LV302 Secluded Two-Story Legacy Villas Townhome Tucked Up Against The Mountains!
Venez profiter de cette maison de ville de trois chambres nichée dans une partie isolée de la communauté Legacy Villas à La Quinta. La propriété de deux étages offre une vie dans le désert à son meilleur. Une grande pièce spacieuse offre beaucoup d'espace de vie et se connecte à une cuisine complète d'appareils en acier inoxydable. La chambre principale au rez-de-chaussée comprend un lit king-size, un grand placard, une commode et une télévision à écran plat. La salle de bain principale a deux lavabos, une grande baignoire, une douche et un cabinet de toilette. Les deux chambres d'hôtes sont à l'étage; une avec un lit queen et une avec deux lits jumeaux. Chaque chambre d'hôtes a sa propre salle de bain et il y a une quatrième salle de bain complète en bas près de la buanderie. Le townhome est confortable pour jusqu'à huit personnes utilisant un matelas pneumatique queen dans le salon. Le patio arrière est accessible depuis le salon et la chambre principale. Il offre une vue imprenable sur les montagnes de Santa Rosa et dispose d'une table à manger pouvant accueillir quatre personnes. I stayed here with my daughter ( 1.5 years old), my mother, and two sisters and we had an amazing time! They generously provided a pack n play and high chair which made the vacation so much easier with an infant. The unit could not be closer to the pool and jacuzzi and there were hardly anyone at the pool our entire vacation. The unit was clean and spacious. We enjoyed staying in the unit and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here last year for the 4th of July weekend as well and we loved that this location is right next to one of the many pools. The condo is very clean and spacious and we will Definitely stay here again!

The condo is nice but definitely could use an update with the furniture, decor and pots and pans. The fry pan was so old we went and bought our own. We had an issue with two of the smoke detectors starting to chirp right before bed the first night. We called the answering service and they told us we were out of luck and they could do nothing to help us. We luckily found a ladder and had to dismantle them to sleep. There is a two car garage but there was a large table in the garage so we could only park one car. The main tv’s volume didn’t work and would turn up very loud unexpectedly and would turn off without notice. Maintenance came the next day and fixed the smoke detectors but couldn’t fix the tv or move the table. For the price of the condo I expected more especially with the issues we had. It’s a great location with the pool right outside the condo but that also means pool noise. There was a quiet pool right across the street but that wasn’t always quiet either. The management company never checked on us about the issues we had and that was disappointed and made me think that they didn’t really care. I feel like this condo is overpriced for what is offered.

I have stayed in Legacy Villas over a dozen times. I like the location and the size and amenities of the villas.
LV302 main issue was the air conditioning. The sign by the thermostat said do not set below 73 or the unit would freeze up. The upstairs never cooled down enough to make sleeping comfortable and the downstairs was only slightly better. Can't image how bad it would have been if the temperature outside was 100 instead of 90. Furniture in living room is little worn out and you sag down when you sit on it.

We loved sleeping at the home... we would leave the house by 8am and return after midnight... so we didn't make use of the house except for sleeping and showering.
Next time we will stay in the home and visit local businesses in the neighborhood.

The disappointing part is that the property manager would not even acknowledge my message. Obviously nothing could be done as we were already there but to at least respond to a message would have been wonderful. The location is wonderful and we had a great time since we were out at the pool most of the time but until they get the pests under control and respond to messages I don’t recommend this place.

We've stayed here before and like the location to the pool right next to the patio (What's up with the side gate always locked?). Unit could use some updating to furniture and kitchen supplies, but still enjoyable.
Only bummer was that the pool next to our unit was closed for the entire week we were there. We went after a holiday weekend so some pools got so dirty they had to close them. Luckily we still had a few other pools to choose from.
We like the location and surrounding area. Might try a different unit next time but won't hesitate to pick this one again.
Most problems were related to the resort and not our unit. We will stay here again but most likely before a holiday and not after.

Terrific property and unit. Unit clean, comfortable, and plenty of space for our group. Nice large patio and seating area.
Property got very crowded on the weekend with large groups who disregarded signage for "quiet pools" and overpowering music.

Wedding disaster!
I had a horrible time having my family dropped off to get their hair done for my wedding which was in another location. I had no more than 4 people in the 3 bedroom villa at a time and we only had 2 cars which I was told we could have 3.

Location, cleanliness and quality of place
The location was great, close to all the golf courses, Costco, Vons, anything we needed was very close. The pool is just outside the gate, perfect when having little children that wants to swim several times per day. The place was very clean, furniture beautiful, the high ceilings made it very luxurious, just like a vacation should be. The overall quality was great. We said to ourselves many times, that this place is very nice. Thank you!
