Cozy Log Cabin In Riverbend, Lake Lure North Carolina
Bienvenue à notre refuge Lake Lure au 695, rue Pheasant! Cette cabane confortable est nichée dans la communauté fermée de Riverbend, Lake Lure. Il accepte les animaux domestiques avec une belle terrasse arrière privée, un porche couvert et de nombreux hamacs et balançoires pour se détendre et observer les oiseaux. Il a même une cabane dans les arbres à l'arrière, parfaite pour les enfants à jouer! Le 695, rue Pheasant est une maison en bois rond de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains pouvant accueillir confortablement 5 personnes et sera une destination familiale pour les années à venir!
En entrant dans la cabine, vous apprécierez la beauté de l'intérieur en bois naturel dans lequel la maison en rondins vous entoure. Le salon principal de la maison comprend un plan d'étage ouvert avec un plafond voûté. Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un DVD avec des options de sièges confortables pour tout le monde. La table à manger familiale sépare le salon de la cuisine et sera idéale pour les repas en famille ou la soirée de jeu! La cuisine offre beaucoup de contre-espace et est équipée d'un réfrigérateur, d'un four / cuisinière électrique, d'un micro-ondes, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'une cafetière et de toutes les commodités modernes, même les chefs les plus exigeants apprécieraient. Adjacent au salon est une salle de lecture calme avec des fenêtres pleine longueur admirer le paysage naturel à l'avant. Cela sépare le salon du garage qui se double d'une salle de ping-pong! De là, vous pouvez descendre au sous-sol partiel pour regarder des films sur la grande télévision à écran plat avec son surround.
La chambre principale est à l'avant de la cabine avec un lit queen size, une télévision à écran plat et un grand placard avec beaucoup de rangement! Cette chambre a salle de bain complète avec douche / baignoire combo. La deuxième chambre a un combo tv / dvd avec un lit superposé (double en bas et simple en haut). We had a nice time for the Thanksgiving holiday. We love Lake Lure and the Riverbend community is beautiful, quiet and great location. Lots of different places to hang out at the cabin, which we loved. And being able to bring our pups was a great bonus!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The kids loved the treehouse and the available games. We all loved hanging out on the cozy porch. It's a relatively short drive from the cabin to Lake Lure, where there are several dining options and recreation opportunities. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice cabin with lots of room. The location was perfect for our getaway. We love the Lake Lure area. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen. During our stay there was wonderful weather for relaxing on the porches.

This is a great house for just a couple or a family. Very comfortable, great porch, deck and fire pit. Quiet neighborhood, very walk-able. Nature trail made for a nice walk and picnic spot by the river.
Combo gas/charcoal grill was a bonus.
Lots of artwork to check out by owner and family throughout the house.
Jeff made the check-in process simple and was great about responding to texts.
Satellite internet was slow as advertised, but we had no trouble streaming using Verizon phones as hot spots.
Will put this one on repeat.

We had such a great time at this cabin! This was our first visit to the Lake Lure area and it exceeded our expectations. The cabin was very comfortable and cute. To me, this is an ideal cabin for a family. We enjoyed just relaxing on the front porch, playing ping pong, the treehouse, and playing board games in the evenings. I’m on a mission to find a retro record player console now! We so appreciate the hospitality of the hosts and the openness of communication. Already thinking about our next opportunity to visit 😊

Although our stay was short, we really enjoyed the cabin and its location. If we'd had our younger grandkids with us, they would have really enjoyed the tree house and theater room. My husband and I enjoyed it for the quietness and for the relaxation. Great get-away place!

Everything we could need!
Our family had such a nice time at this cabin. We loved the kayak, tubes, games and my kids would have lived in the tree house if we let them! Bringing our dog is a must for us and he was so happy to go to the swimming hole across the street with us. We had a small issue, but Jeff was very quick to communicate and everything was sorted quickly. We would definitely consider returning next summer!

Repeat stay
We’ve stayed here before and had such a lovely time we booked it again for memorial day weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed the canoe and swimming at Mirror Lake. This cabin is always comfortable and has everything you need. I’m sure we will be back for a third stay!

Wonderful Home!
We arrived late, to a beautifully lit home. The string lights have such a welcoming effect. The house itself is very cozy and was just what we needed this trip! Everything was perfect for us.
The artwork on the wall was a nice surprise also! When I noticed one of the signatures I started looking at all of the walls. Beautifully done! Would definitely recommend this home to a family looking for a place to stay.

THE BEST!!!
We had such an amazing vacation at this poperty. I couldn't have asked for a better place. Everything we needed was there plus all the extras. We loved the hammocks, treehouse and ping pong table. The neighborhood was amazing with the lake and the nature trail. We can't wait to come back!!

There were a lot of pleasant extra surprises at this cabin — the perfect hideaway for a family of 4. Thank you for making it both affordable and enjoyable! There are lots of staples provided (coffee, sugar, etc) and the beds were very comfy. Plenty of accommodations to keep you warm & cozy… a fun treehouse, board games, hammocks, and a fire pit to keep you entertained… a peaceful neighborhood with its own short & beautiful nature walk…
Thank you for the amazing experience! You can tell there was a lot of thought out into each detail of the cabin. Our whole family wishes to return again someday.

