Une résidence confortable, ce charmant ranch a toutes les commodités pour des vacances parfaites. Son emplacement calme est à 1,5 km de la ville, mais pas trop loin pour faire du vélo ou marcher en cas de besoin. Les plages, les étangs, le lagon et d'autres installations de loisirs sont également facilement accessibles si vous souhaitez sauter sur la piste cyclable (juste au coin de la rue) ou faire une promenade rapide. Parking sur la propriété, plusieurs voitures. Si vous avez des difficultés à obtenir des billets de ferry, je pourrai peut-être les fournir pendant quelques semaines.

Une chambre a un lit queen size. La deuxième chambre a un lit superposé (double en haut, lit double en bas). La troisième chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Il y a aussi un gigogne dans le salon. Des placards et des commodes surdimensionnés se trouvent dans chaque chambre. Cuisine et salle de bain récemment rénovées et rénovées avec beaucoup de peinture neuve, planchers remis à neuf, nouveaux matelas, nouveaux meubles de chambre, la maison est propre et confortable.
Économisez de l'argent en louant des vélos ou des kayaks .. et utilisez le mien! Un kayak biplace et un monoplace, les deux sont assis sur le dessus. J'ai des pagaies et des gilets de sauvetage. Pour les vélos, j'ai des casques assortis .. sans oublier le badminton, le croquet, les râteaux à palourdes, les cannes à pêche, les jeux de société, le ping-pong, etc. Aller à la plage .. utilisez mes chaises de plage, plusieurs variétés.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation to Oak Bluffs! Steven's house was perfect for us: super clean, in very good condition, comfortable (especially our mattress!) and sufficiently stocked. It was great having bikes and helmets, though the weather was too cool for us to want to use the kayak. We had several ping pong matches! The house is well situated, convenient to travelling around the island as we did. An excellent choice!

The house was amazing. It was clean, comfortable, and had more than we needed. There was enough in the house to occupy us during rainy days. On the sunny days, there was bikes and kayaks; made beach days easy. We would stay here again and highly recommend to others to stay here too.

The house reminded me of a cosy cottage. Steven was a great host. We weren’t able to get in with the code but Steven answered his phone immediately and took care of the situation. Any time I had a question before or during our stay he was very prompt to respond.

Awesome stay! I’ve been coming to the island since I was a little girl and now I bring my kids here. We’ve been looking for a good place to consistently come back to every year and this one checks all the boxes. Excellent spot, quiet neighborhoods, quick access to swimming and downtown. The house is full of goodies too! Bikes and kayaks and ping pong! Kids LOVED it. AC in the bedroom. Grill and nice back patio set- most our time spent here. Overall, a wonderful spot for a family!

It was a cute little house for our family. It was my husband and I, along with our 5 girls (plus a boyfriend), ranging from infant to 22. We all were very comfortable staying there. We love having the bikes to use, the kids could take off and either head to the beach or into town whenever they want. It was not far for them to bike either places.

The owner is very nice and easy to reach should you need him. If you have children/teens or just want a fun, relaxing spot to enjoy your family this is it! I love staying in Oak Bluffs near historical sites, restaurants and shopping.

We stayed for 8 days for our first visit to Martha’s Vineyard. The property has so many amenities and is close to downtown Oaks Bluff. We were able to cook and grill with ease due to the utensils on property and the gas grill. We were about 10 minutes from Circuit Ave and all the shops. The beach chairs were a Godsend because we didn’t have room in our car to bring them from home! And we would have been miserable at the beach without them. Because each room has an air conditioner, everyone was able to adjust the temperature to their liking. The owner was readily available when we had questions or minor issues to be addressed. I highly recommend staying here and we will do so in the future.

Comfortable and convenient lovely home
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in Oaks Bluff. House was spacious and well equipped for our family of 3 adults and 3 teenagers and a dog. We enjoyed having coffee on the private deck and the kids enjoyed the ping pong table and kayaks. Air conditioning worked well and beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful to answer our questions about the house and the island during our stay.

There were Ubers/taxis available but the cost adds up if you plan to do a lot of sight-seeing away from oak bluffs like me and my friends ended up doing. Otherwise, you can easily get a taxi/Uber from his home or walk to nearby places mentioned in the Vrbo booking. We hope to stay again sometime soon! Would definitely recommend Steven’s home!

Vineyard getaway
This house is in a great location, short drive to the beautiful beaches! Everything that we needed was at the house, loved resting in the hammock in the backyard and playing table tennis with the kids! We never needed to contact the manager, no problems during our stay.

Practical and useful amenities for family
This is our second time staying at Steve’s property. He is so responsive to questions, helpful about local info and of course, the house is neat, well stocked and for us, the bikes, helmets, kayaks, foosball and table tennis are essential for a fun stay!

We found this property absolutely perfect for our family of 5 for our week in Martha's Vineyard. 10 Minutes from the Vineyard Haven ferry! Lovely cottage with spacious rooms, wonderful layout and sun drenched living space. All rooms had A/C to keep you plenty cool on those hot days. Well stocked kitchen, nice updated Weber Grill and comfy furniture on the back deck, outdoor shower pure perfection after long days at the beach. Bikes, Kayaks, Ping pong table and lawn games on property. Close proximity to downtown Oak Bluffs and Edgartown with incredible restaurants and shops. Great local golf, bike trails, nature preserves and water activities. So much to do and see! You will not regret this one!! Be sure to hit up Catama Beach for great awe inspiring waves and many unlimited outdoor adventures; day trips to Gayhead cliffs and lighthouse, Menemsha, and many other spectacular Vineyard sights!

Nice stay
Place was clean with easy checkin process. Kitchen was well stocked with pots pans and cooking utensils. Air conditioning units were strong enough to keep the house cool. Extras such as ping pong table were great for our teenage kids. We gave it a 4 star predominantly because we found the WiFi weak during our stay. Overall house met our needs.

A Little Gem
Clean and close to all of Oak Bluffs without feeling hemmed in. I will recommend this location to others. Thanks to the owner, through these difficult times (Covid19) everything was handled in an excellent fashion.

Affordable, comfortable and easy to get around
This is my 3rd year renting this property and I continue to be thrilled. It feels like home. It is a great neighborhood and easy to get to. The house is always neat, clean and bright. It has everything we need and more. There is always enough towels, bikes to ride, beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach and one for rain :-). I highly recommend for a family or few friends. The only difficulty is that although there are three great bedrooms with air conditioning and fans there is only one bathroom. However, the outside shower works great when there are a few people trying to get ready at once.

Loved this house! Had all the amenities you need and want. The location was great, quick bike ride to town or bike trail but far enough away to have some peace and quiet. Very close to Tradewind Preserve where you can enjoy a beautiful walk with your dog! Steve was fantastic, very easy to communicate with
