We had a fantastic stay at Villa de Elegante. This house is huge (looks exactly as shown in the pics) and is in a great location. Although there were only 6 of us, it was a lovely space to get the rest and relaxation we needed. Every detail was considered and Adelita, our concierge, was very responsive and knowledgeable about the property and tourism in the area. I especially liked the additional services we were able to select, such as massages at the property and a priivate chef - all for very reasonable rates. We would definitely stay here again - next time I’ll bring more people with me.

For our family of four adult couples and four children attending the wedding in Cabo of our youngest daughter, we were treated to a terrific experience at Villa de Elegante. On the day we arrived the two property managers could not have been more helpful and gracious in welcoming us and showing the Villa. From the bath house at the point to the pool, the spa, the outdoor kitchen and lounging areas at the Villa, the comfortable accommodations, we loved it all. The owner, Cindi was extremely helpful in assuring our family had a very memorable stay at Villa de Elegante, a truly beautiful spot. It has our highest recommendation.

The place was so fun and perfect for the group. We had such a great time and Cindi was amazing and super accommodating.

Probably could use all 2500 characters here, but will spare you. We just finished a stay with 3 families totaling 12 people. The property is truly awesome. It is well kept and maintained, well stocked with stuff, and is extremely spacious. Many areas to get away from the rest of the group for your own thing :) Area is safe and close to anything you may want to get to or want to do, although taxis are expensive. They charge $5 per person regardless of distance, imagine paying $60 to move 12 people 5 miles. Try your best to negotiate down. We ordered delivery one night, stocked up at Costo and made multiple walking trips Santa Camela a small store across the street for the others. This a great value for a vacation if you don't want to do the resort thing and none of us would hesitate to book this home again if we get back to the Cabo area.

Our vacation at the Santa Carmela Villa was fantastic in every way and absolutely perfect for our large group of friends. We still can’t believe we landed such an amazing property. The location is ideal, very close to Cabo San Lucas and to a few beaches. You can also walk to a beach at the end of the complex to see the sunset. The property was both cozy and beachy. Some days, even though we planned to, we didn’t even leave because we were having so much fun lounging in the backyard and swimming in the beautiful pool. We took advantage of the advance grocery shopping and greatly appreciated the service. Overall fantastic property and we would love to stay here again if we return to Cabo, highly recommend!

This home was absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in you feel as if you are in a luxurious, tropical paradise. No detail was spared here, from the elegant décor and tasteful lighting and candels throughout, to the absolutely amazing beds with down pillows and soft silky sheets. The views from every room of the home are spectacular as well, all facing the tropical backyard pool with built in stools and lounge chairs and a romantic hideaway spa. Each room is basically a suite with it's own huge room, bathroom and closet spaces. We had a spa company come in and give us massages in our rooms, fantastic!! We also had a chef come (thanks Aggie) and prepare and fantastic, authentic Mexican BBQ for us outside under the palapa by the pool, WOW!!! You could have an entire vacation never leaving this house and be completely and totally happy! We did also drive into town which was less than 5 minutes away, very easy to get to with a rental car or cab. Costco is just across the highway and perfect for stocking up on food for the house for the week. Neighborhood is very quiet, from the backyard we could not see any other homes at all and never heard anyone else day or night. Excellent location and beautiful home!

I strongly recommend this house. For the first time in my life it happened that the listing photos don't quite reflect the beauty of the house. I found the house stunning with an incredible backyard with private pool, spa and gazebos. The house is very confortable and was very clean with all kinds of amenities. It is convenently located on the corridor just 3 miles away from Cabo San Lucas. It was worth every penny I paid.

Wow! Where should I start?...Perhaps with the beginning. Your experience will start with a wealth of information you will receive from the owner and subsequently the property manager once you get closer to the arrival date. This was a special getaway for our family as we traveled with our two kids (12 and 8), my brother and his family (wife and 10 year old), my in-laws (79 and 66), and my dad (78). A total of 10 of us traveling together for the first time celebrating 3 birthdays occurring in August; one of which was during our stay. Everyone had a blast. We had Aggy come over as suggested to BBQ for us which turned out to be a birthday celebration. Aggy brought his DJ equipment and was prepared with lots of music that he knew our parents were interested in, even a happy birthday song queued up when needed. His skill at preparing food, engaging in conversation, and cleaning after himself as he went is simply impressive, not to mention the food which was also incredible. The location of the property is perfectly balanced to be away from the hustle of downtown Cabo, but close enough to get there in less than 10 mins by car. We opted to rent a van that accommodated all 10 of us, which worked out perfectly. This was arranged by the property manager, which was well worth it. We had easy access to everything within minutes. Definitely recommend getting a rental as the property manager can hook you up with a good deal. The house is amazing and beautifully appointed. It has Everything!!!! For dishes, to towels, to iPod docks and bug zappers. We now wish we would have stayed an extra couple of days. We found ourselves so comfortable on property that we ended up spending lots of time at the house and not driving around town or at the beach, though we did spend one morning at the community pool which was ours to have as no one else was there for hours. There were a couple of minor issues with appliances/fixtures, but they got taken care of rapidly - which also served proof that they know how to respond when in need. We can't wait to get back and experience arriving to cold beer and micro massages. Thanks a million Cindy for sharing your getaway with us!

If you want a large, private Villa, in a secure neighborhood this is the place to stay. The layout of this property is such that the five bedrooms are very private as they are completely separate. The common areas are spacious and well appointed. The close proximity to Cabo makes this Villa very desirable. The guest book in this Home, is by far the most detailed of any I've ever seen. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property and will hopefully be staying there again in the next few months. I highly recommend this property for anyone interested in being at home while on vacation in Cabo.

