Ceci est une maison de 2 niveaux avec 2 chambres pleine grandeur et salle de bain complète à l'étage supérieur. La chambre principale et la salle de bain sont à l'étage principal. Il ya une autre petite chambre à l'étage principal. Le 3/4 bain est sur le niveau principal et partage l'espace avec le service de blanchisserie. Toutes les chambres sont équipées de lits queen size. Nous avons un 105 gallons chauffe-eau de sorte que vous ne devriez pas manquer d'eau chaude. Villégiature dans les groupes est amusant, mais encore les gens ont besoin pour être en mesure d'étaler et d'avoir un espace personnel. We stayed with 8 adults and the house was very comfortable and had everything we couple possibly need. The large kitchen was great. We spent our mornings and evenings on the desk watching all the deer. We were there for an ATV trip and we were able to get everywhere with our wheeler and never had to trailer. Lots of space for parking. We had 4 large trucks with trailers and we still had room. Highly recommend!

The location of the property was ideal. A Little out of town but close to Custer for dinners out and other activities. The home was in a nice setting. Nice comfortable areas to hang out in the home. We loved the deck out back and spent a lot of time sitting out there.

The pictures that we looked at prior to booking does not do this place justice. This was a perfect place for us! We came up for the Sturgis Rally and did not want to be in the middle of the rally. The house was immaculate, and everything was just as described. Beautiful, large kitchen, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds. Sitting on the back porch, drinking coffee and watching the wildlife. I highly recommend this house. The owners, Lonnie and Sarah were great to work with, and if we needed anything, they were there.

Very nice property wildlife in the yard every evening and every morning we were on bikes was very easy to get to had a nice garage to keep them in house was clean. Beds were comfortable and close to and close to Mount Rushmore and all the places you want to ride to over there on that side recommend this property to anybody.

I was pleasantly surprised with this house-- I do not think the pictures do it justice. The kitchen is VERY large with a island and table for eating/hanging out. The Beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed ping pong and pool. The grocery store and downtown Custer are only 6 minutes down the road. I did shop in the grocery store dakotamart, a few times as we tend to eat in on vacations. My only issue was personal as I suffer from altitude sickness and this house is at 6500 feet which caused some illness for me. While we were here we went to Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Mammoth site and a nearby spring, Rushmore adventures for spelunking, Jewel cave for a lantern tour, paddleboard and hiking in Custer Park all of which were a 30 minute or less drive. We also went to the Badlands but that is 2hours away. I would recommend this house to any larger groups- it accomedated two families for us.

We loved our stay! The location is great, the wooded acreage for privacy and being right outside Custer State Park, was just what we needed. We had deer in the yard most days. The kids loved the ping pong table, and we hung out in the large kitchen ALOT. We were there for the 4th of July and were able to watch the fireworks from the yard, by the fire! Would definitely stay again!

This is perfectly located just 6 miles from Custer Park and in the heart of ATV trails. We loved the ability to go out adventuring during the day, and enjoying the beautiful home, pool table, and ping pong in the evenings. It was a huge hit with our middle schoolers, high schoolers and the grandparents too! Bring your own shampoo/conditioner/soap (not a negative, just an FYI), and I’d recommend your own towels for showers. The towels there are more like outdoor beach towels. The kitchen has everything you can imagine needing - crockpots, pans, choppers, (no instant pot), great knives, great space! They have streaming service, a great patio, and it was so nice to be able to park our ATVs in the garage at night. The owners are very attentive and quick to respond. We would highly recommend this listing and we hope to return!

3 couples, including one with a 3-year-old boy, stayed for 1 week. Plenty of room inside to spread out or sit and discuss the day! We did spend most of our time on the covered porch, which accommodated us easily! Beautiful kitchen and home has 2 areas to eat inside if desired. Watched turkeys and deer daily from the porch. City of Custer is reached very easily for forgotten items as well as vacation socialization. Entering Custer State Park is also easily within reach!

