Maison de plage confortable et accueillante située à Brigantine, NJ 1. 5 pâtés de maisons de la plage. 4 ch, 2 salles de bain complètes, salon, salle à manger, cuisine, buanderie, 1/2 allée circulaire pouvant accueillir 3 voitures et stationnement dans la rue supplémentaire. La cour arrière comprend un patio, une table de patio, des chaises, des coussins pour accueillir 8 personnes et une douche extérieure où vous pourrez déguster des boissons et dîner en plein air. Venez voir pourquoi nous aimons notre maison loin de chez nous à Brigantine avec ses plages immaculées, sa vie animale et son rythme familial. Situé près de AC Marina près de Borgata et d'autres casionos.

This was an absolutely amazing weekend. The owner was very easy to communicate with and the house was a perfect location to both north and south ends. I have never stayed at 20th street and the beach/ weather did not disappoint. The backyard was lovely, perfect size for our family of 4 and the bunny who joined us every evening. I would definitely stay again. There a gas stove/ oven, humongous washer and dryer, ice maker (we bought the same one after we got home) and outdoor shower.
I especially like the front area, easy to rinse off sand and clean up beach chairs. I sat out there in the morning with my coffee.

We had a wonderful week at this lovely house. Well-equipped kitchen. Crib, high chair, and toys for a baby or toddler. Plenty of room for 8 adults. Excellent communication with owner.

We could not have asked for a more perfect house for our stay down the shore! Super clean, all the kitchen / house supplies we could ever need, outdoor shower, and washer / dryer. My boys loved the bunk beds, and the walk to the beach was perfect distance for their little legs. Walking distance to the shark park and Lascalas! Highly recommended for a small family and would love to stay here again! Ann was SUPER helpful with allllll of my “mom” questions leading up to the trip. Her home is lovely! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and create memories here.

This was our first vacation as a family of 4 with two children under 3. We had a blast. There were a few small issues that arose and Ann was extremely attentive and responsive. We would return!

The house is super confortable and located at a walking distance from the beach. It was perfect for 2 families. The beach is super. No crowded and nice waves everyday.

We had a great stay! The yard was so nics for my kids to play in post beach. Tvs in every bedroom was a fun treat! The house is located an easy, walkable distance from beach.
Property itself is spacious and well maintained. Lots of amenities for a family who prefers to make meals at home.

This house was perfect for a stay with young kids (5 and under). The house had everything we needed for the week with kids- a highchair, crib, pack n play , toys, and a water table. It was very convenient not having to bring these things.

A great stay!
My family and I stayed at Ann's house for 2 wonderful weeks. The house was well-appointed, clean, airy and bright. The house is a short walk to the beach and when we weren't at the beach, the kids were playing in the lovely and well-maintained backyard. Ann was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. I have a child with severe food allergies and we needed to make sure the kitchen was given extra attention as far as cleaning before we arrived. Ann and her cleaning team made sure the house was in perfect condition for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Great House in Brigantine Beach!
Great house, in a wonderful location! We were a party of adults with one 10 month old. The crib and high chair that were provided were a great plus. It was a short walk to the beach and the back yard was a wonderful place to hang out or have dinner. The owner was very easy to communicate with and the check-in was super easy. Highly recommend this house.

Perfect Fit Home
What a wonderful stay! The home is so well equipped and well kept. We had everything we needed. Ann was very responsive through email and text, and we felt very comfortable with her cleaning protocols for COVID. The house is on an extremely quiet street, but close to everything. We feel so lucky to have found such a perfect stay for our yearly, extended family vacation.

Amazing stay and experience!
Me and a few friends rented the house for a weekend and had an amazing time. The house is extremely spacious and has an amazing backyard to hang out in. It's in a very nice and quiet neighborhood as well. Ann is an amazing host! She gives you a ton of helpful information before you check-in and is always quick to respond if you have any questions. Would highly recommend staying at Ann's place!

Labor Day Weekend Beach Getaway
Ann was a PHENOMENAL host! She was extremely accommodating, friendly, quick to respond, and truly put a lot of thought into making this process as easy & enjoyable as possible. I can't recommend Ann enough, and if I could work with her a million more times, I would! The location of the home is everything you could ask for, being 1.5 blocks away from the beach. The listing post is accurate, and it is a comfortable stay for a large group of family or friends. Ann provided us with a "welcome sheet" that had tons and tons of great recommendations. Wonderful Stay
A group of us stayed at this house over a long weekend. The house is maticulous and well taken care of. The backyard has a chimenea, plenty of seating and a table with an umbrella. Ann is an absolute pleasure to work with. She always makes herself available and is willing to help with anything you need. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Amazing home with a fantastic owner!
Ann's house was absolutely incredible! The location is perfectly convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Only 1.5 blocks away, it was a quick walk to 20th street beach, which is guarded. It was also very easy for us to walk to Shark Park, the Community Center, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Laguna Grill, and 16th street beach for movies on the beach. In addition to being in a fantastic location, the home is really pleasant and welcoming, with everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. We had the pleasure of staying an entire month in Ann's home and it was an outstanding experience. The backyard is great and beautifully landscaped. Ann was so very easy to work with and she went out of her way to be accommodating to us. This is a vacation that we won't ever forget. We can't wait to stay in Ann's home again!
