Cette maison a subi des rénovations récentes pour inclure de la peinture partout. Le salon ouvert propose une salle à manger avec des sièges pour quatre ainsi qu'un bar de petit-déjeuner pour des sièges supplémentaires. Le salon a une vue imprenable sur la piscine de la cour, une télévision à écran plat et mène à votre terrasse extérieure. C'est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et regarder les enfants jouer dans la piscine ou siroter un cocktail et regarder le coucher du soleil. Il y a un lit King dans la spacieuse chambre principale et un balcon donnant sur l'une des 2 piscines auxquelles vous aurez accès. Commencez la journée avec une tasse de café sur le balcon principal et regardez le lever du soleil tôt le matin. La chambre d'hôtes a un lit queen et une petite terrasse au large de la chambre d'hôtes où vous pouvez même capturer un pic de la plage. For being a pet friendly apartment, it was very clean. For our family of 4 it was perfect. Very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. Patty the Manager was also very nice and super helpful. We had a flat tire on our way to St. Augustine and she helped us find a place to fix it. I would definitely stay here again and recommend 100%.

Great location with easy access to the beach and close to town. Unit was clean and well-stocked. Nice, quiet community that was perfect for a relaxing getaway. I really appreciated being able to bring my dogs along, and they loved it too!

My husband, grandchildren, and I really enjoyed our stay. Brought our chihuahuas and they really enjoyed the small walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything needed.

My family and I had a nice and relaxing stay. We look forward to visiting again. Great location to great restaurants, shops and grocery stores. This location was nice and quiet wasn’t over packed. Enjoyed the pool right out the back patio. Beach was just a short walk away.

We had the best time with our kids at the beach! This was such a pretty condo & loved the short walk to the beach. Loved being provided with chairs & things for the beach, definitely came in handy! The lady who rents it is a sweetheart! Definitely looking forward to renting again in the future!!

This trip was perfect and this unit couldn’t have been better. It was only steps from the two pools and the beach. We stayed there for over a month and had no issues. There are a number of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. We would definitely book here again.

The only complaint we have is that the beds in the guest bedrooms were in bad condition. The sheets were stained and the box springs were coming apart. The mattresses were warped and uncomfortable. Unfortunately this made out stay not as enjoyable as it could have been. The location was very ideal though and the rest of the unit was great.

We checked in and found the pool right in front of us was closed, full of mold and surrounding cement was torn out. Workers walked back and forth right in front of our sliding glass door. Our beach towels was full of clouds of dried cement from the jack hammer. The noise was loud. Parking was horrible because the workers took all the spots. The last day we were there they closed the other pool! They said there was no chlorine in it! Bad management in this townhouse community. I would stay away from this place

The space was open and inviting. It has a "beachy" feel in the decorations which made us feel relaxed and welcomed.

This location was perfect for our family. Steps to the pool, steps to the beach, and you can even drive on the beach here! The pet friendly condo and beach was really a blessing! It was close to restaurant's, shopping, and downtown! We did have our toilet flood, but Harry was immediately responsive, and came over first thing and solved the problem! We highly recommend staying here! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

This entire complex is very nice and well kept. It is about a 5 min walk to the beach from the back patio. We loved the master bedroom balcony and being able to watch the kids swim in the evenings. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable mattress in the master, and smart TV in the living room. New flooring looks great and really updates the look of the unit. We loved that we could bring our dogs! A few items need some attention, but nothing out of the norm. The upstairs guest bedroom could use an update, but it served the kids well. We will definitely be back!

Can walk to a pool within 5 seconds, and to the beach within 30 seconds. Can see the ocean from the upstairs bedroom outdoor overlook. Cute condo, clean. Very close to Publix, and close to downtown St Augustine.
