Nett eingerichtet, große Küche, Gebäude mit hohem Wiedererkennungswert. Parkplatz im Innenhof, großes gastronomisches Angebot im Umfeld. Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Super unkomplizierter Ablauf. Bad mit Fenster. Schlafzimmer trotz Lage zur Straße bei geschlossenem Fenster recht ruhig. WLAN vorhanden. Viele Verstaumöglichkeiten.

Bessere Möglichkeit an die Plissees im Schlafzimmer anzukommen, bin zu klein. Evtl wären Vorhänge zusätzlich zum Verdunkeln noch nett, bin da allerdings recht empfindlich.

Ein sehr aufgeschlossener und netter Vermieter, gab uns super Tipps auch für den Weihnachtsmarkt in Dresden. Die Wohnung super sauber und ausgestattet, ebenso eigener Parkplatz vorort. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!! :)

Keine Beanstandungen

Super schöne Ferienwohnung. Parkplatz im Hinterhof. Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert über einer Schlüsselbox. Wir durften den Parkplatz bis 13 Uhr kostenfrei nutzen. Netto - Discounter gleich nebenan. Auch ein regionaler Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe. In die Altstadt läuft man ca 30 min.

Alles supi, einzige Anmerkung: Im Badezimmer wäre ein Kosmetikspiegel sehr schön... Würden sich die zukünftigen Damen sicher freuen (:

Sehr saubere und gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Man ist super zentral und kann vieles erkunden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und antwortet binnen kürzester Zeit. Alles super

The apartment is tastefully decorated, clean, in a perfect and quiet location with a marked free parking space in the yard and a terrace overlooking the yard. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Nothing

Everything was well thought out, stylish, light & very, very clean. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need and had been stylishly created with all small appliances (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc) the exact same red colour. Large fridge, great stove - perfect for fresh baked rolls in the morning. Private balcony off the kitchen with table & two comfortable chairs was an added bonus. Hallway to separate bedroom with large bathroom off the hallway. Bedroom has a large double door wardrobe, table & 2 chairs, large TV with unit below for putting luggage, plenty of room around the bed. Space is something this apartment offers in spades. Don't be misled by the street view. This is a lively and friendly area, not noisy with facilities of all kinds within a couple of minutes. Our three nights went by too quickly. Great location with gated driveway to private courtyard reserved parking space for the apartment. Along the street are numerous cafes and restaurants, and less than 50 metres away is a full-service supermarket with low prices. What was not to like? Only possible improvement - having a copy of the Dresden tourist map in the apartment for when people arrive.

Leaving.

The host very kindly allowed us to check in earlier and also check out a little later the next day, the location is great, especially if you like neustadt area, plenty of places to eat out, and a great supermarket next door. The apartment was beautifully clean, kitchen well equipped. We cooked 2 meals there and found everything we needed. Would be happy to recommend and stay again too.
