Overall a good experience. The description of the property were as listed. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We wanted a place close to the concert venue as well as a winery. The area was so quiet and peaceful. The Casita was not only detached but far enough from the main house that Mike said no worries if my husband (or me) yelled at the TV over a football game. 😆 The shower alone was well worth the stay! It's a nice space but the couch is old and cushions are a little worn out. The shades need to be replaced as well. There is no counter space in the bathroom but we made it work. The bed was comfortable and a good night sleep for when we were sleeping. If you want privacy then this would be the place. The dogs were very friendly coming to the door for treats. It was so quiet and a change from staying in a big city. Vrbo did not let me down.

We loved our stay. Prior to arriving we got very detailed instructions about what to expect. Since we flew in late at night, this was extremely helpful. The neighborhood was beautiful. The property is clean and well kept. The inside is updated and everything was clean, well-stocked and comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. The dogs were a fun addition to have around. We’d definitely stay again.

We had my mother-in-law with us and we ALL enjoyed our stay. Mike and Ella are excellent hosts! Petey and Riley, there fur babies and great. We love this place! Bryan, Traci and Joan!

This was a very comfortable place to stay. Mike was Super nice and we loved his dogs. My only suggestion is that it needs some newer kitchen towels and dish cloths and the refrigerator shouldn't have previously opened food or drinks left in it. We would definitely stay her again!!

The Casida was clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Location is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Mike was an awesome host, a wealth of knowledge, and very easy going. Would stay here again for sure! 5/5. Thank You Mike!

I really enjoyed my stay in this comfortable casita. It was clean and well stocked with essentials. The property manager was polite and accessible. The grounds were beautiful for relaxing outside. I enjoyed having the two nice dogs visit.

My daughter and I loved the property. The casita was perfect, in a very peaceful setting, away from the city. Dogs were friendly, we loved them both. And the host was great, checking to make sure we had everything we needed. Will stay there again!

Nice location, clean, good WiFi

This was the perfect getaway for our 18th anniversary. Nice, luxurious shower. My wife loved the bed and found it particularly comfortable. It was nice and quiet out there. Not bad at all for our first VRBO stay.

The property was beautiful, the rental was well equipped, nicely decorated and comfortable. We will be back!

Our stay was great and the host wonderful. The place was exactly as described and perfect for a couple. The property is very nice and has shady areas to enjoy the cooling breezes off the ocean. We used it as a base camp to enjoy Fallbrook, Temecula and Murrieta.

I chose based on location. In between where I needed to be. Excellent host. Love the casita.

This is a quiet bungalow set in the foothills near Fallbrook CA. There is a full kitchen and lovely bathroom (the shower is amazing). The bed is very comfortable (no back ache like I usually have staying away) and there is ample seating inside and out. Shade trees cover the outside seating (think wine and chill). Mike and Ella are lovely hosts and their two Doggies are so sweet. We would definitely stay again. Thank you. Jill & Don

This adorable casita is hidden in the back of the main house. Surrounded by lots of trees and beautiful greenery for privacy. Mike the Host was very welcoming as well as informative prior to our arrival. The casita was clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our favorite part of the stay was his 2 fur kids Petey and Riley who came around to sneak in some treats that Mike has in the casita. These fur babies were very well behaved. We will definitely rebook when visiting family in Fallbrook.

The property is very beautiful. There are two spots to sit and relax in the yard, the yard is very tranquil. There are many different kinds of fruit trees, flowers and lush green grass. With a perfect place to enjoy the morning or evening with a nice hot or cold drink. The place is close to a few good grocery stores; it is about 15 minutes from the ocean. My husband and I look forward to visiting again; we would recommend this rental. Happy travels, The Kallas family

What you see advertised is not all that you get. It is nestled in the southern part of Fallbrook with great views all around, if you like to spend any time outside. Everything was fantastic, especially the dogs!! It’s the ideal location especially if you do not want to be close too all of the touristy stuff that San Diego County is known for.

This location in Fallbrook is a true gem. Separate Casita gives enough privacy yet host is always available if assistance is needed. All that is needed for a relaxing time to explore the local area is present on this rental. Neighborhood of beautiful homes and located on a well-maintained property with two sweet dogs. Completely recommend and Mike is a great host.

The casita is a true studio apartment with a full kitchen and a deluxe shower. It looks very nicely decorated. A very clean and calm oasis.

Wonderful. It was secluded. Exactly what we wanted. Petey and Riley were awesome week long friends. The fruit trees where an added bonus.

I couldn't thank my host more than writing this review. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this home! They had birds of paradise and this was a flower my late husband and I loved. Mike checked on me because I released my husbands ashes in the ocean. I loved his dogs!

Everything was clean and in working order. The property is in a quiet rural setting. There were fresh flowers from the yard in a vase. They had amazingly yummy tangerines in the fridge for me. Their dogs, Riley and Petey are fun to be around. I hope I’ll be able to stay here the next time I visit my daughter.