Very nice accommodations. We really appreciated the large fully stocked kitchen and enjoyed dining out on the deck. The ping pong table and rope swing were a bonus hit with our family! Great location in Custer allowing for day trips to all of the Black Hills parks and attractions. We would definitely visit again!

This spacious house was perfect for my HS and college children to have their own bedrooms and space out when needed; however, they had tons of fun coming together in the family area and playing pool. This house had everything we needed and more. It was a great place for our group of 9. The kitchen is nice and spacious which is where we spent most of our time lol. There’s a wide variety spices for cooking. No need to bring any of that stuff. All the pots and pans and skillets you need.
The beds could use a flip or a turn or both. They were softer than we are used to. There’s plenty of extra blankets and pillows.
The hot tub was a nice addition and the kids loved using it. Unfortunately the adults were too tired at the end of the day to use it lol. The property is a good size with lots of room for the kiddos to run.
Lonnie and his wife were very nice and quick to respond to any issue we had. Lonnie also gave us ideas for places to eat. The Pizza Mill was very good and definitely worth trying!! Over all this property met all of our needs and we enjoyed being under one roof with our friends!!

The perfect house for us, comfortable bedrooms, spacious dining areas, and a nice comfortable large living area to relax in at night. We had family from both of our sides meet here as it was a great location in the middle of us both. We had a relaxing weekend of playing games and watching movies together in a perfect location. It’s far enough from town to feel isolated, but only a 5 min drive into town if you need to grab anything from the store or grab some food. I highly recommend this for small family hangouts or a group of friends!

The house had everything we needed - lots of room, several places to gather and eat together, watch multiple TVs, multiple bathrooms to get ready for the day/bed, very comfortable beds. Have to say the large covered deck was our go-to spot. Missed not getting to use the hot tub, but all of the above made up for that.

The location of the home was ideal for our visit in the Black Hills. Our family of 6 had enough space to spread around although most of the time was spent in the kitchen or at the pool table. The hot tub was not working at the time. As with most homes, some upgrades would be nice for future guests. It was easy to communicate with Sarah and the check-in process was straightforward. Amazing stay in the Black Hills
Can't say enough good things about the property. We have stayed in many VRBO around the country and this one was so well stocked including the pancake griddle that we used almost every morning, spices,coffee, pack and play and more. The pictures don't do the home justice. I love having the ping pong overlay, especially with kids so I don't worry about them damaging the felt on a pool table. I thought the location was incredible. Giving us a feeling that we were in the woods but close to everything the Black hills has to offer with the exception of the Badlands which was a bit of a hike but we planned a day around it. My 3-year-old cried the day we had to leave.

Family reunion
Our vacation was just fantastic. Our family hadn’t been together for many years so this rental home worked out just wonderfully. It’s location in Custer was just great, close to everything. It was so centrally located that it helped in getting to all of the sites we wanted to see. The home was clean and big enough for all of us which included 6 adults, two preteens and a four and 1 year old. Owners were extremely kind and thoughtful.

This was a greast place for a family gathering. My only problem was that the listing stated that there wwas internet service . Upon our arrival there was no service. My son in law and son both rely on this for their businesses and have to be available at least some time during the day. We were first told that a storm had knocked out the service so we got ahold of the internet Co to find out this property had not had service for 6 months. I took two days of my son in law to finally get things hooked up. This was an unfortunate time for the this to be dealt with as the owner was hospitalized and communication was obviously not easy. My heart goes out to her. This was not an incident that just occurred and should have had this service hooked up months ago. If my sons did not have businesses to look after this would not have been an issue either. The home and property themselves were great.

Wonderful Get Away in the Hills
This property is central to all the things a family wants to do. The location is about 25 minutes to most attractions, 45 to Rapid City. The house is amazing and the grounds are beautiful and large. There are plenty games and activities at the house itself. My entire family gives it an A+.

Didn't Disappoint
Our group had an amazing stay at this property when we came into town for the Sturgis Motorcyle Rally. We had 8 adults staying and had more than enough room. Spent a lot of time in the kitchen with all of the seating available and the TV.
