In a great location close to the village. Was a cozy place to stay. It is a little older seeming of a building, a couple loose draws and switches, but that did not impact my stay. Would stay there again.

My husband had a bike race in Keystone and we chose this condo for its location to the gondola and it was pet friendly. This is a second floor condo with a small balcony. Nice location, it sits above retail shops such as a brewery, coffee shop, and a small convenience store. The gondola was about a 15 minute walk from this unit. As with all condos in the area there was no air conditioning. They provided a few cheap standing house fans, but the unit got quite warm. They do not have ceiling fans, although they really should invest in some or at least a few box fans. Kitchen was good, pots and pans have seen better days. Hard to clean some of the pans and were warped. The unit itself was nice, The TVs were super annoying but we figured them out, just slow and confusing. Kids room was behind double doors which was nice and each kid got their own bunk bed. Master bed was comfortable. Towels are sparse (only 4 in the unit) and they don’t provide any at the pool/hot tub so would bring your own if you can. Overall, some minor annoyances, but we enjoyed this unit and beautiful Keystone! Would stay here again.

Overall ok visit to River Run/Keystone! Pet friendly and well marked areas to walk your pets. There were a significant amount of concerns about cleanliness. We had to fully reclean the balcony due to animal fur, possible urine etc. otherwise we wouldn’t be able to take advantage of the views and surroundings. Rugs were dirty. Floors were so-so.I understand that in these times it is hard to keep staff and have consistency. The location is good. Would stay there again if it was better kept up cleanliness-wise.i see this as an easy fix.

My family and I (and dog) loved being so close to River Run and to the path along the river. Pretty view of the mountain and even saw a huge bull moose in the back yard of condo behind us!

Not awesome, but was fine for what we needed. The good: Good communication with owner, and he was very responsive.
Parking in the garage was great, and the elevator was appreciated. Great location. Loved the small balcony. Beds were comfortable.
Some rough points: No ability to stream on the TVs. Surround sound kinda works, but central channel doesn't work, and there's no way to change the volume of the TV itself. Water pressure in the 2nd bath is really low. Furniture and appliances have seen better days, but the couches were very comfortable.

Scott was an awesome host, answering questions while he was on vacation. The garbage disposal died one evening, the next morning he had a maintenance guy replace it. Rooms were clean and kitchen well furnished. Two large master bathrooms with large tubs great for soaking.

This condo is very spacious for our entire family and our pet. I would recommend this condo for anyone that needs space for 3 to 6. Right next to River run and the gondola and an easy bus ride to in all the other sites.

Great host, great location, and wonderful experience. Time to get new TVs in the unit but otherwise, the place is great. Loved being above Steep and having easy access to the small grocery/liquor store with short walk to the village.

We had a wonderful spring break staying at this condo. We enjoyed the open kitchen/living area. We loved sitting by the fireplace after being on the mountain. We also played games that were provided. In addition, it was nice to be able to wash our clothes when needed. The kids loved the indoor pool. The whole community felt safe, and we had easy access to restaurants and a little convenient store (on property) for any last minute needs. Last but not least, our host was quick to reply and very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay!

We visited with 3 adults and 2 kids for a skiing vacation. The property was very clean and the beds were comfortable. My kids LOVED the pool and hot tub after being on the slopes. The bus came right to the front door and we were 1 stop away from the gondola. I also appreciated that the washer and dryer were updated and full sized. We would love to stay here again.

Really like the location of this condo. It’s close enough to walk to the lifts but far enough away from the village to avoid the crazy crowds. We saw inconsistent times for the shuttle so we just walked to the slopes a few times. Like the kids bedroom setup, all 3 kids got their own beds! There are few restaurants in the below plaza that made it easy to enjoy not cooking for a few nights.

A lovely spot well located that could be even better with few updates
Loved the size of the rooms and easy access to outside and closeness of River Run and many Keystone trails. Updates would help: fine tune the electronic access, seemed to work everywhere but front door, more towels or access to bldg towels for swimming, repair shower door on west side. Thank you for a great mt. spot.

Summer stay
We stayed for nearly 3 weeks in the summer. We were looking for a place with a little elbow room that was within walking distance to dining and shopping and that was convenient to walking/biking trails, neighboring communities, and Denver. This place fit that perfectly. The responsiveness of the owner and local management is hard to beat. Pre-booking Scott responded to all our questions about the area and the unit. While we were in the unit, his responsiveness was outstanding. We had an issue with the electronic lock on the door and he responded within MINUTES and had a local representative here in under an hour. The kitchen and baths are a bit dated, but functional and accurately depicted in the photos, so no complaints there. The furnishings are very comfortable including sofas, beds, and a small lanai. The gas fireplace adds to the coziness. River Run Village is a short walk away with plenty of options for dining and shopping. Overall, this unit met our expectations, the owner exceeded our expectations, and we would recommend it to others.

Very nice Condo next to Keystone Ski resort. Owner of Condo communicated frequently in answering questions and was very helpful. Gateway Lodge housed the Condo and offered nice amenities—ice machines, outdoor grill, easy and ample parking. It was a good overall experience for our family vacation

Great place to stay for skiing at Keystone!
Warm, cozy apartment with plenty of space. The fireplace was lovely. Property owner was very responsive - we had a little trouble with the code to get in, and had a reply immediately. Location is literally right next to Keystone slopes! Highly recommend!

This place was extremely dirty!
So I spent at least a week cleaning. There was even grease left in pans and put in cupboards. We scrubbed cupboards with manic erasers. There was inch thick dust. I tried washing filthy rugs. They feel apart and I replaced them. There were linens with vomit on them put in the back of a closet. Really the cleaners need to be fired. For 6 of our 8 weeks construction went on one floor above us. It was loud from 8-5. It was the worst Air b n b I’ve ever stayed in. DO Not Stay here!!!!

Hidden gem! Better than expected.
The pictures don't do this place justice! Very spacious and excellent setup. Close enough to the lifts for a 10 min walk or a hop on the shuttles. Scott is awesome to deal with. Will try to book again if we return!

Lovely property, close to the mountain
The photos and description of the property are accurate. We were only a 10 minute walk from the Red River Gondola, and we had a nice view of the mountain from the balcony. While there were some minor issues, they weren't deal breakers.
Pros: Spacious areas with nice large bathrooms and big tubs. Kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, pots, dishes, etc. and is well-lit. Couches and beds were comfy. Linens were clean. Community pool area was clean (but very busy). Parking is convenient and out of the elements. The pro list is short only because most everything was working as expected.
Cons: In January, it got very hot in the property. We had the thermostat turned down all the way and still had to keep the windows open all night to sleep comfortably. The keycode lock on the front door needs adjusted - sometimes turning the handle would cause the lock to relock itself. This issue didn't occur on the garage or ski locker door keypads. While the instructions emailed right before our visit were mostly up-to-date (some instructions were a bit vague and could use re-writing for clarity), the ones in the living room binder were completely out-dated and caused confusion - probably better to remove altogether.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would use the property again if we come back to Keystone.

Nice condo, very dirty in disrepair, not well equipped
The condo was nicely decorated, however it was really dirty with old dried out food under the sink, on the table, dust from at least a year hanging off greens above cabinets, dirty pots and pans and cupboards' We had to wash everything before we used it. Kitchen was not well stocked at all. We bought Lysol wipes and spent a couple hours cleaning when we got there. The windows were broken. Screens and blinds broken so we couldn't leave bedroom door open. Rugs looked like they had never been cleaned...gross!!! Not enough toilet paper, no dishwashing soap, etc. It was very disheartening for us when we arrived to see this condo in such tough shape.
