the master bed were so comfy, I ordered a set for our bed back home. We loved the updated kitchen & laundry appliances. The property was very well stocked. There are some really sweet personal touches too. You can tell love was put into this property. Thank you for having us.

This was a super clean and shining property. Everything you need - except for maybe a kettle - we are tea drinkers! Everything was totally comfortable and the balcony was delightful! Shower a bit on the tiny side for the master and light and fan both come on in the other bathroom with the bathtub. Makes for an unrelaxing bath. Walls were on the thin side and we could sometimes hear folks next door and definitely folks walking above, but other than that it was perfect!

Perfect getaway!
We loved our stay! The pictures do not do this beach front property justice! Gorgeous!! My husband and 2 children loved the location and access to the beach and listening to the ocean waves at night! The host quickly answered my questions— the only negative is that the shower stall in the master bathroom is small. We will definitely rebook this condo!!

Perfect Perfect Perfect Get Away
The condo is actually better than the pictures. The kitchen has everything you need, beds are comfortable, great towels and bedding. The decorating is beautiful. This is a great part of the beach, close to everything but out of all the Myrtle Beach traffic. Will return.

We’ve stayed at multiple VRBOs and Jodie by far has been the best owner we’ve interacted with. She made sure we had everything we needed and more. It was the perfect home away from home. Amazing sunrise/sunset view, steps from the beach! Truly the perfect place to relax!

Beautiful Condo with Stunning View!
This condo is stunningly beautiful and the view was perfect! Our stay was everything we hoped it would be and more. Clean place, Convenient location, not overly crowded, and great access to the beach. Another huge plus was the new master suite mattress. Very comfy! The owner does a phenomenal job of making your stay smooth from check-in to check-out. We will 100% be back to stay again!

Nice Beachy Condo
Jodie's place is very nice! It's roomy, comfortable, family friendly, and being right on the beach is the best! Loved the outdoor shed for storing our chairs and fishing gear. Condo was very clean and beds were comfortable. Master shower is tight, so I used the guest bath for shaving my legs! Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Loved it here!

Very Nice Place
Enjoyed the view from the 3rd floor level balcony overlooking the ocean. We could hear the ocean from our bedroom. The neighborhood is nice and a good place to walk. The place is up to date and very clean. Has all the amenities needed. Really enjoyed our long weekend.

The waves!
We had so much fun watching surfers, dolphins and people!! We walked to Pam and Neals for lunch a couple of times. Walked everyday to Garden City pier. We were on motorcycles so weather was perfect for a couple of rides to Georgetown and Pauleys Island. The unit was perfect !
