Home is comfortable and cozy and close to the beach - overall great place. Walked into town, walked on the boardwalk...We were 8 adults which included the two of us and our adult kids. It was a very fun place to be. Best night was grilling out back and late dinner around the table. All around fun and house has everything you need. Lisa made everything easy.

Our group of five adults and two kids spent a week at this house and had an amazing time. The house provided ample space to relax, including a beautiful backyard and a cozy front porch. It is truly just minutes from the beach and boardwalk, as well as the restaurants and shops on Cookman Avenue. We appreciated being able to hear music from the Summer Stage without being right there. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms and beds were incredibly comfortable, and having three bathrooms—two with showers and one with a bathtub—was very convenient. The house also comes equipped with everything needed for a great beach experience, including umbrellas, toys, and chairs. Before our arrival, I was a bit concerned about parking, but we had zero issues finding spots directly outside the house. If you can't tell, I highly recommend this house and would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful vacation at Lisa's home. My family and I stayed for 1 week. Lisa's home is perfect for a family. Very comfortable! Awesome kitchen and family room conducive to hanging out and enjoying your loved ones company. Comfortable beds and bedrooms. Fantastic location--close to the beach (short walk) and also to great restaurants. Great amenities--house had everything we needed and more including bikes and beach gear. Lisa is a very responsive host; she responded to texts right away and we could feel she wanted us to have the best stay possible. We plan on coming back for another vacation at this home next summer!

We loved the house which was well equipped. We cooked a lot. We relaxed in the beautiful garden listening to the music from the Stone Pony, a block away. Lisa was very accommodating. The boardwalk and beach were only 2 blocks away.

This home is amazing! An ideal location for our group, walking distance to EVERYTHING: beach, Porta, The Stone Pony, Cookman Ave. This street is a hidden gem in Asbury. Worthy of mentioning is the retreat” of a backyard, a comfortable front porch, stylishly updated & decorated interior with everything we needed. Lisa treated me as if we were lifelong friends and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was top notch/5 star. We hope to return for another summer getaway!

This property, a five minute walk to the Asbury Park boardwalk and beach, is nicely and functionally designed inside and out. Preparing meals, eating together, and relaxing together inside and out worked really well for our group of two grandparents, two parents with two children, and one aunt to the two kids--that's five adults and two children.

It is a wonderful property. Relaxing on the the front porch in the morning is just the beginning. Two block walk to the beach and boardwalk. Rooms and bathrooms are well appointed and the house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The highlight of the property is the backyard oasis where we cooked on the grill and are outside every evening. The dogs loved the extra space and the landscaping, deck and patio garden was peaceful and relaxing. Awesome!

My friends and I spent a long weekend here this winter, and we loved the entire experience: great house, great location, and great host!
- The house: All the rooms are decorated nicely and comfortably, and the common spaces are cozy. The kitchen was large and perfect for cooking for a group, and perhaps most exciting for our group was the kitchen table: perfectly sized for board games and group meals. Everything was clean, and the front porch and the backyard seemed like they'd be perfect in nicer weather.
- The location: Even in the winter, this house's proximity to the beach and fun bars and restaurants was great.
- The host: Leading up to and throughout the trip, Lisa was very responsive and accommodating despite numerous questions and requests.

I can’t say enough about this lovely, light-filled home that features all the comforts and conveniences you could ever want. Located on a quiet, tree-lined street, the home has so many special touches throughout. Our family (including dog Liam) spent most of our time in the fabulous backyard... lying on the hammock (surrounded by Bose sound system) eating dinner on the deck, grilling, listening to the fountain, and talking late into the night while tiki torches illuminated the yard. If we weren’t in the backyard then we were on the cozy front porch. The outdoor living spaces are amazing and so comfortable, and perfect for your furry friend- completely fenced and gated. The house is perfectly situated, two blocks from the beach and downtown restaurants, the Stone Pony and lovely parks. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels too. I could go on and on... Thank you to Lisa for creating such a warm and wonderful home. Oh, and did I mention the chilled bottle of Proseco that awaited us when we arrived?! Not to mention a beach blanket for the new baby in our family! Just Wow.

Our family enjoyed a fabulous week at this adorable Asbury Park home. The house was immaculate, stocked with clean sheets, towels and dry goods. Kitchen and bath updates were the perfect complement to the original wood floors and molding. It had the cutest, private backyard with a fire pit and water fountain. The front porch was our favorite place to hangout, especially during our one rainy day. The beds were so comfortable, there were new air conditioners in the bedrooms and living room which kept the home cool, Decent water pressure and no issues with hot water, even when we had a total of 8 visiting. Good location. Walk was about a block to the boardwalk. Great food and entertainment close by too. Overall this home was a simply wonderful place to stay - great experience and the owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. Enjoy!

This house has incredible access to all that this area has to offer. It is an easy walk to the boardwalk, downtown Ocean Grove and downtown Asbury Park.
The home is beautiful. Exceptionally decorated, comfortable furniture, clean, well laid out and organized. Our party, 6 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs were very comfortable during our stay.
We had access to everything we could want the whole week from the basics like kitchen equipment, ample towels and linens and high performing washer/dryer to a beautiful, expansive garden, fountain and fire pit. We would absolutely love to rent this home again!

We had an amazing stay at this house! My wife and I were getting married in Asbury and we rented the house for ourselves and for our families. It was the perfect homebase for our families on our busy weekend and Lisa and Bridge made it even more special with the attention and care they put into the house and our reservation in order to make our stay so great. The home is a wonderful, peaceful oasis in Asbury and is great for families. The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay and is in a very convenient location. We really felt comfortable and at home here and we were sad to leave. We would highly recommend staying here, it's an excellent house and the owners are friendly, prompt, professional, and very courteous. We'll be back!

This home is perfectly located for all the things you want to enjoy at the beach. It is extremely close to the water, Cookman Avenue with some great restaurants, and nightlife both gay and straight. The house itself is well set up and equipped for any size family and Lisa thought of everything we could need. There were 7 adults, 1 baby, and two well behaved dogs on this trip and everyone was very happy with the house. Lisa provided beach equipment including chairs, a cart and umbrellas which made everything as easy as possible for us. The house also has two refrigerators (and a small one outside) so stock up on food from Wegman's which is a close drive. Parking was also very easy for us with a spot right in front when we arrived. The bedrooms and bathrooms were set up well and probably had the most comfortable mattresses we have slept on in a rental home.
The owner Lisa and the house caretaker were extremely responsive to all questions and requests and were very accommodating to us. There is no other rental house like this in Asbury and we very much appreciated Lisa allowing us to stay there. We will definitely be back!

My family (6 people plus dog) all had a great time at Lisa's house. Although the Asbury area can be mixed, the location of the house is perfect for a walk to the beach, nearby neighborhoods (e.g. Ocean Grove), town center. The house is well equipped (although there is a lot of excess equipment that fills the kitchen) and very comfortable. Air conditioning is a bit old and noisy but does the job. Lisa goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and there were no problems.
