We’ve stayed here 5xs and it’s always wonderful! My husband and I grew up in Rochester, so we stay here whenever we come back to visit. Beautifully remodeled old farmhouse with so much charm and space! Highly recommend staying here! The backyard alone if you have kids is the best !!! They can run all day! lol wide open space!

This is the second time we have stayed at this lovely house, and will certainly be back. We had a kiddo graduating from college in the area, and it was a perfect place to have family gather during that time. Thanks so much!

We were a mixed group of family and friends, ages 9 months to 80 plus. Coming together to celebrate the RIT graduation of our engineer and his commissioning as a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force. The house was perfect: it was as if we had special ordered a cozy, yet roomy farmhouse that felt welcoming and bright. Stephanie and Frank made sure everything was just as promised - and the box of donuts was an extra treat! Communication was easy, and responses were prompt. The house helped make the celebration a joy for all of us. We highly recommend this property, and are so grateful for our time there.

We were very satisfied with our stay in this comfortable house. We tended to be out most of the day and returned for relaxing evenings. The weather did not cooperate with our hopes to see the solar eclipse, but everything else was very nice. We would certainly recommend this house as an excellent vacation stay.

Fantastic property. Clean with good amenities. Very comfortable. Located in a suburban neighborhood just outside the city of Rochester. Spacious. Owners were diligent in having all the supplies one would need when first arriving. They even left locally baked donuts that were delicious. Would definitely stay again.

This was the first house rental where the photos didn't do it justice. The master bedroom suite was huge (I had more than enough room to lay my 6' yoga mat with room to spare in front and behind.) My adult-teen kids and I made use of the 3 bedrooms but not all of the beds! There were two small living rooms and TVs. Though we didn't turn them on. A cute fake fireplace-heater was fun and cozy. The dining room had enough seating for me to host my in-laws and their kids for a dinner. I might certainly ask to stay there again! And for anyone interested, 5 minutes from the House of Guitars.

Had a wonderful and comfortable time with family. Lots of room for everyone and an amble kitchen for cooking for a crowd. The hosts even left an assortment of donuts to great us.

Our family loved our stay at the farmhouse and can’t wait to come back! It was so clean and so comfortable, and has a great layout. We also really liked the location, it was easy to get around Rochester.

We are originally from Rochester but haven’t lived there for 40 years. While on vaca there in June my husband passed away. We scheduled his memorial there for October. I could not have selected a more beautiful loving place to spend time with family and have a place to ‘breathe’. We entertained his side one a Wednesday (17 ppl) and my side (12) on Friday. Stephanie and Frank have done an outstanding job with this home. It’s gorgeous. It was so peaceful and tranquil. I will definitely reserve this on our next vidit

In town for our daughter’s wedding. It was the perfect place to prepare for the wedding and photograph the bride and groom. We appreciate this home and the owner’s. We will be returning someday.

Myself and three friends stayed for three nights. The house was as described, spotlessly clean, all the comforts of home with tons of room/space for everyone. Hosts even left a dozen doughnuts on the counter for our arrival, nice touch. As a short term rental owner myself, it’s easy to see the hosts care about their home and the guest experience. You can’t go wrong with booking this house and we will be back again next July for our annual trip to NY.

Great property. Amazing renovation of an almost 200 year old house with significance to the town culture. Perfect layout for families and could easily accommodate big groups. My children loved the big yard/orchard area as well as the small added touches of detail and hospitality the owners provided (the candy dishes!) We we’re in town for a family wedding and found the location convenient to everything in the area. if we are ever back in town, we will gladly return to this home.

Wonderful stay. Property as listed. Great kitchen, made pies and cookies with the littles for Thanksgiving then we played ball in the huge backyard!

The property fit our needs perfectly for an out of town family wedding. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms with the two separate living areas and large kitchen and dining rooms provided ample space so nobody felt crowded, yet we could all spend time together. Beautifully remodeled historic farmhouse had all the modern updates. We enjoyed the information provided by the owners about the important past history of the original farming family. Everybody was impressed with the beautiful space.

This lovely and charming farmhouse continues to bring us back time after time! The house is always so inviting and clean when we arrive! We absolutely love it here and look forward to each trip while we are in town to visit our kids in college. The grounds are wonderful for our two furry kids to run about also! :-) The neighborhood is so quiet and safe! Each time we visit, we love to check out someplace new in the area! This time it was the delicious little bakery (J & D Di Vicenzo Bakery) right down the street! We also re-visited some of our favorites...Rochester Public Market (located within a 10 minute drive and a must see!) and Whittier Fruit Farm to pick apples! If you're visiting the area and looking to stay in a "home away from home" this fabulous farmhouse is the place!

This historic yet modernized farm house was perfect for a planning retreat for me and my colleagues. This house was so unique and offered all of the modern amenities we needed to be productive during our stay. The house was very clean and cozy. I would definitely come back to stay again. Thank you!

Great central location as down the street is Divincenzo bakery and around the corner Rubino’s subs and Italian grocery plus close to everything: Seneca zoo, Charlotte Abbotts custard and the pier, Durant- Eastman park, Lake Ontario.
Pets allowed. Sitting outside in back yard under a shade tree glorious. Inside was comfortable and well stocked. Good quality bath towels and beds all comfy. 3 bathrooms a plus as we were a party of 7. I used the pull out sofa bed and it was decent. The upstairs rooms got high marks from the other guests. Lighting throughout was good.
Owners responsive and helpful. We would rent this house again.

We loved our stay at this amazing farmhouse. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed playing in the large yard and sitting on the front porch. We were fortunate to stay during the 4th of July. The parade, festival and fireworks were only a short 1/2 mile walk and we had so much fun. The home is beautifully renovated, clean and well equipped. If we return to this area we will book this home again!

Perfect respite from Graduation activities.
A beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped home. Homeowners were very accommodating with our late night / early morning arrival.
We were in town from California for our daughter’s graduation from UofR. This beautiful home provided a lovely respite for us during a busy weekend of graduation activities. Easy commute back and forth to the river campus any time of day.
Thank you so much!

A Great pre-Valentine's Day Weekend Away!
Our family of four enjoyed another great long weekend away at this fabulous farmhouse! This was our first snowy trip to the farmhouse. Although it was cold outside, watching the snow fall made our stay feel even more cozy, looking from the inside out! We are really enjoying each and every trip here and love the comfort of the house, along with exploring the local area a little more each time (including shops and restaurants). Thanks Frank and Stephanie for sharing your historical and charming farmhouse with us! We'll be back soon! :-)
P.S. The addition of the queen bed (along with the existing bunk beds) in the front bedroom is a fabulous update and will be beneficial to many families!! :-)

Great home for a family
We visited Rochester for a family event and needed a place to stay with our baby and nanny. This place was perfect, even had baby essentials (pack and play, high chair). We hosted a family dinner for 7 during two nights of our stay easily as the kitchen is decked out with every utensil that you’d need. The property is an old peach farm and you can still see some of the peach trees farther back. Our dog loves exploring it.