Hideaway on 695 Pheasant
It was very clean and everything that we expected! Was surprised to see dish washing soap, etc there, even though we brought our own. I give this place a 5 star but will say, New mattresses, pillows, in each bedroom needs to be done for the money being spent to stay there. That being said it was really pleasant and peaceful.

The cabin had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the peaceful, quiet neighborhood. We’re in our 70’s and not looking for lots of activity. It was perfect! Our 2 mini dachshunds had a great time as well.

Wonderful getaway
Highly recommended! We would definitely come back and stay again. The mountain laurel was blooming all over the place. It’s private and there are a ton of games to play if you don’t want to leave the cabin.

Peace and Relaxation
This cabin was exactly as described! It is a short drive to Chimney Rock which was our main reason for going. The cabin was incredibly clean (even the microwave and fridge were perfectly wiped down- pretty sure this was one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in), and we loved being able to bring our Golden Retriever with us! The hammocks were a wonderful touch, and we enjoyed relaxing in them while listening to the mountain sounds. The treehouse was a delight for our children. There were tons of board games, card games, and puzzles to keep us all entertained. The downstairs Cinema room was so comfy, and we loved having a movie night with our kids. The garage room with the ping pong table was a hit as well. We ate at the Lake House Restaurant just down the road for lunch one day, and that was wonderful as well. (They had several gluten free options which was great for my oldest child who can't have gluten!) There are lots of water toys to use at the lake, but it was too chilly for us to use them. I can imagine they are great fun during the summer! On a side note, the owner is an artist in Asheville, and his paintings are on the walls. They are gorgeous! I now have to go purchase one of his paintings for my house! We look forward to coming back to this wonderful cabin!

Great cabin in the woods for any season!
We travel with my Mother who is up in the age game. It always seems to provide us with interesting hurdles to jump. The property owner was nice enough to provide us with a early check in and instructions on how to heat the cabin up. When we arrived the weather was very cool and the day we left it was 70 degrees. The cabin was cool but we turned on the heat and the gas stove in the living room and within minuets we were fine. The owner provided us with everything we needed plus more. Wish the weather was hotter so we could have used all the water toys provided, but we loved the cabin and the fire pit! Was very easy for my Mom to get around in and I highly recommend the Cabin!!Highly recommended!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The place was adequately furnished with all the comforts of home. It was secluded yet close to all of the amenities this region of North Carolina had to offer. Especially loved the brochures and informative materials which aided in our search of things to do and places to hike. Definitely plan I returning in the future.

Great weekend getaway
Cabin was just as described, small and cozy with nice gas fireplace inside and awesome outdoor fire pit. The tree house was a huge perk for the kids, the spent endless hours exploring and playing outside. Beds were comfy and we had plenty of hot water, which was great on a cold weekend! We didn’t use the downstairs cinema, as it was too cold and didn’t seem to be insulated. Garage space is great and I imagine even better in summer months. Overall, a great place and Jeff was so nice and quickly responded to us!

Cozy cabin in the woods
We had a wonderful and quiet New Years holiday at the Lake Lure Hideaway Cabin. It was perfect for myself, my husband, young son and 2 dogs. It was set up to be very kid friendly. The adults had a great time too. Great grilling area - with a view. Deer in the back yard wooded area. Easy to use gas powered wood stove in the living room that heated the place right up on winter days. Great bathrooms in each bedroom. Would love to see the cabin in the summer!

What a wonderful cabin! We loved the bird feeder out front and the peacefulness of the location. The fire pit was enjoyed by all. The owner was quick in communication and the hammocks were a real hit! We appreciated the opportunity to have our furbaby join us. The Ingles store and hiking is very near by. Good location!

Perfect for our family of 4 (plus 1 dog)!
This cabin was exactly what we needed. A perfectly quiet and wooded location close to the Riverbend community amenities but far from the noise of the main highway in Lake Lure. The whole family enjoyed the treehouse, indoor and outdoor games, hammocks, decks, quiet reading nooks, and especially great wifi for virtual school. Mirror Lake and the nature walk are such a fantastic added bonus!

Everything you need and more!
The owners have truly thought of everything with this cabin. You could spin your day Happily at the cabin with the entertainment of the games, movies, fire pit and the comfort of the porch living/hammocks and cozy rooms. The home was clean and provided so many comforts of home and amenities. From the toiletries to the bowls for our old man pup, to the beach towels/tubes/canoe/beach chairs. The location of the cabin was perfect for enjoying the communities Mirror Lake (where the canoe is lovated) with a small private lake beach, the river that runs through it to tube down then swim in the ol’ swimming hole, the short driving distance to Chimney Rock State Park, the Flowering Bridge, and Lake Lure (highly recommend the Lake Lure Boat Tour!). We mainly shopped at Ingles grocery store and cooked at the cabin with the cookware that the cabin provided. But we did enjoy the amazing food truck down the road: Relish and a burger at River Watch in Chimney Rock! This cabin was a gem!

Relaxing
The house was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and our stay for the week. Lake Lure has a new Ingles that was about 10 minutes away. Our dogs were comfortable there too. I'll miss all of the hammocks, the porches, the private lake, the wildlife, rafting on the river, and the swimming hole.
