Ce condominium de maison de campagne (CHC n ° 59) offre une vue de première ligne sur le lac Phalarope, le Big Meadow et les majestueuses montagnes Three Sisters. Ce condo est assez spacieux à près de 1 313 pieds carrés. Outre les vues panoramiques, vous êtes à quelques pas du restaurant Lodge, de la base de loisirs, de la piscine et des courts de tennis, ainsi que du pub Robert et du Big Meadow Pro Shop.
Tout dans ce condo met en valeur le magnifique paysage qui fait la renommée du Black Butte Ranch, tout en profitant de l'ambiance vintage du condo, le Black Butte Ranch. This place was perfect for spending time with my sister and her husband visiting from Colorado. The view is magnificent, the accommodations are very comfortable, clean, and well stocked for cooking. The solarium windows allow for maximum enjoyment of the view. We enjoyed playing games at the table in the downstairs solarium and took advantage of the recreation centers. We're particularly grateful that we could have our 16 yr. old dog with us. She rested comfortably in front of the fireplace and enjoyed walks along the lakefront.

We thought the property was beautiful. The amenities were brand new (gym, pool and restaurant) and all very nice. The house was quaint and the view from our bedroom and back patio was stunning! My only complaint would be the condo was a little outdated and bathrooms tiny. But it is a condo not a house so it was to be expected. We would definitely stay again if we went back to Black Butte Ranch.

Beautiful Location on the Lake
Very peaceful location right on the lake. We saw a lot of birds, including eagles, and a river otter. It was so beautiful with the snow and perfect for a Christmas vacation, with lots of trails for long walks. We had three adults and a dog in our group and there was plenty of room for us.
The only nit we have is there's no light in the dining room, in the summer the double height windows offer plenty of natural lighting, but in the winter the standing lamp in the corner doesn't offer any lighting. We had to move lamps from the living room into the dining room to see what we were eating.

Super View Property
The view from this condo was superb. We had a picture perfect view of the 3 Sisters mountains, the Lake and a grassy field and landscaped lawn. The deer and geese were added features. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen, although a smallish galley style, was stocked well with anything and everything for the discriminating cook. When we arrived we noticed the patio door was still open a lock that was not functioning. That said, a call to the manager was sufficient to send a maintenance person to repair the lock., We felt much better about leaving the condo after the sliding glass patio door was secured. We would stay in Condo 59 again!

The condo itself is cool. It's a bit 'funky': small kitchen, big sliding doors separate the bedrooms from the dining room...but overall it's a great place if you aren't expecting modern perfection.
Unfortunately, the communication and service from management left a lot to be desired. We never received information to access the place (and yes, I should have noticed that before the day) which lead to an extremely unpleasant delay of well over an hour in the cold with an exhausted family. The welcome center at Black Butte gave me a number to call, and it was a person who had retired from the management company over a year ago. Fortunately, she was able to connect us, and eventually we got the access info. After multiple requests, management did give us a gift card to compensate, which we appreciated.
But the communication issues continued. After our "mid-stay clean" (we had an extended stay), we were told that due to the report of the condition of the place, they would be adding another mid-stay clean not in the contract. We didn't understand that. We didn't clean the place before the cleaners arrived, but it was not in awful shape. We didn't argue because if they wanted us to hire professional cleaners an extra time, fine, less cleaning for us. Our child got sick the night before the extra cleaning was scheduled, so we let them know it would not be a good idea to come that day (this was during the pandemic). They never rescheduled.
After the two weeks they have in the contract to return our deposit in full or let us know in writing why they weren't doing so, we had heard nothing. We asked. Only then were we told that they would be keeping over $115 to pay for the extra cleaning that never happened! They wouldn't call me to discuss, only emailed insufficient explanations. Poor communication

Great View
This is one of the best condos on the ranch. With the amazing views from the floor to celling windows in two rooms. To the great fireplace with provided firewood. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. What a great place to go relax in the winter.

Condo is located on the lake with breathtaking views of the Three Sisters. It was clean and well furnished; very vintage ‘70’s with few updates. There was a problem with heating or lack of heating in the master bedroom. The other bedroom was too hot and the master freezing. When maintenance came out they just said to check the vents. Disappointing for what the amount we spent. But overall a nice vacation.

We were absolutely thrilled with our location at #59. The view from the master bedroom and dining areas just can’t be beat—floor to ceiling views across the pond to grazing horses and mountains. Absolutely perfect. We enjoyed our sunrise coffees while watching the local elk heard move past the tennis courts before heading off into the trees :) We loved being so close the the bike path, and we would have loved being so close to the pool if it were open/summertime. While the condo wasn’t flashy with recent updates like some of the neighboring units, it was cute and has mid-century flair. Everything was clean and very comfortable and is stocked with most necessities you’d need for your stay. I would recommend for a couple or small family (w/kids), rather than 4 adults. The water heater worked great but was very small—my husband and I had to stagger showers in the morning or we’d run cold (4adults wouldn’t be able to get ready for the day). Other than that we loved the unit! We would love to come back!

The location of the condo is unbelievably beautiful...however, the premises itself was below satisfactory. The rental is dirty and outdated...with stains on the carpet. A dirty used washcloth was in the living room in front of the fireplace. The upstairs bathroom sink has dingy dark stains and black dirt on the counter. The carpet, bathrooms, kitchen are very outdated...and not clean. We did not receive information on entering the premises upon arrival. I had to call the property owner to get the code and I never received the welcoming email typically sent to each guest. Sadly, the rental is probably the worst we have stayed at but the location was spectacular! I will not be able to recommend this property to anyone, but I will always recommend Black Butte!

The view was outstanding, but the property was not well maintained, or clean and we had a couple issues. There was something melted all over the burners and when I took pictures and told the property managers so they didn't think it was us, they replied "oh yeah the previous tenants did it". They could have informed us so we would have known we couldn't cook on the stove! The bathroom floors and kitchen floors were NOT clean. We were one of the only people there so yeah, it would've been nice to have a clean property and even a discounted price with the issues? All in all, the hidden fees through VRBO and the 'daily resort fee' (for what we didn't use any resort amenities?!) it was not a good value
