L'emplacement nous distingue des autres locations de la région! Nous sommes au cœur du centre-ville et de la rue principale, nous ne sommes qu'à un pâté de maisons du magnifique front de mer, en haut de la rue du Turnage Theatre et bien plus encore! L'appartement entier a été conçu pour votre confort, que vous restiez un week-end pendant un mois nous avons fait attention à chaque détail! Cuisine entièrement équipée, laveuse / sécheuse, draps, trois téléviseurs intelligents, WiFi et bien plus encore! Votre petit ami à fourrure est également le bienvenu!
Mon salon est situé au premier étage juste en dessous de l'appartement et j'habite à moins de 5 minutes et je suis toujours prêt à répondre à tous vos besoins.
"Little Washington" ou "The Original Washington" comme les habitants aiment l'appeler .. est juste une belle ville portuaire historique située sur les rives intérieures du Pamlico le beau paysage et l'accès à l'eau ainsi que de fabuleux magasins et restaurants fait Washingtion un à voir et à faire pour votre prochaine escapade!
Nous avons un parking privé gratuit à l'arrière du bâtiment. Amarrage de bateaux à un pâté de maisons et rampe de mise à l'eau publique à environ 1 mile de l'appartement. Location de vélos à proximité.

Vous devrez être en mesure de gérer une volée d'escaliers, et il est recommandé d'apporter deux cas de 25lbs au lieu d'un 50lb.

We were in town for a family birthday gathering. This is our 4th stay in the former Apartments on Main and as usual we were thrilled with our accommodations. The location is perfect and the apartment is always ready for us. Comfortable and nicely appointed with all amenities.

I had an absolutely amazing stay in Lil Washington, my hometown where I hadn't stayed in over 30 years. I was pleasantly surprised by the incredible location and amenities that were offered. The space was incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed and an unbeatable ambiance. This place is an absolute hidden gem, and although I was initially hesitant to book here since my spouse prefers staying at the local Fairfield Inn, her reaction upon arrival was a complete game-changer. She was absolutely blown away by the meticulous attention to detail in the apartment and was convinced that this would be our regular go-to spot whenever we visit Lil Washington.
Felicia was an incredible person, and her communication was nothing short of perfection. She even stopped by to welcome us and share some fascinating history about the location we were staying in. As a history buff myself, I really appreciated the additional knowledge. Lastly, the coffee shop on the premises was the icing on the cake, offering fresh and delicious coffee that was simply out of this world. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Felicia and her family for an absolutely incredible stay and I can't wait to come back soon.

Great location in historic downtown Washington NC
This loft was very tastefully decorated and clean. The location of being in the heart of the historic district made it great for things to do such as historical walking tour, restaurans, museum tours, options on the waterfront and overall the beautiful things Washington now has to offer. The loft had a rooftop deck which we enjoyed in the afternoons! Would definitely stay here again.
