Great property! The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. You couldn't beat the location. Just steps to restaurants and in walking distance to shops and activities.

The condo had everything we needed (soap, shampoo, coffee, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods and even some sunblock). It was in a great location, close to everything but quiet. The unit was spacious and clean.
Had a hard time finding the parking garage upon arrival. But it was wonderful parking our vehicle in a gated garage.
I would highly recommend this rental. Would not hesitate to rent again.

The location, space and cleanliness were great! You will love the walkability to so much to see and do.
However, both the description and the photos indicate a private hot tub. There wasn’t one. We were disappointed. The photos also show a cute tiki bar on the patio which was also non-existent. One awkward issue was that the spacious master did not have a usable closet in the bedroom. The one there, was padlocked. Our hanging clothes had to be stored in the hall closet, which was not convenient when just getting out of the shower. Additionally, the master bed is overdue to be replaced. It creaks and has valleys in the mattress.
But, it was otherwise a lovely, quiet and convenient apartment

We had a wonderful time! The property location is great and we enjoyed the rooftop pool and deck area. The property was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a very enjoyable family vacation!

Plenty of room! Furniture needs cleaned and deodorized. Says to keep up with dirty towels but no laundry soap. Glad to have plenty of Toliet paper. Very nice pool area!! Far end of town, but several restaurants around.

Rental was nice! Upon arrival a very strong odor of marijuana was present and took some time to get gone. Made my children feel sick but was able to light candles and leave doors open to air out. Beds definitely need toppers as you sink in and it’s not comfortable. The dryer took several drying times before completely dry so quick drying was not an option . Overall a nice place and location is perfect.

Four of us stayed for a week for a special engagement. The location was great. Right on Duval, a couple of blocks from everything. Great shopping around the condo. Quiet pool right off of the street. Private parking. Small well maintained hot tub on the deck. The management company was professional and we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Nice secluded location centrally located.
It was nice. I do wish the pool would have been bigger. Had parking which was a plus. The upstairs bathroom did have an ant issue but wasn’t infested. It was a nice solid place with good parking and good location.

Perfect Location
We had a great time in a great location. Just a short walk from everything fun to do on the island. We came for our annual vacation to Key West and will likely try to stay in this spot again unless we’re lucky enough to stay on a boat. The hot tub was a nice touch for the ladies.

All was sooo good!!..location awesome.. very clean..loved the townhouse and it’s amenities..my one and only issue was the hot tub, it would not shut off and wasn’t clean..never got to use it..otherwise loved it all

Wedding Trip
This place was perfect for our weekend getaway as we attended a friend's wedding. The location was ideal and we were able to almost walk every where we went. I loved that the unit was two stories and the entry was was on 2nd floor. We will return!

Great location
The location was great. Even with the locked gates the amount of crazy people in Key West can’t be avoided. People trying to take the key from us to people trying to just push their way through the gate. At one time it was terrifying. The office staff really did morning to help us. The condo itself is very clean and well stocked. It was the perfect place for us.

This was a great condo. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and had all the necessities. The location is great on Duval street. The pool and outdoor area was nice to relax in. The restaurants right below the condos were amazing! Will definitely return again.

Perfect Location
Located right on Duval St. Easy access to everything. There is secured access to the rentals. The pool is great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Do the “Duval Crawl” and then stumble into this great space filled with awesome art and wonderful amenities.

Simple place, close to all the activities on Duval. On the quiet side, so a short walk to get to the big action. Plenty of restaurants and shops near by. Pool is small, picture on ad does not really show the size accurately.
