furnishings, walls, fixtures are are all very worn and not clean, Bed was a wreck--sagged to the floor and made terrible noises whenever someone moved on it. Nothing was clean.

2nd time to stay 3 or more day’s each visit in January and also February and Hot Tub / Jacuzzi not working (No Heat, Very COLD ).

Location and outdoor area was nice.

The sheets had hairs everywhere, on the pillows as well. The entry light switch did nothing so had to feel your way to another area to get light. The tub had hair in it as well, the floor by tub had junk in the large gap where it met the tub. There was no tub stopper, inconvenient. The curtains by the sink were filthy, possibly blood. The box frames, oh my god, should be burned! So disgusting.

I can't really say there was anything we did like about the room or property.

The room was filthy dirty, the floors were gross, everything was sticky to touch, the bathroom same and the shower pressure was awful and was made for really short people my husband had to get on his knees to shower or bend over to rinse off, the tub had holes and cracks in it that were sharp enough I couldn't bathe my kids. It was so hot in the room when we arrived that it was cooler to leave the doors and windows open and it took hrs to cool down. The room I booked online was not to room we got, we needed two beds as we have 2 kids and when we went to tell them that they said they had to charge us more at the front desk. Eventhough I already booked a 2 bed room. The website says nothing about balconies and that's the room we were given. With a huge slider glass door with no safety measures, no locks nothing, they had a rod iron gate in the balconyand it was very loose and wobbly. My kids are little and it was very dangerous, at night the balcony light would not shut off and was shinning into our room all night long because the curtains would not reach the floor or cover the doors and no switch to turn it off. The beds were awful and pillows ugh; I'd rather sleep on a folded sweatshirt, neither of the beds had a comforter only 2 sheets I asked for blankets and they said they didn't have any they could provide us with. There is no information anywhere in the room about the location. Tv ,wifi, or anything. We couldn't get the TV to work. And because there is no phone to call the front desk, we had to walk there, and still after 20 min couldn't get it to work, then when we did there were no children options to watch just a few basic local channels. No coffee, and the fridge that I had to request was not even cold when I opened it. My husband talk to the front desk a few times in person and he's stated that the staff was rude and inconsiderate of the situation and kids.

This is the 3rd time that I stayed at this location. The 1st time the toilet paper holder was missing and the bathtub looked like it was going to fall through the floor. I have pictures. The next 2 times the rooms were better.

I did not like the fact that I left the rooms clean. And I have not received my deposit back for any of the stays.

I had no signal on the TV. SO NO TV. Had to carry the micro wave to get close to an electrical plug.