Our family had the most wonderful time at the villa. The home is beautiful and you could spend your entire time relaxing around the pool and gardens they are so spectacular. We had 7 adults and 5 children and always felt like we could find a quiet spot to rest or read on our own. I highly recommend having Aggie grill for you as we did and all of the food was fresh and salsas and guacamole were to die for. We also found out how to make a great Margarita from him(secret ingredient) that you have to ask him about. All the rooms were beautiful and everyone had there own bathroom. Cindi has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and worry free. We hope to stay again in the near future. Thanks Cindi for opening up your beautiful home to us!

House is beautiful, fully equipped, immaculately clean. The kitchen is well stocked with every kind of utensil you can think of. Each bedroom and bathroom are spacious. Its very easy to get a taxi at the guard gate to take you anywhere you need to go. the house manager is so nice and ready to help with any of your needs. The beds are super comfortable. The backyard, swimming pool, jacuzzi , and summer kitchen are amazing. I felt like I was in a 5 star resort.

After reviewing what seemed to be over 100 rentals in the Cabo area, we finally came across this amazing home. As experienced vacationers using VRBO for years, we were completely taken away by this property and the owner. The pictures don't do it justice. The property was clean, well maintained, and the owner was extremely helpful answering all of our questions to include providing great vacation recommendations. We will be back.

The Villa was absolutley beautiful. If anything, the pictures on VRBO understate the perfection of the home. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the lush beauty of the pool area. Cindi, the owner, was there to greet us and shared some recommendations for my daughter and her friend. They particularly enjoyed the beach and fun atmosphere at Mango Deck. We plan to make Cabo and Cindi's villa an annual tradition.

We would like to thank Cindi (homeowner) Todd(property manager) for a wonderful stay in Cabo. We traveled with two couples, a set of grandparents and 7 cousins! The house was very well laid out for all of us. Plenty of privacy for the couples. Lots of room to relax and play indoors and out. Todd addressed the minor issues that came up with minimal impact on our vacation. The kids spent countless hours in the pool and hot tub. They were also happy that there was good internet access! The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of dishes for the large group. We added a collection of plastic patio glasses and plates for eating outside! We felt very safe in the gated community and Cabo. It was a short walk to the community center. They had a larger deeper pool the kids liked. A couple of times we walked in on birthday parties! The hosts didn't seem to mind. We just headed down to the beach. The beach isn't swimable, but the kids had fun climbing the rocks and tide pooling. We even saw some whales! Costco and Walmart were 5min drive and had everything we needed. We ate at one of the local restaurants, Vieja, a short walk away and it was delicious. We also had Martin and Aggie cook us two dinners. Aggie prepared a BBQ and Martin a lovely birthday dinner for my brother in-law. Martin left us enough food for the next 3 days! We have stayed in a variety of VRBO rentals and this was by far the best! Cindi, you put a lot of thought and care into your home and we are thankful you shared it with us!

We had a fantastic time at this property. Our 3rd trip to Cabo with 3 other couples, and this is by far the best property. The outside was glorious. The pool was bigger than any other property, and it was heated. The firepit was fantastic, as was the outside bar. Inside was as perfect as could be. It was extremely well maintained, and even with 8 people, it was VERY roomy. We never felt cramped at all! We had the clubhouse completely to ourselves, and the view of the ocean was unique and beautiful. Finally, to add to the perfection, the property is close enough to town to be VERY convenient, but far enough away to enjoy seclusion. All in all, I TOTALLY recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

This house helped make my bachelor party amazing. The only bad thing I can say is that I wish we could have stayed longer. There were ten of us in total and no one had any problem finding a place to sleep. From the bedrooms, to the cabanas and couches, when someone needed to get some rest there was always a comfortable spot within a couple steps. We had Aggy come by a couple times and prepare meals and they were absolutely amazing and he is great company as well. I can't say enough good things about this villa. If you're considering staying close to cabo in a beautiful home, this should be a no brainer. Thanks again Cindi for letting us stay in your beautiful villa and I wish you a speedy recovery.

We chose Villa de Elegante for a special event. Our entire family spent two wonderful weeks, enjoying the pool, spacious yard and wonderful access to Cabos San Lucas. The five bedrooms are wonderfully laid out so eveyone could get some privacy. The Kitchen is a dream well appointed for all the family meals we cooked and enjoyed in the yard. The outdoor kitchen is a special feature, whether for regular barbeques or a celebration.The host was extremely helpful and the local managment staff went above and beyond. I would stongly recommend this for a an adult week away or family vacation.

What a find! The pictures of this home do not do it justice. Every detail is exquisite. This was the perfect home to gather family and friends. The large and spaced-apart bedrooms allowed for privacy. Yet the outdoor and interior living areas were perfect for sharing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings and each other. The owner was very helpful with any questions we had and provided a detailed book of all the amenities and offerings of the home and the Cabo area. We enjoyed having Aggy, a personal friend of the owner, come and fix us a delicious feast in the outdoor kitchen. We loved his company as much as his food. This home is perfect for friends and couples who want to get away to relax and enjoy each other's company or for families who aren't able to get together often enough and need a place to reconnect and remember how much fun they can have together.

This property truly is a home away from home. Landscaping with pool, spa were well beyond expectations....stunning! Great cooking facilities indoor and out. Clean as clean could be! Bedrooms are very spacious, comfortable beds and loads of privacy. A lovely walk down to the waters edge for sunsets and whale watching, great running track close by. Close to Cabo for night life, nice 20 minute drive to San Jose del Cabo for Thursday Gallery night. This is the perfect get away for privacy and peace and quiet. Highly recommended. This owner thought of everything!
